New ABS Wheel Speed Sensor from 1AAuto.com 1aau.to/ib/1ATR...
This video shows you how to install a new ABS sensor on your 2002-2007 Jeep Liberty. The ABS sensor communicates wheel speed to your vehicle's computer to operate the stability control and antilock brake systems. If one of those systems has an error, replacing the wheel speed sensor might fix it.

What's the location on 2WD models??

The old sensor broke off. I'll probably have to take the rear differential apart and push it out from underneath. What a pain! I thought this would be an easy job. I tried every tool in my arsenal to pry the remaining nub of the old sensor out. No luck.

Challenging repair. Easy to break it off

Is there 1 sensor on each wheel (rear)?

I didn't notice anything like that on my diff, maybe I missed it. But was that on the front or rear diff??

If it’s a 06 or 07 their are 2 and they are located near the wheel ends.

You will have no cruise control if wheel speed sensor is not working correctly

2002-2005 had this set up. 2006 and up used a speed sensor at each wheel.

Doesn’t apply to 2007 liberty’s. I have one and for some reason this year doesn’t have one
