And therefore you will have more chance of having this "abundance". This video is more of a guide for those who are already on self improvement. You're not going to get abundance out of nowhere.

    You know what’s funny? Some guys will literally try to convince you that personality doesn’t matter and GIRLS ONLY CARE ABOUT LOOKS!!! You can tell these same guys have never actually touched a woman before. Gentlemen, remember this: woman respond to how you make them feel. This is why I preach on my channel that the energy you give off is SO important and this ties into your overall personality. Be a positive, fun, gentleman and I GUARANTEE you’ll get more girls. I’ve literally had countless girls approach me and ask for my number and when we get talking they also say they love my energy and that’s one reason why they were drawn to me. Obviously lads looks do matter but take care of the bare basics and stop crying over things you can’t control and you’ll be fine. No one likes hanging around a miserable C*nt, let alone women. More about this on my channel if you’re interested boys. Stay safe👊🏻

Since I started lifting weights i feel like girls tend to talk with me more, i feel comfortable, i talk with girls and girls talk with me. respectfully, don't trust fucking youtubers with diet and nutrition advice unless they have an education fit for it. some are good, like Andrew Huberman for example, but for diet you should just honestly read up on actual scientific articles and/or get books on it, it's simply that important. but the simple stuff is: eat complex carbs so a lot of vegetables and fiber-rich foods also food like brown rice and brown bread/food made with brown flour, oats and potatoes, sweet potatoes are also really good. eat a lot of protein, mainly white meat like chicken and cod for example, also drink more water, eat healthy fats like extra virgin olive oil.
      I would also add to the list; get good sleep.

      @@ericpiralla all right but make sure to read up more on it when you can. I'm just a random person in a UA-cam comment section, after all.
      also some additional tips:
      no soda, a lot of people forget to count liquid calories (milkshakes, soda, even most fruit juice you can buy in stores has a shit ton of sugar in it), and by that I don't only mean specifically people who track their calorie intake and expenditure, but also just regular people who forget to account for all the shit the they are _drinking_, not eating.
      take everything you find online with a grain of salt; you will find people advocating for almost every diet, there are studied benefits of the carnivore diet, the vegan diet, the vegetarian diet, the keto diet, and everything in-between. the same goes with drawbacks/detriments.

    Dear hamza, my name is Tyler and I’m currently at my last year of high school now. I met this girl and she turned out to be very toxic and I became so emotionally attached that I became super unhealthy. Your videos have inspired me so much. Although you are harsh sometimes, you speak truth and have great views. I enjoy watching your videos and I’m no where near being the best version of myself but I watch your videos and hope to implement them into my life. It’s been a few weeks since me and this girl broke ties and I’ve learnt to let go. There is this female and she is very pretty and has no dating history from what I know. She is always polite but I don’t know if it’s wrong to move on after 3-4 weeks after my ex. Me and my friend are starting gym soon aswell and I just want to thank you for making these videos.🙏❤

      Hey man, I’m not Hamza, but thanks for sharing your story. Advice-wise, move on as fast as possible. This doesn’t automatically mean get with another girl; just embrace the hurt and use it as starting fuel for your self improvement. You’d benefit greatly by having a long term plan for how you want to set up your life. Sit down with a journal / pen and get into the habit of mindstorming for your reflection and goals (Ex. “How can I double my income by this day next year?” w / 20 good answers). Begin the habits of NoFap, Cold showers, gym, and journaling. Unfollow everyone on socials who don’t bring value to the table. Focus on you. If she tries to come back, don’t let her-that relationship is no longer.
      Some other channels I recommend (no order):
      Captain Sinbad (inspiration / motivation)
      Casey Zander (real talk / hard truths)
      1stMan (work, perspective, real talk)
      -
      You’re not alone Tyler. I’m on this journey too. We all are 🤙🏽

    Bro getting a woman obsessed with you usually does not end well. If she is obsessed with you she is going to want to interfere with your solitary activities. I think it is not just selfish but borderline narcissistic to think that as a masculine man you NEED to have your woman obsessed with you, that you need to hurt her or make her cry bro that is so fucked up… I’m telling you this as a brother, it’s not ok , and when the breakup finally happens you will be haunted by those memories of her crying over things you said or did

      It's just about balance, I've unintentionally had the dynamic Hamza talks about here for about 2 years, and I feel terrible for upsetting her and I wasn't very happy in the relationship. I then went into a relationship where we spent all our time together for a solid 5 months (like almost every single day) and I ended up getting heartbroken. So either extreme (being super removed, being super obsessed) will turn out badly. You need to have your mission, discipline, be honest (which means you're not always being nice but you are saying what needs to be said), set boundaries, focus on your mission, understand no one relationship is the be all and end all. But you also need to get to know your partner on a deep level, show some vulnerability now and then, let them in on your mission a little. As an aside, any intellectual woman will find it very attractive if you can have deep conversations with them, and this doesn't have to take away from how feminine they are. And smarter women probably won't go for a guy who never engages in conversation beyond surface level.

    I am a 23 woman, came across this and felt the need to comment especially with the first two mentions (abundance and spiking the full range of emotions); some of this comes across as almost playing and making the opposite sex “crazy” about you, hinging into the player territory, and sure thing that can get you girls but, speaking for women like me who are looking for a genuine long term relationship I have never indulged a relationship with a man did not show me that they are are wholeheartedly into me. I don’t want to waste time with someone hesitant or someone who has the full spread of choice (our society is too focused on “the grass is greener” and forever swiping), i’d rather him show me he is actually focused on me, THAT will be attractive to the right person (especially if yes you are masculine, working on improving yourself and are in a good place in your life, happy single but looking for someone to share life with). If a man answers my “what have you been up to?” with “lots,” that minimal thoughtless answer will be less attractive to me and I will ultimately lead me to pull away as it flags to me that I do not have their interest.
    Felt the need to write this as I feel this way of portraying ourselves as “too cool for school” is great for perhaps picking up a few women but it won’t get you the right one; one that will look at you and fall in love with the real you. There are complexities in dating of course and there is a balance between sharing too much… but to the men reading this, if you genuinely are interested, show it. The right woman will love you for it.

    Men, if you want traumatized women to be obsessed with you, this is definitely the way to do it. The reason why the women you are with find this "full range of emotions" or having an abundance of women attractive, is because they are trumatized themselves and that is all they know of. They become addicted to the constant highs and lows of this sort of dynamic, which is why it becomes so obsessive. This is pretty damaging for women as a whole. If you really want a healthy well rounded woman in your life, you need to focus on yourself, work on yourself, and be a kind and committed man. All feminine women want a secure and mongamous relationship with men. When you really stop obsessing over "oh, why wont any girls want me" and start to just live your best life, naturally women will come to you. Some added bonuses are being hygenic, having a stable job, having a healthy diet, and having good style.

    • @Dalpuri_
      @Dalpuri_ Рік тому +32

      I'm pretty sure no well rounded man, wants a toxic women around. This does backfire on you guys ALOT. Eventually after being in this dynamic for awhile things get extremely toxic. She will probably not have any trust in you and it will end in one of those "my crazy ex" stories. This is all with good intentions and constructive criticism, I just don't want the men in our generation to be misleaded. I acknowledge that you all have a difficult time in finding the right person for you.

    I think as men we make these mistakes because we want the opposite of what Hamza is suggesting in women. We don't want a woman with abundance, is mysterious, we definitely don't want a woman who gives us too much of a range of emotions because we want peace (I would also be careful of this with women because it can get too much for women too, especially non-toxic women), obviously we don't want a masculine woman and I think generally we don't care about a woman's discipline.

    I agree 100% that self-discipline makes you more attractive, but I disagree that women need to be "obsessed" with you. That seems to me to be a narcissistic trait and will end up in toxic relationships that are not sustainable for the woman or yourself. Rather, focus on showing respect to her while maintaining your own path. I usually agree with most of the things you say, and I'm sure you help a lot of young men who are lost and need some guidance and direction, but "playing" with a woman's feelings will always end badly.

    • @bellaloita
      @bellaloita Рік тому

      Exactly. Thank you. As a balanced woman, last thing on my list is to be obsessive over a man. If you want a quality woman, she will not have this trait nor will she want this type of energy in her life. This will only attract toxic women. If I ask a man what he did today and he responds “ lots” I instantly loose attraction. If he can’t have a healthy conversation and is trying to make himself look more interesting thinking that playing with my mind will entice me.. I don’t think so. I’m usually fast to not respond after that. This truly is terrible advice. Just be on a mission to be your best self, that’s all a quality woman wants from you.

      You don't need to have other girls in your DMs that you're flirting with. That wasn't the point. The point was that you should always have the OPTION to get other girls, because I'm telling you, ur girl will have too (any girl has). Otherwise, she will feel like she has mroe value than you, therefore you are too bad for her. You don't even need to have options actually, just seem like you do. Don't come across needy. And you shouldn't be the "loving husband" in the beginning of your relationship, even though you would probably love too, I know what you mean. It's just like, it comes across needy and weird if you don't know her that well. It all comes with time. Just care for her as much as she cares for you and it will turn out in your both's favor.

      This woman you speak off, never existed. Yes, never existed. Ever. She exists in storybooks and movies. Long ago, men called Truabadors would sing songs about women they would never meet because the reality never measured up to their fiction. These songwriters never met these women in order to sustain the imagation they had. This is you. You are in love with the women of your dreams. They are not real. And never have been.
      However, there is nothing stopping you from finding love regardless. This is something everyone wants, and I mean everyone.
      The fact you use emojis makes me think you are under 18 years old. You won't find true love in this age bracket if you haven't already. Most people don't real personalties at this age, just clones.
      Instead, become who you need to be in order to catch this dream in the future.
      Also "True Love" is a myth. Love DEVELOPS over time. Get a relationship, see how it grows, you might find a deep love. This is the only way. You sound very inexperienced. Get out there, experience the real world instead of chasing something fictional.

      @@maxtheawesome4255 You really are indeed helpful, yes i am 19( you guessed it right). But at least real shit would have been easier if everybody was not the same, it might be social media.
      i rarely try to get into relationships, but when i try i feel like i dont fit at all. It is not real, I dont see my self marrying them. they all are the same, using the word "Ex" "Ex" multiple times, i even dont know how they get time for this much madness?
      And i know i have to put the work, however i cant!
