She ain’t lying! I started doing this and I developed it cuz my face looked like it needed blood flow. I did it along my laugh lines and Jaw and yes it was a glow. I used my knuckle index finger pushed into the skin with rose oil! It literally gave me an instant facelift!

Hello Peta! I came across this video and the Powerlift one while I was browsing around your channel. Just in time to do Powerlift today which is day 6, of week 1, level 2, series 1! And followed up with this marvelous massage. I used organic grape seed oil because it is one of the least comedogenic oils - i have enlarged pores in my cheeks that clog easily. My skin looks radiant and glowing and feels very soft. My whole face feels energized the way my body does after an intense workout. Look forward to checking out your other massage techniques too. Three weeks into your program, I'm seeing small changes already. I took a before pic when I started your program and I will take a photo after I complete each series. I wonder how my face will look in six months' time? Thank you again for developing this wonderful program. I love that it is always evolving as you learn more.

I notice that you now lack the facial redness that can be seen in your "Peta age 50" photo. Is this mostly from your use of the laser and serum? Hi Peta i have recently started doing the face excercises so i am still at the level1 but loving it totally. Tried deep muscle massage and its quite nice. Just wanted to ask how frequently we should do these massages and can we do facial excercise post massage or it should be the other way round Thanks once again for all the videos
Hi Tannya, i suggest do the massage once a week, or two if its used to the oil. There are other massages coming soon and all of them are designed to be done once every week, in order. So, 1st massage 1st week, 2nd massage 2nd week, etc...

can you do different facial massages everyday like the accupressure point massage you made and the face massage video you made for your special friend plus this one? or would you be overstimulating your face by doing too much facial massages? thanks Peta!
What do you think of using olive oil or coc oil? Also clarifying do this once a week? THe three times so you mean three times repeating the whole routine in one sitting?
as with everything you do to your face, you need to do it in moderation otherwise you will cause the skin to be overstimulated or start detoxing. 2-3 times a week is best

Does this mean I should do it each excercise from chin to forehead 10 times then re start each 10 massage 3 times then again restart each 10 . Also I do you mini massage also which I love to do. Can you tell me by dates how I can combine mini and deep massage.. like Sunday mini... Peta, I was reading information about hair dyes, and was extremely concerned when reading about the cancerous properties in the ingredients. Apparently, there are a many cancers that can be started from cell changes due to the properties in the dyes. The US does not restrict as many ingredients as does the European countries. I brought this up, to find out, if these are concerns in your country ? I wanted to add, that I like your message video. I think it is great after a facial exercise. Hey Peta I was just wondering with the 2 massages, you mentioned doing two massages a week would it matter which one ? Also if I was using the laser would I also massage ? Another question sorry, I have hurt my neck not sure what I have done !!!! very annoying. I have stopped doing the exercises for over a week because I feel that the neck exercises will irritate it . I suppose doing the exercises and leaving the neck exercise out for now would be a no no. So Im thinking of just massaging my face for now, I have been doing these exercises for a while I just love them and I have notice an improvement. I don't want to go back to the beginning Im nervous my face will drooooop !!!!!!! hahaha. By the way you look fabulous !!!

Hi Pita, I have wanted to write you this fan letter for a long time! I started doing facial exercises about 20 years ago. I used Carol Maggio and then Flexeffect. But over time, I was not seeing results, probably in part due to lack of variation in the exercises. I have been doing your exercises for about two months. I am now on Series 2. I am really seeing results! My friends tell me how great I look; they just can't seem to pinpoint what looks different :) About bone loss, which you mention at some point. Flexeffect has some interesting ways to address bone loss. You might want to take a look: pressure reps and a technique she calls "jolting." BTW, just doing facial exercises helps to build bone, I was told. Have you found this to be so? I wish that you would publish a book as a complement to what you offer in the gym. I plan to join the gym very soon but also like to have a book so as not to have to access the Internet all the time. Another thing I wanted to mention, I've shared that I do facial exercises, and dermarolling, etc. over the years with some women but few seem to want to go to the trouble...I guess this is the same for all exercise. However, my daughters, now in their 20's are already interested and think that I look years younger than their friends' moms So you have a whole new generation of Facerobics fans coming along out there. Thank you Peta for not saying we need to get organic oil. I hate it when i watch other videos from other youtubers that seem to think we are all affluent and have access to all organic foods and products, coz most of us really can't afford that kind of lifestyle.

Hello Peta! I came across this video and the Powerlift one while I was browsing around your channel. Just in time to do Powerlift today which is day 6, of week 1, level 2, series 1! And followed up with this marvelous massage. I used organic grape seed oil because it is one of the least comedogenic oils - i have enlarged pores in my cheeks that clog easily. My skin looks radiant and glowing and feels very soft. My whole face feels energized the way my body does after an intense workout. Look forward to checking out your other massage techniques too. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. Your skin looks incredible (I've been curious to see it without makeup). I notice that you now lack the facial redness that can be seen in your "Peta age 50" photo. Is this mostly from your use of the laser and serum? I have easily irritated facial skin and rosacea, and while the rosacea isn't severe, I would love to know if the laser can improve it and if the serum is designed for very sensitive skin.Thanks
If you use the LL over any are that is inflamed such as rosacea, it will inflame it more. You can use it, but miss those areas

Hi Tannya, i suggest do the massage once a week, or two if its used to the oil. There are other massages coming soon and all of them are designed to be done once every week, in order. So, 1st massage 1st week, 2nd massage 2nd week, etc...

Peta, I was reading information about hair dyes, and was extremely concerned when reading about the cancerous properties in the ingredients. Apparently, there are a many cancers that can be started from cell changes due to the properties in the dyes. The US does not restrict as many ingredients as does the European countries. I brought this up, to find out, if these are concerns in your country ? I wanted to add, that I like your message video. I think it is great after a facial exercise. Hey Peta I was just wondering with the 2 massages, you mentioned doing two massages a week would it matter which one ? Also if I was using the laser would I also massage ? Another question sorry, I have hurt my neck not sure what I have done !!!! very annoying. I have stopped doing the exercises for over a week because I feel that the neck exercises will irritate it . I suppose doing the exercises and leaving the neck exercise out for now would be a no no. So Im thinking of just massaging my face for now, I have been doing these exercises for a while I just love them and I have notice an improvement. I don't want to go back to the beginning Im nervous my face will drooooop !!!!!!! hahaha. By the way you look fabulous !!!

Hi Pita, I have wanted to write you this fan letter for a long time! I started doing facial exercises about 20 years ago. I used Carol Maggio and then Flexeffect. But over time, I was not seeing results, probably in part due to lack of variation in the exercises. I have been doing your exercises for about two months. I am now on Series 2. I am really seeing results! My friends tell me how great I look; they just can't seem to pinpoint what looks different :) About bone loss, which you mention at some point. Flexeffect has some interesting ways to address bone loss. You might want to take a look: pressure reps and a technique she calls "jolting." I plan to join the gym very soon but also like to have a book so as not to have to access the Internet all the time. Another thing I wanted to mention, I've shared that I do facial exercises, and dermarolling, etc. over the years with some women but few seem to want to go to the trouble...I guess this is the same for all exercise. However, my daughters, now in their 20's are already interested and think that I look years younger than their friends' moms So you have a whole new generation of Facerobics fans coming along out there.
