To be honest I’ve barely cooked any kind of pork chops! I love seeing these Puerto Rican ones! The flavours look out of this world! Really makes me want to give it another try! They really look so divine! For a pork chop noob, good tip about the marbling! I’ll keep that in mind!
Oh no! I'm sure this marinade would work well with lamb and duck, if you can eat those options. I would just reduce the amount of adobo, since those meats are much more delicate.

Deep frying them works too. I just prefer a shallow fry 🙂
I noticed deep frying them removes too much of the seasoning...it floats away in the oil
