I enjoyed this routine today and thankful there was no curtsey lunges, those messed up my knees permanently, so I love a video that excludes them. I substitute when those for something else now that I know they are what caused my knee flare ups. Getting old, while staying young👍
LOL - Josephine tells us after the glute workout portion to check if the butt is still there - mine is for sure, hahaha, but I'm hoping that some of it will go away!
