Good video and explanation. Just bought one of these and wanted to have correct technique. It nice if you would give examples of different workouts. The erg is kicking my but cardio wise. I’m doing sets of 1.5 mins currently.
Do ski-erg improve overhead mobility, I am very weak in overhead mobility, and had a day a weak for working on my overhead mobility with stretches, but now I got a new skierg and I feel I don’t need overhead mobility drills if I am working out on the skierg

Did a 10K today! I'm 74...58:23.7....I try to do a 2K daily with my weight training as well.
