    Miss Peta, I have never seem anyone over 30ish have as tight and firm a face as yours! i have been following your program exactly and seeing beautiful results! I spent hours and hours just going over the exercise and all the details before I started the reps and am sooo glad I did. Thank You for all the work you do.

    you are absolutely right peta .. we cant lift our faces within short period of time. its a gradual procedure . i am strictly following your instructions and doing my excercises and can notice a big difference.. i would like to send u my before and after pics after sometime .

    Dear Peta, you are amazing! Thank you so much for all you do so detailed and professionally, I started following you and did a few of the exercises, reading the comments I discovered this is where you start! I'm about to finish the 9th and last video but I already did the first video of the third series thinking that was the beginning... now I get it! I assume I can't do the first one of the first series now because that would be over exercising I guess? I'm dying to start now! I am one of those who was doing one video here and another there from different people on youtube, that's been going on for two weeks! I am so happy I found you and after a few bumps in the road, I'm at the "real" beginning. I'm 60 years old and can't afford more mistakes, starting late but wholeheartedly, my picture is 6 years old. Thank you so much again!

    Very important..I have been doing them 7 days a week..down below someone said 5 days on 2 days off..and you said one can do 50 for 3 weeks and 100 for 3 weeks..I found I was rushing the 150 and not holding the pause..rather do it right...can you clarify these 2 points for all..I also wanted to clarify something that many people ask..when I started this I noticed you always had beautiful full cheeks..no exercise can "fill them" only lift them..I have used face fillers for years..I have always exercised my face...but I love your programs the best...with botox you can not do any..but fillers you can but you have 2 choices..doing the cheek lifters will speed up the rate at which the filler disappears so that is your choice..or you can do all the rest but the cheek lifter which is what I choose..I have seen great improvement in my forehead my eyelids and my jawline ..so I will continue as such...it's like when I broke my clavical..I still exercised my legs...thought this may help..

      carol, thanks so much for your support. I havent always had high cheeks, they were flattening out and dropping before I started doing my Facerobics. The exercises are a direct result of what I look like today compared to when I was 50. You cant do the exercises if you have fillers anyway, because you will disperse the filler. In fact the drs will tell you not to move your face at all. Jus keep going and see if you get results. Make sure you follow the program exactly;

      Thank you Peta..but my doctor encouraged me....I have had fillers once a year for 15 years..I have always used pulsing equipment and facial exercise and my filler still lasts a year without it looking sunken..my face all over is firmer and I only get filler in cheeks so I am going to continue doing your great program...but please clarify..5 days a week or 7..that was important for me..thank you@

    I'm a new subscriber, I am so excited about this program! I studied all the videos and comments for 2 months, then started 4 days ago, doing Series 1 Level 1, 50 reps. My question is....should I feel any muscle soreness in my face? I'm a 52 yr. old female with a thin, droopy face. I squeeze hard on the reps (though not so hard on the eyes), focus on the muscles, do the energy lift, etc. If I hadn't heard you say hundreds of times (in all the videos I've watched) to stick with the program and not overdo it, I would be tempted to do more. But I don't. I'm just curious if I should feel some soreness at all in the beginning stages? Thanks for all your hard work in these videos Peta!

      Yes you will feel some soreness. If that is the case do them alternating days for the first series

    I used to be terrified of overexercising because I thought Id have to wait for days before I could resume them and of course no exercise would mean things would get worse. But I found that if I just cut down to 50 reps my face began to tone up again in a few days so it was no worse than when id done the exersises wrong. So I guess if you catch it soon then you can reverse the effects pretty quickly. I was doing 150 reps on the nasolabial folds and literally only went over the two week mark by a couple of days but by that point doing all those reps felt like really hard work. Just my own experience but I wanted to share that in case any one else out there is terrified of overdoing it.

    Hi Peta, Ahhh !!! I can see the frustration, in your face, and totally understand, why you would feel that way. Hopefully, this video will make the way to those who live in attics with dim light bulbs. Honestly, it doesn't take a rocket scientist, to make sense of what you are saying , in this video. It is as clear, as a glass of pure water. You do work hard, and no one else on U-tube, who does facial exercises, does as much for their subscribers, as you do. No one cares as much as you do. And Peta, if it is any consolation to you, no one is loved and appreciated , as much as you are. !!!!

    I was not sure but another facial technician told me that black skin because of the color in the skin it doesn't wrinkle as fast but will eventually. but you will experience sagging. Up to this year people told me they thought I was 50. I now see the sag. then I found you. so I don't want to make problems for myself doing your program incorrectly.

    Peta dear, I've got a problem, even though I'm doing your program exactly as you described. Just finished Series 1, Level 1. Yesterday I started level 2. Much to my chagrin, my BF told me last night I looked like I was frowning! I looked in the mirror, and sure enough, the corners of my mouth are turning down. I must be doing something wrong, but what? I promise, I haven't changed the routine in any way and I'm not doing any other facial exercises AT ALL. I'm still watching your instructional videos while doing exercises in the mirror to make absolutely sure I'm doing them correctly. I don't feel as if I'm overdoing because my face and neck feel energized after exercising...never sore. I do wear upper and lower dentures and always have them in while exercising as per your advice. I hope you can help!

    ok fair enough do u:
    1 work until u feel fatigue
    2 vary it across the week since there are so much varity of muscles
    3 which muscles are prone to over work

    Thanks this is really helpful advice! ( : I think youve hit the nail on the head when you said that your exercises are stronger than others so cant be done more than once a day. I think maybe thats where some people get confused because I think Carole Maggios says to do it twice a day but perhaps hers is gentler. I know that when I used a Cleo machine it was much gentler so you could use it twice a day if you left 6 hours rest in between.(But treatment times take ages and results arent as good as manual exercise) However, this video has really helped to clear up my confusion on the matter-thanks!!!

      Thanks Superfreak, you understand completely! Carole's exercises are strong but she doesnt do the repetitions. It is the repetitions that you cannot do 2 times a day. That is where the strength is. So glad you "got it" :-)

    Hi Peta, thank you for this video I really love how honest and clear you always are. I have a question, I'm 25 and don't really have wrinkles but I think my philtrum is now slightly longer and I've started noticing nasolabial folds and also a few expression lines on my forehead. I think its from having a stressful life and/or an expressive face.
    Is it too early for me to start your programme, should I wait or start? I apologise if you've already covered this topic, any feedback would be amazing. Thank you

      you have to do a full face routine. If you dont have wrinkles I would wait until you are into your 30s before you start because once you start you cant stop

    Just curious. If a person over exercised their face and caused sagging or droopy skin, would their face return back to what it was before if they stopped exercising, or is the damage permanent? Can muscles/skin fatigue from over exercising and collapse into or down the face? Hope this makes sense.

      Hi Briar, if you over exercise it can cause permanent psychological and physical damage. And yes, the muscles can collapse

In general, which types of cosmetic procedures do you support that work alongside w/ Facerobics, and which work against Facerobics philosophy/ practices?

    So, Series 1, levels 1,2,3 are meant to be done in one setting using 50 reps each, for two weeks, correct? Not, series 1-level 1 for two weeks then Series 1, level 2 for two weeks and series 1, level 3 for two weeks? I want to make sure I’m doing the program correctly so as not to cause damage!

    hi- so after the first six weeks, one should change without stopping to series 2 and 3 and so on. anyway, the question is do you work your muscles every day, no break for a day? thank you so much for your great work!!

    Hi I have been doing the neck exercises for a turkey neck but I've noticed that the skin is sagging more!! Is this the muscle bulking up and will the sagging skin go back to normal if I have a break for a few days? Maybe I have over done the exercises?

      6 days on, 1 day off for the first cycle of the series 1, 2 3. then do what you feel comfortable with.

    I'm 18 and I've been doing face exercises since I was 15, but lately I'be been noticing that I have nasolabial folds, now I'm insecure and sad because I don't look my age and I don't know if I could get rid of it. I just discovered your channel, and sadly, this video. I was doing another channel' series and it all started pretty great, I wanted to get rid of my chubby face, now I just do the face excersices to try to minimize the lines that I've created, obviously it doesn't look like the first months that I started to do it. I'm scared, I was doing a full face routine but It has been almost the same since I started. What should I do? :-(

    Hello Peta! Is it possible that 50 repetition are to much for my forehead? I have been listening carefully to what miss Pita say for almost 2 years now ,followed all your instructions, never adding any exercises and I am glad I did! It really helps a lot. I do have a question though: I almost never move my forehead, so I naturaly dont have much wrinkles there. When I do the forehead exercise I follow your instructions carefully, but it seems like its to much. My forehead becomes uneven ( I have very thin skin) and specially when I do the exercise in serie 2, it seems like I get lines between the eyes and I also start to move my forehead more generally- and that also create wrinckles. ( I know I do it correct)It feels like my forehead gets a lot of visible tension and sometimes some muscles there starts to contact by them selves.When I take a breake for 2 days the forehead looks much more relaxed and most of the wrinckles disappear again. I dont have this problem in other areas of my face I understand that it is important also for the eyes and the eyebrows to do forehead exercises and I guess its because I never move my forehead and dont use/have week muscles there my forehead react like this. Do you have any advice? Do not do it so often, not every day or not so many repetitions?I feel a little stressed when I create new wrinckles.Thank you so much for sharing your program.

      Ok some people have this. You need to half the routine repetitions for the Levels.
      You need to do a full face routine otherwise your face will become mishapen, so try halving the number of reps and let me know how you go.

      Thank you, very much!. Ok: 25,50 and 75, or just 25 all the way? Im now on the 100 repetition level of the rest of the face and still 50 repetitions on the forehead seems to much right now. I will try 25,50 and 75 when I start series 3 and let you now.

    hi Peta, i have been doing the exercises as instructed for some time now, since this time last year, but i was on the series 3 and up to about the 3rd week of 50 (i don't do 150) and went away and had difficulty doing them while away. that was at xmas and now i wonder what exercise i should do, should i go back to series 1 or series 2 or begin series 3 from the start or do the new series 4. i really want to do the series 4 but don't know if that is wise.
    BTW you are always very clear and specific and do a great job teaching :-)

    thanks Peta I am doing series 1 easy in the evening. 6 days then rest. I do them in a mirror. 50 repetitions. hold 20 seconds. My face just looks like it is sagging more even around my mouth. It looks like I have something burrowing under my skin puffy like at the corners of my mouth. where the marionette lines are. they appear to be getting longer. I hope you get an idea from my description. I haven't added or subtracted anything. I think the vertical lines on forehead may be me sleeping on my face at night. what should I do. I think your program is great. I am 65 but just now getting the sagging but not a lot of wrinkles. I am afro american . would that make a difference?

    Hello! I just found you today because I have noticed sagging under my chin. A few years ago I started doing under the chin exercises to tone it up and I have seen within the last year or so that the skin there is a bit almost wrinkly and saggy, (Even though I am only 26). So I started doing them more to compensate. (just the same 3-4 exercises the whole time) It dawned on me today that maybe those exercises were causing this to happen. Do you think that is the case? And if so what can I do to improve it's unseemly appearance? Thank you so much for being on here and giving this very helpful information!!

      Hi Alisha, yes this is most definitely the case. You need to do a full face routine and change the routines, as I have created in my program. You cannot just do the same exercises all the time otherwise sagging and wrinkling will happen because you are fatiguing the muscles. here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

    Thanks Peta. Would it be okay if I started from the beginning as if I never started. I have not been doing the series correctly, but, thank goodness I have not damaged my face. I always want to work my labial folds more, but now I see that I should not do that. I appreciate your work.

    just wanted to ask a quick question I do hope that I will explained it properly. its about the Lacrimal sac in the corner of the eye wear a swelling always seems to appear how can we get rid of it? is it a build up of fluid? I'm not sure how to get rid of it? thank you again Peta take care

      Alyicia, you need to be following a full face routine to help reduce this. As you squeeze the eyes it reduces the fluid thru the lymph system under your eyes

    Hi, I have just started series 1 level 2 with you and I follow you on the video. It says level 2 is 100 of each exercise but with some of them like the eyes we only do 50....are we meant to do 100 or do I just follow what you do where some of the exercises we do 50 and some we do 100. Thank you. Really enjoying the results.

    Hi Peta, I am 70 yrs and started your exercises a few months ago. Nothing moved at first but I persevered till the muscles moved and now there is noticeable different in my face. Questions, cannot do 150 dept so do 50 100 and 100 again IS THAT OK?
    in series 2 we needed to do all the exercises lying down, I found it much easier for me to do THEM LYING DOWN., can you do all the 4 series lying down? However disadvantage is you cannot watch yourself in a mirror to make sure you are doing them right as you watch you and do them. anyone any good ideas to have a comfotable position to do both sitting up.

      Hi Bridget, welcome to the channel! Yes you are meant to do them laying down and have said this in a number of videos. It is ok if you cant do 150. Watch yourself in the mirror first to learn them, then exercise along with me for awhile, then do them laying down. by the second time around you will be able to do it.

    I have trouble holding my hands/fingers in some of the positions...especially the one for the under eyes in the first routine. Will it cause damage to use one of your other methods of holding the muscles around the eyes?

      Hi Gorgeous Aura, if possible try to master the placements. As when you change the exercise it changes the focus and intent of the exercise and becomes something different. :-)

    Do you have any advice for people that think they have overexercised? For example, take a month off, or anything like that? Or continue the EAWM but on a light schedule? I think I remember a post you made on essentialdayspa suggesting someone to stop all facial exercise until their face recovers or something like that.

      Hi John if you (not you specifically) have overexercised my advice is to stop doing it until your face returns to normal again. It depends on how much damage you have done, as it could be permanent. In that case you have to exercise very gently to hopefully bring the face back over time. With the nose, you need just to stop doing it and it should come back to shape. Mine did thankfully!

      Elaine, I have sent you beginners links, and also on EVERY video you watch there is a link that pops up about how to find beginners information. In this video there are two links that pop up throuout the video about beginners information. I am at a loss as to how you could miss it unless you are not watching all of the videos in their entirety. I sent you a comment recently that said to do 5 days, rest 2.

    Will my results be the same now that I am 33 to when I am 60? I mean will my muscles still respond the same or will they be tired from years of exercise?

      you will be able to maintain the results, but because you are fighting against aging it will not be perfect, you will still get some wrinkles.

    I have watched the videos & have been doing level 1 series 1. I am now on day 11 & I am one of those people who thinks they are getting more wrinkles. I haven't changed anything. I am not sure if to go on or stop & try to figure out what I am doing wrong. for example I had horizontal lines on my forehead. now I have vertical lines too. I only do them once a day. help!

      colette you must be doing them incorrectly if you are getting more wrinkles. it is not possible to get wrinkles with facial exercises if you are following the programme. What are you doing, can you tell me exactly please?

      I just realize I was suppose to reply here I wrote it in the comments section. I am doing series 1 easy 6 days a week 1 day rest . I do it in the mirror 50 repetitions 20 hold. I believe the vertical lines on the forehead is coming from me sleeping on my stomach. But my face appears to be sagging more especially around the corners of my mouth. It looks like something is burrowing under my skin at the corners of my mouth where marionette lines are. they look longer now. I am afro american. Another skin technician once told me that because of the Melin in the skin it doesn't wrinkle as much. but we will experience sagging. I am 66 people thought I was 50 but I do see the sag & some wrinkling on forehead, corners of mouth, across the nose. I look like your before picture now. then I stumbled across your program & am delighted but don't want to cause more problems by doing it wroong. thanks for your help & dedication. Will your products be good for my skin do you have makeup colors for darker complexions?

    I never over do the exercises, but I got my finger placement wrong in the cheeky exercise on series 2, any boy did it cause pouches on the sides of my mouth, fine now! but Peta is right, listen carefully Lol

    Thanks, peta. I am on series 2 level 3, I suddenly found that I'm doing the 3rd week of level 3, I stopped right away. I had thought this was just my second week. Not sure if it caused damage to my skin as I only overdid it for 3 days. Skin is a little saggy. How long do I have to stop before progressing to series 3? Thanks. PETA. Love you.

    Hi Peta, I started your facerobics last week and I love it, but please can I clarify something that is confusing me, I have noticed on other videos you do it will say update on the cheek excerise, and you will demonstrate a new or combined way of that particular excerise, does this mean that I have to change what I'm doing in my series? Or does this new and improved come later on say in series 4 when my muscles are stronger? I follow the routine with you on the UA-cam video and it's great to copy and follow as you are doing it, if I was to put in a new and improved movement then I would not have you in front of me doing the whole routine, if you see what I mean? Sorry if I am confusing you! Xx

      Hi Harry, welcome! The updates are there to help everyone practice the exercise easier, and new easier ways I have found to do them. The program is constantly evolving. It would be a good idea to follow the updated ones. Just learn how i have done them and adapt them for the EAWM Series

    Hi Peta.. I have been doing your exercises as stated but by the time I got to 150 repetitions the skin around my eyes( from owl eye lift series 1), my forehead just above my eyes and also the top of my cheek chaffed so badly that at first I thought I had eczema . I think it's because we have had extreme heat in Sydney ? I got to nearly two weeks of 150 but the marks were so bad I stopped for 4 days and it got better. Today I started level 1 again and had a little redness even though finally it has cooled down quite a bit I am a bit worried about having this happen again when I move up in repetitions . What to do? By the way I have noticed the difference especially my eyelids and cheeks so your exercises are great so maybe my skin is sensitive and maybe thinner as I am 56 your advice would be helpful thanks

      this is due to dehydration and i would suggest that you purchase some of my skincare, that has been specifically formulated for Australian conditions. You will need to use moisturiser while you are doing the exercises, as this is a very extreme reaction. It is actually your skin that is reacting to the exercises so you will need to apply lotion before doing it. Dont worry about the slip, i would think that your skin will soak it up immediately.       FACEROBICS® - Your Face Exercise Coach Hi Peta I hate to disagree with you but I have the opposite problem even when it's not hot my fingers tend to slip off as my cheeks are greasy ( must be my Italian skin) must be friction? .. try to put less pressure but then my fingers move around so annoyed as I love your program so well thought out !....Started level 1 series 2 this week still have some marks but not as bad just wondering if I should stop at 100 and not go to level 3 ? I just think my skin as become sensitive as I've gotten older especially around the eyes it seems thinner 😕 I am thinking of buying your device in the future though and trying the serum just have a few things to pay off in the next two months. Also love your other channel your Peta Hewitt from the art channel aren't you? You're very talented and I know you put a lot effort into creating these programs

      Gilda, if it is friction, you must be pressing and rubbing alot. Your skin can still be dehydrated even if its an oily skin, so I still believe it is dehydration. Being a beauty therapist, I have seen this on a number of occasions. Glad to hear you love the program and hope you consider the serum and device, it will really help support and re hydrate your skin. Lol, no I am not Peta Hewitt, but would love to be able to draw like that!!!!! :-)

    Is it possible that your program practiced as you described would be too much for some iindividuals and would have the same negative effects as those experienced by people who modify and add to it?

      Mike this is a very balanced program. I say to people if they cant do up to 150 repetitions just do 50 3 weeks / 100 3 weeks. If you change any of the exercises (which are not repetitions) you will run the risk of over exercising and i have many videos on this topic. People who change it has had problems and when I ask them when they complain to me, did you change it? 100% of the time they did. Dont change any of the exercises in the EAWM Series. This is all i can say. And I dont know how many times that i have to say this before people actually get it.
