Bendición! I want to say thank you. After my mother passed away, it was hard to replicate those recipes. You have made it so much easier for me and my family to enjoy Puerto Rican cuisine. You are awesome and I have made several of your recipes. Thank you and keep it up!

You are an amazing cook!!! I am Rican and though I know how to cook, you taught me to cook many recipes that I could never get right and I thank you for that. I am most proud of the fact that it was my husband that found you on UA-cam and because of you, he has become quite the chef. He is not Rican but has embraced our culture and food. He is retired now but I still work and because of you, I come home everyday to a wonderfully home cooked meal. THANK YOU!!!

Hello I just want to say thank you for your videos. I am married to a Puerto Rican man, we will be married 5 yrs next month, it feels like 50 yrs, lol, but I never use to cook Puerto Rican food, my husband always did. But one day I decided to come on here I found you, and I have made some of your dishes and now my husband is bragging to everyone my wife cooks Puerto Rican food and it is perfect. Thank you again.

Great Video. I had no clue about that cut the fat trick to keep my pork cork chops from curling.. I always thought ..they must be deep frying this ...but i genuinely learned something completely new here, so thank you.
