@@rukshandanushka3205 my bro let me please keep me updated on your journey!!! One tip that I can give you that I feel will help is really put a lot of effort into eating good quality foods. When I was younger I thought I could eat anything and I did get away with it. Being a little older now and eating a good diet of meat and fruits have really improved my recovery. My sleep has gotten way better and I’m able to give more effort to training
@@CHEZCANTERE could not agree more. To many people believe that just putting down calories relates to strength. In a sense yes but it can fuck with the nervous system, digestion all that stuff wich allows the body to take in the actual nutrients necessary for strength power and overall health. I think putting you awareness in your body is almost more important for the healing process then the food itself. Not to say you should not eat food lol
