    I'm 25 y.o female had a droopy eyelid all of a sudden and didn't improve on it's own. I've been doing this course for 5 days and my eyelid is almost the same as it was. Thank you so much❤

    Refreshing ! My first day doing back facial exercises after intense oral surgery. Im sure doing facial exercises have helped my quick recovery. I've done series 1 for many years, & like this style with the sound and seeing the timer.

    I would join your site for an ongoing monthly membership fee, even though it would cost more in the long run! over £100 in one go is a bit too much for me at the mo.
    I've done several different face exercise plans since 2007 and I really like yours.

    I have just started this repetition, looking also at single videos for each excercise.
    I have so say I am surprised to see how much tension I have in the face muscles...if done in a delicate way, this could really be beneficial, not only from an aesthetic point of view, but also to release the tension in the face muscles.

    You are literally amazing beautiful, I have been following you for a while doing your exercises and at first I saw good results but then I didn’t watch your little videos properly and really learn the exercises and then I went back and watched and learned for ages to perfect it and WOW I am in my late twenties and I am looking like I am looking in my early twenties got my mum hooked too !! We just think your amazing but if any one is struggling thinking there not getting the right results it’s because your not doing the exercise right once you do everything will lift , trust me , I would love to join your aerobic exercise online course but is there any way you can pay monthly or two payments maybe? As we both want to join you are incredible xxx

      @@facerobics I’ve been doing facial exercises since I broke my neck and jaw nearly 20 years ago. I had nerve damage to my face, so I had to do exercises to help fix it. I was 26 when this happened to me. So I used Carol Maggio’s exercises at that point and others from Bell’s Palsy. I only discovered you about 3 years ago. I’ve had to modify some of your exercises around my injuries especially the lower jaw and the neck ones. For instance, I have to stick my tongue out to keep the neck exercises from hurting the injuries on the front of my neck. My jaw and facial muscles are unreasonably tight, so I modify some of the exercises you have to suit me. So yes, I do your Series 1, but it’s modified because of all of the scar tissue I have in my face, neck, and jaw.

      Hi Tosca, thanks for informing me what you are doing. I have to say, with a big warning, that if you have injury, you should not be doing my exercises, should not be doing any form of repetitions. This is a very strong program, and, when you do it you need to be healthy without injury to your neck or jaw or even nerve damage as you have explained. It is like if you have an injury when you go to a Gym, you cannot do most form of exercises. I can suggest that you try my face yoga, it is a more gentle form of exercise, yet achieves the same thing, and being the creator of this program, I do not approve of the exercises being changed or modified. I know that people do it, but very rarely tell me because they know I will be saying what I am saying to you. So honey, you do this under my warning that I strongly advise you to stop, if you are doing repetitions, and follow the face yoga instead that I have created from the exercises. I say this in the best possible way that I can 💖

      Katerina, you can follow series 2 from the play lists. I have done series 1, to give everyone an understanding on how to assemble the exercises in each series from the play list. Just learn series 2, assemble the exercises together in the order they and shown, and start the routine workout.     hello Peta - a little confused about the nose exercise - at the end of the 50 repetitions, do we hold the nose down for 20 seconds or hold it up? From looking at your video - I think it's down but would just like to make sure. Thank you!

    hi Peta. When doing this excercise, the little line above the thin tip line of the eyebrow isn't isolated and my is quite deep already. not sure how to make sure not to create a deeper line here

      Hi Suzanne , my name is Peta Dwyer (not to be confused with our Peta) and I am a member of her Facerobics Gym. You must follow the program as Peta tells us, we start at series 1 do 50 reps a day for 5 days, 6th day is massage 7th day is rest. Repeat for 1 more week then start 100 reps as above, for 2 weeks then start 150 reps as above for 2 weeks, when you finish the 6 weeks you take 1 week off learn an exercise a day of series 2 then start as above.     Hello Peta, I have joint stiffness in my thumbs so I cannot use them the way that you do in exercise 1 for the forehead.

    I’m brand new here and confused as to how and where to start. I recently had my upper teeth removed and I’ve noticed a big change in my face structure. It appears that the forehead has dropped significantly. Any ideas you can give me would be very much appreciated.       50 Repetitions - 2 weeks - Level 1
      100 Repetitions - 2 weeks - Level 2 (same exercise set)
      150 Repetitions - 2 weeks - Level 3 (same exercise set)

    Thank you Peta! I’ll be 62 next month and just found your videos - wish I had found them years ago!
    Question: are there any “stealth” facial exercises I can do without hands on the face? For example something I can do while in line at the grocery store or at work at my computer when my hands are occupied? I’m guessing “no” since it seems that the hand placement helps support and isolate muscles but thought I’d ask!

      Hi Rose, no I am sorry, you need to use 2 hands, and you cannot do them while doing other things as you actually need to focus on what you are doing. If you do them incorrectly you can cause more wrinkles.

    the muscles on one side of my face are a lot weaker and looks a lot older 😭 (i think the collagen has deteriorated too bc i sleep on that side) will the excersises as is balance this, or should i focus more on the one side? + start sleeping on my back lol

      Hi Terra, with my program the exercises are as is, you cant change them take them out of the exercise set or anything like that. Possibly try doing the lower jaw exercises gently without much muscle effort.

      Hello lovely, I am sorry I have stopped selling the Laser Lift. The GuaSha is available however. Basically the video you are commenting on is what you get in the gym up to series 6, there are also other things in the gym, but the main emphasis is the EAWMe Videos.

      Yes you can of course! These exercises are particularly useful for 50's plus but yes of course you can do them.

    I am a bit unsure how to follow the program. If I understand correctly you have to do level 1: 2 weeks 50 reps, 2 weeks 100 reps, 2 weeks 150 reps? then 1 week break, and then series 2?

Are you saying you are not doing any more videos at all on the normal UA-cam channel.. for example the updates for the series and hints and things like that. Or is it the along with me series for the over 50s that you are doing now on your membership site only thank you x

I did this because I cannot any longer put out my whole body of work for free, because people have downloaded the videos from UA-cam to watch them, not using UA-cam, therefore my channel is not getting the views, and if I keep doing so I will not be able to continue with the channel. Everyone can still use the playlists for each series and assemble the exercises into Level 1, 2 & 3 routines into a full face routine using the exercise set as normal.     How do i execute the exercises without putting presure on my neck? After doing the routine i get a headache due to neck strain. Pls.adivse me on how to do the exercises properly without straining my neck muscles. Thank you.

      Hi Joji, yes sometimes this happens. It should correct after a period of time. If it doesnt you will need to stop the exercises entirely.

    Hi peta as I follow ur series all 6 series from last 3 years and have good results and I love to follow u and believe what u say but my two things r still there my eyes wrinkles and my laugh line plz i need to do some more things plz guide me what else is good for me as ur expert to how to handle i do by laying down all ur series thanks

      Hi Humera, wonderful to hear that you have been doing the exercises this long! Well done. Are you using skincare and light masks, these help tremendously, also the little guasha helps with gentle massage on those areas. You cannot do more execises but you can use gentle face devices to help 💖

      Hi AM, no I am sorry, you need to follow the program as I have prescribed. This is why there are 6 Series for you to follow. If you continually do just one series you will see changes, but then you will plateau. There is no point, you need to follow all of it.

      Hi Tayyabah, no, just to be performed on a clean dry face. If you use moisturiser your fingers will slip around.

      Hi Annarita, you can do them sitting back in your chair with some cushions under your arms to support them, or try doing them in bed with pillows under your arms.

      Also, the routines are for all ages, but particularly good for people over 50+ due to the rapid changes that are gained.

    Peta, I have followed your exercise routine since 2016. I have also taken part in your gym for a year. The exercises have been very helpful. The only important part is, and I have never heard you say is, what the best routine is. How many days on how many days off? Thank you..

      Hi Jeri, I am unsure where you got that information, most certainly if you were in the gym. I have always said, do them 5 days a week, with 2 days off. There is no best routine, you need to do each one to make sure that you are mixing up the exercises and repetitions so as not to plateau. I hope that helps.

    Am I right in that series 2 is gentler than series 1? My face felt super firm and strong during series 1 but not feeling it so much for series 2. Or perhaps I need to put more effort into it?

      Hi Kay, each time you change to a new series, which you have to do to maintain your facial fitness without plateauing with the exercising, you will find that your face will subtly change again. You need just to push through each series and over time, when you have repeated all the series from 1-6 a few times, you will find that your facial muscles will get used to what you are doing. Dont worry about it, just keep following each series and the program as I advise.

      Hi Boom Boom, sit up when you are doing Level 1, 50 reps for the 2 weeks, and you would have learned the series fully, then lay down for levels 2 & 3 when doing them. You can do them in bed in the AM or PM
