      I was surprised you did not include the classic scissor lift (on your back with palms under the small of your back, raise legs abt 10 inches in and make the scissor movement open and closed.. Do it for 5 to 7 reps) and then side leglifts. I used them day and night for 45 yrs. I'm 65 and my legs look great I was told by men and ladies.

    *know what I lost 3 pounds with this exercise. I drink chia seeds on water with lemon every morning and only eat 1 rice either on lunch or dinner.

      No one is going to lose weight with these exercises. If they work, they will tone only. If you want to lose weight start jogging 30 minutes a day and don't overeat!

    Well to be honest this vid actually works. I recommend u guys to work this vid together with some vids of April channel ( she also has some great exercises to slim your calves and thighs). I do this vid once a day and 2 more April's vids twice a day. My thighs and calves lost 2cm within a week and my mom even notices the difference.

    Hey, I've started this today, my legs are still like ( ) Im hoping to be ( ) so I'll be doing this for longer than 2 weeks so I'll try to keep you updated
    Day 1: 👍 -no change yet of course, I only did it once
    Day 2: 👍 -still no change, I only did it once
    Day 3: 👍 -no change, did it once
    Etc etc 3 weeks later - I did it every day, sometimes once sometimes twice a day, nothing changed, but one of my friends also has the same problem and her legs got smaller, so maybe its just that I'm a guy and this only works for women or Im just built different idk but yall try it, ur legs might not change but its better than just looking at our phones all day lol

    warmup before the exercise and do stretches after.. it helps alot.
    Day 1 ✔ a pretty intense workout cant feel my legs
    Day 2✔ little easy can feel my legs getting stronger.

      Hey, I did something like this, and never updated bc I gave up. If that’s the case for you, please don’t give up! I’m still trying to get better at exercising and I struggle a lot with my body image, but PLEASE DONT GIVE UP!!!! Finish a week and then decide what you want to do. REMEMBER I AM HERE FOR YOU❤️

    I'm def trying this! I'll keep you updated! But after all the apps and the videos I've watched and tried, I can say that I've lost my hope for ever being slim.😞 So my hopes for these exercises are very low!
    Day 1: I slept better than usual😴
    Day 2: After I did it my legs hurt😩
    Day 3: I'm getting better in doing the exercises 💪
    Day 4: I still feel pain in my legs after doing the exercises 😣

    That exercise is not lunges but split squats. Lunges are the exercise in which you bring your leg back in the original position every time. Also it’s not side lunges but are side squats.

    It looks very easy for warm ups or even after exercise. I'm going to test it myself for a week and update. Don't care about likes but let's check this out. I don't workout daily abd take breaks however it should work even on its own. Let's see. First day:
