Nice video! Do you notice any difference in charging speed beteeen the two?
Yes. The fake one seems a bit faster, but it's not much, it at all. Also, I've had two occasions where the Gear wouldn't charge any further on the fake one, because it got too hot. I don't know if it also does that on the real charger, because I rarely use that one.
Bas van der Sluis Thanks! I've been a bit disappointed with the charging speed of my S3. Takes two hours when my previous smartwatch took only one hour with the same battery capacity.
Does the fake charger affect the battery life?

what about the battery life did you notice any drops?
Does the fake charger affect the battery life?
In this case probably not, because the watch did not get warmer than usual. There are wireless chargers however, which do make the phone or watch very hot. In that case, the battery will degrade faster.
I got one from China and it is overheating my gear s3...
I'm using fan to cool down...
Without fan just discharge it on high temperature...
same issue, i feel the after market make overhaeting my watch
