    She ain’t lying! I started doing this and I developed it cuz my face looked like it needed blood flow. I did it along my laugh lines and Jaw and yes it was a glow. I used my knuckle index finger pushed into the skin with rose oil! It literally gave me an instant facelift!

    Just wondering how long each day should I do facial exercises. I have only been doing this for 3 weeks. Just not sure which one to start with, or which few. I appreciate all your exercises you are doing. Your skin looks amazing, obviously the exercises are working for you.

      Hi Julie here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

    Hi Peta, I'm from Portugal. I love your facarobics videos.I'm not a native english speaker so i sometimes don't understand. Please can you tell me "Set of 10 each time 3 times". Does this mean I should do it each excercise from chin to forehead 10 times then re start each 10 massage 3 times then again restart each 10 . Also I do you mini massage also which I love to do. Can you tell me by dates how I can combine mini and deep massage.. like Sunday mini... Tuesday deep like that. sorry Peta for my long question but i know you don't get angry at me.. because you look so innocent and tolerate my Q.Thank you I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL .

    Peta, I was reading information about hair dyes, and was extremely concerned when reading about the cancerous properties in the ingredients. Apparently, there are a many cancers that can be started from cell changes due to the properties in the dyes. The US does not restrict as many ingredients as does the European countries. I brought this up, to find out, if these are concerns in your country ? I wanted to add, that I like your message video. I think it is great after a facial exercise.     Thank you Peta for not saying we need to get organic oil. I hate it when i watch other videos from other youtubers that seem to think we are all affluent and have access to all organic foods and products, coz most of us really can't afford that kind of lifestyle.

      as with everything you do to your face, you need to do it in moderation otherwise you will cause the skin to be overstimulated or start detoxing. 2-3 times a week is best

      Hi Smile, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, the massage will not cause wrinkles, follow the program, all the exercises help for concerns of the face Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on youtube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years.     Hey Peta I was just wondering with the 2 massages, you mentioned doing two massages a week would it matter which one ? Also if I was using the laser would I also massage ? Another question sorry, I have hurt my neck not sure what I have done !!!! very annoying. I have stopped doing the exercises for over a week because I feel that the neck exercises will irritate it . I suppose doing the exercises and leaving the neck exercise out for now would be a no no. So Im thinking of just massaging my face for now, I have been doing these exercises for a while I just love them and I have notice an improvement. I don't want to go back to the beginning Im nervous my face will drooooop !!!!!!! hahaha. By the way you look fabulous !!!

      It depends on what else you are doing to your skin. You have to be careful not to overstimulate the skin as it weakens it

    Hello Peta,Thanks so much for being so generous in sharing your techniques! I find your positivity contagious and my outlook on life in general improves after listening to you. :-)
    Your skin looks incredible (I've been curious to see it without makeup). I notice that you now lack the facial redness that can be seen in your "Peta age 50" photo. Is this mostly from your use of the laser and serum? I have easily irritated facial skin and rosacea, and while the rosacea isn't severe, I would love to know if the laser can improve it and if the serum is designed for very sensitive skin.Thanks

      If you use the LL over any are that is inflamed such as rosacea, it will inflame it more. You can use it, but miss those areas

    Hi Pita, I have wanted to write you this fan letter for a long time! I started doing facial exercises about 20 years ago. I used Carol Maggio and then Flexeffect. But over time, I was not seeing results, probably in part due to lack of variation in the exercises. I have been doing your exercises for about two months. I am now on Series 2. I am really seeing results! My friends tell me how great I look; they just can't seem to pinpoint what looks different :) About bone loss, which you mention at some point. Flexeffect has some interesting ways to address bone loss. You might want to take a look: pressure reps and a technique she calls "jolting." BTW, just doing facial exercises helps to build bone, I was told. Have you found this to be so? I wish that you would publish a book as a complement to what you offer in the gym. I plan to join the gym very soon but also like to have a book so as not to have to access the Internet all the time. Another thing I wanted to mention, I've shared that I do facial exercises, and dermarolling, etc. over the years with some women but few seem to want to go to the trouble...I guess this is the same for all exercise. However, my daughters, now in their 20's are already interested and think that I look years younger than their friends' moms So you have a whole new generation of Facerobics fans coming along out there.     Hi Peta i have recently started doing the face excercises so i am still at the level1 but loving it totally. Tried deep muscle massage and its quite nice. Just wanted to ask how frequently we should do these massages and can we do facial excercise post massage or it should be the other way round

      Hi Tannya, i suggest do the massage once a week, or two if its used to the oil. There are other massages coming soon and all of them are designed to be done once every week, in order. So, 1st massage 1st week, 2nd massage 2nd week, etc...

    Love this massage! it really reaches my areas of concern. Question, how would you coordinate the use of the massage with the exercises? Would you do them after the massage, or do massage in the morning, exercises at night, once a day, twice a week (you get my drift😉)

    Hello Peta! I came across this video and the Powerlift one while I was browsing around your channel. Just in time to do Powerlift today which is day 6, of week 1, level 2, series 1! And followed up with this marvelous massage. I used organic grape seed oil because it is one of the least comedogenic oils - i have enlarged pores in my cheeks that clog easily. My skin looks radiant and glowing and feels very soft. My whole face feels energized the way my body does after an intense workout. Look forward to checking out your other massage techniques too. Three weeks into your program, I'm seeing small changes already. I took a before pic when I started your program and I will take a photo after I complete each series. I wonder how my face will look in six months' time? Thank you again for developing this wonderful program. I love that it is always evolving as you learn more.

    Hi peta really enjoyed face message. Applied pure olive oil. I was going to mix 1 part tea tree oil with it but decided to use just the oil. One question. Do I apply my night cream over this at bedtime? Would it be alright to add the teatree oil

      Hi pat, Tea Tree Oil it is considered a broad spectrum antimicrobial. Looking at the Complete Guide to Aromatherapy by Salvatore Battalinga, he recommends it be applied for the treatment of acne, dandruff and other skin disorders. You can mix it with the olive oil but only use one drop as you are only using a tablespoon of of olive oil. Also, you might find the olive oil, unless its a light one, to clog the skin a bit. If that happens try using avocado oil instead. Could you let me know why you have chose Tea Tree Oil?

      Hi Ana, I am a gym member, I have been with Peta for over 2 years, some of the gym members use the gua sha, it seems to be lovely, make sure you follow the program Peta has a program, if we follow the program just as Peta tells us, we can achieve wonderful results. The program is a full face routine, we do not do just one exercise for a specific area of our face, we must follow the full face routine. We start with series 1 we start with 50 reps of each exercise in series 1 we do the exercises at the same time of day for 5 days, then on the 6th day we do the massage, on the 7th day we rest. We do 50 reps in the above format for 2 weeks, then we do 100 reps for 2 weeks then we do 150 reps for 2 weeks. The series takes 6 weeks to complete. Then we take a week off, during this week we learn the exercises for series 2, trying to learn an exercise a day, looking in the mirror and listening to what Peta is telling us to do in the videos. After the week off we start series 2 with 50 reps for 2 weeks as per above format. We start with series 1 and work through to series 6, then we start all over again with series 1. Series 1-3 are on the public channel and series 4-6 are in the membership site. We do the exercises lying down. Peta also has a beautiful skin care range, which can be found on her internet website under renew me. We also do face yoga, this gives us extra lift, we do it 12 hours from when we do the exercises. Eg. If we do the exercises in the morning we do yoga in the evening. The yoga is found on youtube facerobics yoga. It is recommended that we start facerobics around the age of 30 years.     I just went and bought some coconut body oil for my facial exercises. Did I read somewhere that you should not massage your face every day. How many times a week should we.

    Peta, this was lovely. I used your instructions for getting rid of a double chin and it really helped very quickly. I giggled when I first saw it, but as I said, I tried it and it worked! I will continue doing it from time to time just to make sure that "turkey waddle" stays away. This facial massage felt great, and I've had a headache for a few days, so this was just what I needed. XO

    Hello Peta! I am Cristina from Romania i am 37 years and i watch all your video for exercises along with me and i did not start because i want to ask you first , you are so a inspirate women thank you for evrething , i had a problem with my mandibular joint for 3 years i cold not open my mouth and i could eat i have to mixt the food to drink it YES wos horible and the pain wos wors but nobody knew heare in Romania so i went to the doctor in Italia and evrything is fine now thank you God my joint was bloked . So my face and my muscle wos suffriend in this time my cheeks are gone and in the corner of my mouth are 2 lines and my question for you my dear Peta if i do the exercises along with me , if you want to talk to me in skype , i relly want to do something with my face to improved and i am scared about those line . Thank tou for everthing i love you Peta and wen i saw your videos i tout is a answer for my problems ..... God Bless you !!!!!!

      Hi Christina, thanks for your questions. I dont do skype sessions anymore, you can join the Face exercise gym, www.facerobics.com.au - it is cheaper than one skype session and lasts all year. I can talk to you in the weekly Q&A. However, you will need to be careful doing facial exercises if you have had broken jaws and the like. As face exercise is just like exercise for your body, if you are generally ok, and you just need to tone your body its ok, but if you have pre existing problems, it might prevent you from doing it.
