    Incase if we are planning for the pregnancy after two months may be after October. Till then can we do intermittent fasting 16:8 from 10am to 6pm for the two months??

      Nope .. chia seeds has some calories.. black coffee/amla juice/plenty of water are fine ..
      Also don't take any sugar.. reduce day by day .. sugar is more toxic than alcohol

    Hi mam I am a diabetic for 7 years and my age is 37. I tried Intermittent fasting during 2020 and did diet along with exercise inreduced from 80 to 64 in 8 months period. I had some.acidity issues that also. After that i gained back weight again as i dint follow proper diet nor exercise so again came to 80. Now from march month i am trying to do IF but i am unable to do as my acidity issue is heavy so i am not trying If and just forllow balanced diet with exercise but i am unable to find result in my weight loss only 5 kgs and right now 75 only is the weight which i have reduced from march till June . Pls let me knoe what should be done🎉
