    Nice one, Peta, as always. It's as if you heard my message on the cosmic telephone! Last night, I noticed that I really need to work on my risorius and buccinator areas and thought 'I must have a look through Peta's channel to see what she's got - she is bound to have something good!' And voila..... this morning, there you were with this exercise, the first thing that popped up on my feed!

    Hi PETA, I’m very exited to find you, I’ve started the face exercises with details videos individual and I’m thoroughly enjoying doing all yours perfectly explained techniques, is not easy but I’m trying my best to follow religiously the exercises which I wish if I had find you earlier as I’m over 70.     Thank you Peta. As a former professional model, I am so grateful for your work. I found your exercises 6 months ago and realize I have so much to learn from you! I especially love the connection you've made between emotional healing and healing of some wrinkles. Question: during your lower cheek exercise here, should my upper and lower teeth be together, clenched or loosely touching?

      thank you so much, so glad you found the channel. With this exercise you are isolating the masseter, so you need to keep your jaw apart and use the muscle to create resistance

    Hi Peta, I'm so very happy you're sharing these wonderful exercises online. I'm a bit confused as to the order I should start. I'm new to your channel and already have been sharing it with some of my girlfriends as we have talked about facelifts and surgeries a while back.     thanks Pete. just tried the new eye lid exsersis, great as always. I've also being back to some of the first exsersis and found that the chin and sagging jowls one were you place the fingertips along the chin really worked very well for me and I've noticed that my jowls are really tight. thanks for being so brilliantly talented 😆

    Hi Peta - thank you so much for everything. I think I overdid it with this excercise. I am into the 3rd day doing the 150 reps. Should I go back down to 50 or 100 reps or take a few days off? Just not sure what to do when you know you’ve pushed it too hard. Thanks again!

      Hi Jimi, i am sorry to hear this has happened to you. If you feel you have overdone it, just stop for awhile until the muscles go back to normal. If you do more, you could create more damage.

    hello peta, so pleased to see you again
    I went through the the renewme website as instructed to learn how to start with the program. but it only states 3 EAWM series while I see five playlists here ... I see you also post new exercises that are not related to the EAWM series, I am completely lost ... I'd like to do everything you are teaching us, I started as said in the website but please tell me how to apply all the good things you're showing us.

      Hi Jasmina, thanks for your question. You need to go to the playlists on the channel and start at the beginners videos, that will then lead you to the rest of the program. the EAWM Series from 4 onwards is in the Facerobics Gym, not on YT, but there are playlists for people who are not in the gym for those series. when you get to them, you need to learn the exercises as normal, then do the routine as normal. The only difference is that you are not doing it along with me. Also, please remember to subscribe and hit the alert bell next to the subscribe button so you get all the updates to the program. :-)

    Peta I am making my own routine. This is one I added and did each area. I know in one of your videos you said to give the nose exercise a break ....should I put this in my daily routine and for how long to do the nose. Thanks and keep up the good work...

      Hi Karen, I hope you are doing well. When you construct your own routine, you can add what you want in all the major groups, and then follow the program of 50/100/150 reps changing every 2 weeks. but if you create a next one, you need to leave the nose and/or lips out as you will over exercise that area as it changes very quickly and if you do too much, it can become misshapen

    Peta I have TMJ. I’ve had orthodontics and prosthodontics treatment for two years to help correct it. There are several exercises that I have done along with you that hurt, but this one hurts really bad at the TMJ. Is that ok? I won’t be able to do more than 50 reps on this one.

    Peta this is a great exercise the only problem I am on the series where I am doing 100 reps but I could only do 70 of these...it is really painful.....is that ok till I get used to it...thanks

      I will do that. Also, as you suggested, I stopped the other exercises for my face that I was doing that were not yours. I stopped over 7 weeks ago, before starting your program. I have gone all the way through series 1. But now I have a lot of jowling, loose jowls, that I did not have before. Any ideas, suggestions or why it happened? Thank you!

    Hi peta. Last week I just noticed wrinkles appear above my left side of my jaw a day or two after starting the exercise. I do the cheek lifter check plumper and lower check exercises one after another. Maybe over exercising?

    Hi Peta - I feel this exercise is quite effective. If I am making my own routine and adding one choice from each facial area, how often can I pick this exercise for the lower jaw area to add to my six week increments? For instance

    Hallo Peta thanks so much for your exercises i started 1 month ago after long try and the end to the 2nd week i culden t really do the excercises because i ll be out and just went to sleep..so i startet again then 50 repetition for every exerc.for another 2 weeks and again i stopped 3 days before finish again the 2 weeks...what i have to do now??startin again or going to level 2,100 rep x 2 weeks...thaks so much im italian and im watching you from canary islands..help xxx

      Hi Charlotte, you need to be doing the full face routines. This is a difficult area to lift, but it wont droop more if you do the exercises correctly and in a routine. Also, if you do all the series and not just one, it will work better

    I used to had chubby cheeks..but i do exercises and follow healthy diets and i have started loosing weights .But my face looks pathetic as i am loosing face fats...i want chubby cheeks without gaining weight..any possible ways??

      Sandy, you cannot do exercises stand alone, you need to do these exercises as part of a full face routine.       Thank you. I wouldn't do a single exercise. From watching and listening to your videos, I've learned the importance of doing a full face routine. And my face certainly needs a full face routine. I was just wondering if any of the series of exercises have an exercise that targets both upper and lower cheeks in that particular series; rather than one series have an upper cheek exercise and another series have a lower cheek exercise. I should have been more clear that was what I meant. Thank you so much for everything, Peta.

      The best thing as a beginner is to start on the EAWM Series in the play lists. There is one or two exercises that have what you are asking, but you cannot just do them. The EAWM Series are designed to have balance. What you miss on one series you get in the next. I wouldnt worry about it, just follow the series and over time you will see changes. Also, you cant just target areas. Thats a myth. Like with your body, you cant just do sit ups and think you will lose weight, the same is for your face. You need to do the whole thing to have an effect.

    Could you please clarify...Whats not clear in the instructions is if you are pushing your chin forward or back... Thanks

      Hi Kingfillins, i am not using my chin, i am pursing my lips, which causes the chin to move down. but the exercise is not initiated from the chin, its initiated from the lips pursing.

    hello Peta. I had series 1-4 on my phone and was very happy with the affects. my phone had gotten damaged and I was not able to transfer them. Is there any way I could get those series. thanks Karen
