Yes I did lost 10 kgs in 5 months just skipping rice in afternoon, instead I took poriyal, Fruits...but in Saturday and Sunday I have a habit of eating non veg, so I don't skip rice in weekends and i m keep moving on....

So sila per night shift patha night tha nammaloda breakfast or 1 St meal start aguthu..so through out the night tha namaku eating window. Day la thoongiranum nu solraga. Sila per athuku apdiye opposite ah solraga. IPO iruka situation la night shift workers kana diet and workout schedule pathi ithuvarikum online la oru clear ah na video Ila...intha problem nala neraya night shift workers suffering gaining weight and so many health issues.
