6mudla 6mudla were “long leggings so we can’t see the results”???? Why would we not want to show the results??? That’s the whole point of doing these exercises, so we can see the results.
Whats wrong with me. I'm skinny. I'm 21. Never gave birth or anything. And yet I have fat knees. Could this be medical isue? Or should I just shut up and do the workout?
I'm the exact same, I think for me it's just because I never did exercise when I was younger and I still dont but I'm going to try and start doing workouts and try to jog for 10mins every day!
It feels good to have women who feel the same. I’m 18 and skinny but have fat knees. I feel embarrassed to even wear shorts bc my knees are just so unattractive😒. I wish y’all luck in sliming then down tho😄
definitely have squeeze in time over the weekend to do that leg killer workout. 3 rounds. wow. Those smurf jacks look fun! Love your workouts. Do you have a video on how to firm up the Underbutt??? that is one difficult area to tone.
So I guess those are to prevent knee osteoarthritis, right? Can you please show us exercises for knee osteoarthritis to strengthen the quads . Thanks in advance
So I just started this program, two days later I am still pretty sore, should I still work out anyway? I’m trying to do this every other day three times a week. Not sure how to avoid the lactic acid buildup.
Im no expert, but unless you're in really great shape just work at your own pace. Work up to using weights, and only do what you can do without pain or absolute windedness. There are many different people of all weights, shapes & sizes, and fitness levels watching these videos. She should never be advising people to perform such a strenuous workout routine with weights and to repeat X3 without knowing what level of fitness they're at. It would always be recommended to check with your doctor...It's a recipe for severe injury and possible heart attack what she's asking people to do. Some people may be at a level to pull that off with weights, jumprope, and x3. However, I guarantee most are not. Ease into the exercise. Just do what you can comfortably do, then build on that. I wouldn't recommend starting with weights. Instead of 15, do 7 or 8...or whatever you can comfortably do. You can add a little more each workout and build on that. You can always build on your current fitness level, but it's never worth getting injured over...or worse! No matter how great she looks, or how easily she performs this, its irresponsible to tell everyone to perform these exercises at the same level. She has no idea her audiences experience, age, fitness level, or mrdical conditions or injuries. People need to be encouraged to improve on their current levels of fitness. That's it!
Down there its most likely fluid, cut down on the salt and do more cardio. Also, less salt and sugar.. more cardio (Sweat more) and maybe some pressure socks.
Are there any ways to work these muscles if you have bad knees that are easier on your knees? I need a double knee replacement and was told I am too young for one, but need to lose weight on my legs to help.
Hang in there. I was in your shoes a few years back...I had multiple knee surgeries from the best surgeons, but they never really took because both my knees were really messed up and bone on bone. The good results were not effective due to the extra wear & tear placed on other knee while I was recovering. I was told I was too young also for knee replacement surgery. I finally found a really great surgeon and he recomnended partial knee replacement surgery for me because most of the damage was on the inside of my knees. I begged him to do them both at the same time so the same thing wouldn't happen again. He told me I was amongst the 1% of the population that he would be willing to do that surgery for, because he knew I would be willing to put in the work. (Not in any way insinuating you wouldn't put in work, but you'd be absolutely surprised at the amount of people who are unwilling to put in the work before and after the surgery...even people I firmly warned. They think they can just have surgery, do minimal effort, and everything will be hunky dory! Definitely not the case!,) For those willing to put in the work it's lifechanging. I could barely walk before, but doing very well now! I'm honestly not sure how many of those exercises I could do without risk of injury truthfully. However, I can swim, walk, ride a trike, and workout...and Im 63 years young. I have also lost over 25lbs. since my surgery because I am so much more active. Most people dont guess my correct age. The surgery wasn't really that bad in my recollection. I've had worse! I would highly recommend having both knees done at the same time if needed and Dr. approved...for anyone willing to put in the work. I didn't think it was any more painful than other surgeries I've had. My advice is to work to strengthen knees as much as possible before surgery even with chair exercises This will make your recovery that much easier. They started my exercise about 6 hours after surgery, then continue to work hard. You will be amazed at your recovery and how quickly you will progress. I hope and pray 🙏 all the best for you. Your day will be there before you know it! 🥰
Honestly what. I'm sixteen, fit (as in, muscular due to a LOT of activity), no medical problems whatsoever and I still have so much fat on the inside of my knees. Nothing helps. Does anybody have any advice?
Hi ! i love these exercises! thank you for sharing. I meant to ask, do you think cordless jump ropes with just weighted handles are just as effective? I have a very small space and a ceiling fan right in the middle..lol. thank you and have a great day!
Probably not safely. Start out with chair exercises or lying on floor. There are an abundance of leg and knee strengthening exercises you can find on You Tube. Any muscle building activity will help build muscle, reduce fat. Also swimming 🏊♂️ is great too. Don't use weights. Start small and be consistent. You will eventually see results@
I have a problem with cellulite above my knees.. it seems like it's just recent. But I'm worried these kinds of exercises will thicken my thighs in thigh area 😢..

I hear ya. Start with chair exercises given from Physical therapist. Start small and slowly increase. Don't advice using weights either. There are many on you tube! Good Luck! Swimming is also muscle building and helps knees Spoken from someone who has had 6 knee surgeries...so I get it!

I like these kinds of exercises, because I don't have weights or go to the gym. Squats are usually to light without weights, but these are great.
Can you please come up with a video about your weekly workout routine or something. And maybe how to manage a home workout routine. Thanks

But you can't spot reduce fat....

weight training builds muscle, spot reducing is a myth. Doing some pussy squats with no weight is not going to change anything.
