You first need to download the ROM for the game I provided with the link, patch it with a patcher, and get a custom build of Mupen64+, an emulator that can run the game. This is as much as I know, since I always play B3313 on my computer, but you can find other tutorial videos on UA-cam!

Well, you can’t get two screens on full screen, but since you’re using Parallel Launcher, just resize the windows to fit however you want.
