Love your work and the willingness to share how you go about the processes of rust repair and repair panel fabrication. I notice that in all of your posts, you utilise predominantly, the disc grinder, to remove the affected area. Just curious; do you ever use a plasma cutter in your work, as it seems to becoming a prolific industry tool nowadays? Oh and I marvel at how you and the Team, remember where all the wiring hooks up. Electrics are my nemesis!

Two can't find second hand good ones as they are still on the shell as there is no need to cut a clean shell up and three if that was the process we would need the floors (as you will see in later videos), sills rear inner arch 1/4 etc so basicly almost all the car so why not just shell it, but by the time you factor into it replacing and transferring all the parts and doing the modifications to it. Spot weld drill bi s take off too much of the metal that is to be left to weld to for my liking, it's just the way I work :) for me this way preserves the remaining metal :)

I love the 911 and Datsuns/RX-7, so it’s really cool watching you guys do these REALLY BAD cars some justice.

Just curious as to how you pick your cars and how do you manage to make a profit as I can see the work you put in to do a proper job. The vids are really useful and much appreciated.

We dont pick our cars, the customers bring them to us for repair so whatever they bring we mend :)
We make a profit from charging for our work but we are cheaper than anywhere else and thank you for your support :)

Crazy to think that the most plausible reason for the start of the rust problems many years back is the piss poor condition of the British roads, couple bare spots through the sealer in the arches with the mix of road salt. Every car i've owned with rust was due to either damage to the sealer or previous owners never cleaning the muck behind the Arch lips. To think people spending thousands on brand new cars just to get ruined
