Thanks for this workout!! Exactly what I needed. Will keep it in my rotation. I pulled out my reforrmer today after slacking this past year. After riding my spin bike for 30 mins and doing a 30 min Tabata class, I did this workout. I will sleep well tonight! 😄

Great workout; however, I picked it because I have a shoulder injury and the elbow plank position in the middle was a huge problem--plus you'd finish on time without it.
Haven’t been able to get on a reformer for the past 4.5 months due to an abdominal tear which occurred during an advanced Pilates workout (not one of yours). Monday was my first time back on the reformer and this was an amazing workout for the legs. Skipped the abdominal part but my legs were wobbly after the workout and sore for a couple of days 😂 I will be coming back to this one often! Thank you! 🙏🌈

Thank you, when I say keep the rib cage soft I mean don’t push it out and over extend, rather lift from the glutes lifting the hips- relaxing the chest. Hope that helps! 🤍
I wish it was longer so you could have included legs in strap! Please do one like that. Also would love to have stretches included throughout the workout
