@@jackbrown6913 I know what you mean! I don't know if it's the Trancey Music or the way there folding metal like they're doing origami with metal or the combination of both 😅😅 I'm hooked😄
I’ve been watching your channel for a number of months now and i have to say what fantastic work you do. I love the bits of banter and Steve’s music is top notch, although that might be my age lol. All i need to do is find a barn find for nothing now…
Another good episode. The new welder looks very good and you seem to have it working well. It's never easy to change from equipment you have used over time and got to know. Best wishes.
R-Tech great company to deal with. Looking forward to seeing you both using TIG to create some even neater complex patch panels and save on some of thegrinding.
Great bit of welding and nice to have clear explanations as to why you follow a set procedure/process . Very educational I found you through Matt Armstrong and follow you regularly as I do Arthur Tussik another great vehicle restorer.
Too bad R tech hasn’t found you a welder’s helmet! LOL Thanks for the content. Amazing and fun to watch the process. Hard to believe that this makes sense financially though. This has to be outrageously expensive to have this level of work done. ❤
Excellent work as usual! Thanks for the video and the welding info. I have recommended this channel from the beginning for the quality of the teaching you provide. Thank you and well done.
That's neat Steve that is gonna be like a new car when you are done with it you and Ryan sure do the best welding you make perfect welding beads is what we call it over here a welding bead. You guys are the best and you keep having extremely good content. 👍.
Another excellent video. Maybe think about wearing knee pads for all the kneeling you guys do on hard floors. It would prevent knee problems (my friend suffered from) in the long term and they are so much more comfortable. The Porsche is going to be like new I think.
great work Steve!... I only started teaching myself to weld a month ago...I'm getting there, but I got a flux core welder as it was cheaper and easier for me..spatter aside I've read flux core is hotter than MIG so you have to dial it down a bit more than MIG settings, certainly for stuff like 1.2mm.. not sure if you've found that?
I do like a Targa! - I have the same Snap-on mig as I've seen in some of your videos, what would be the baseline settings on that for car body work? Cheers Steve!
Does the new welder not have a stitch function to allow easy welding without loads of button pressing on the handle? Rtech seems a great company as they support loads of internet heroes like yourselves.
Hi Guys, I notice that you often will tack parts in place, that you have just fabricated, but them leave them tacked, rather than completing the weld, until you have more parts to add. Is there a particular reason for this?
I can't help but feel for the owner 😬I nearly bought a "cheap" Targa myself a fair few years ago, after seeing the previous bodges you're having to rectify along with the age related rot, I'm so glad I didn't.
Please, please, please get yourself some knee pads or lift the car up. Not worth doing yourself long term damage. My mates done exactly what you're doing for the last 30 plus years and regrets it not. Amazing work, love the channel, but please look after yourself.
This is such a great channel! I owe it to Matt Armstrong for finding you, but now I like your channel more than his.
Mate, you get hooked. Feels like you know the boys and hoping for a vid every day

Great job again....a lesson in patience and not getting too much heat in one area...😳😏😏😏🇬🇧
I love watching the process, but I also can't wait to see the end result of the restoration! Can't decide if I want it to end or not. 🤔
Hope you Ryan and the lads are well Steve , looking forward to this 👍🏻😉
Great work again Steve.

I can vouch for the r tech 180 mig. Nice little machine. Keep up the good work lads.

Steve your an artist!!
Getting there Steve looking good and very clean and tidy nice welder plus the tig!
Amazing.... please dont forget the LJ80😢
Great stuff, one of my favourite channels now.

Do R-tec make a spot welder with different arm attachments they could sponsor yours
Coming along nicely. 👍
Poetry in motion. Love it!
Fantastic job steve
time seems to go too quickly when watching your videos..amazing work.
Excellent work as usual! Thank you for the video and the welding info. Nice welder!
That 181 is a seriously nice machine, definitely having one after Christmas to replace my worn out old welder!
Another master class! Love that the Porsche is starting to get its structure back.

Love watching you guys at work 😀👍
Beautiful job Steve - that welder loojs a decent poece of kit , those welds were beautiful
A fine job Steve, and also another good video.
Beautiful to see, I've learned much. Thank you.
Always great content
Great video, awesome work. Possible epilepsy warning at the beginning, maybe?
my Gosh, im so amazed how it went so well, awesome work!!!!!!
great job steve looking good
Beautifully done👍👍
Love to see something on the DB6?
So would I - Steve any update of when that will happen!

that welder is a neat bit of gear steve ! with one of those even i could weld and not have it look like chook poo
Me encanta el trabajo que haceis
Thank you :)
Is there a reason why you spray directly after a few inches of welding and not when the whole piece is finished?
I do like a Targa! - I have the same Snap-on mig as I've seen in some of your videos, what would be the baseline settings on that for car body work? Cheers Steve!
Great work! My SC needs similar work on the front inner wings/bumper shock mounts. What sort of ballpark cost would that work be?
How many liter of gas per min do you use? Currently I am using 7 in closed environment. Great job as always Steve:)
Third like....soo proud!❤

Great work as usual Any idea when the roof is going on!
When its structurally sound enough that the old roof can come off.
Otherwise its like working with jello, nothing is going to line up.
Do RTECH make a Straight MIG welder? As I don't feel comfortable using an LBGT welder! 🙂
Nor an AC/DC Tig welder!
You guys seriously need to invest in a good spot welder system!
We have one. But we try to show people they can do it themselves so we don't use the bigger equipment unless we have to.
Hi Guys, I notice that you often will tack parts in place, that you have just fabricated, but them leave them tacked, rather than completing the weld, until you have more parts to add.

👍👍👍
Why do you use .8 wire is stead of .6 john
We use both depending on what we are doing. Thiner metal we use 0.6 thicker like structure we use 0.8.

Neues Schweißgerät,ja is den heid scho Weihnachdn.👍👍👍🔨🔨🔨
Kidney Balls? I've literally rewinded a few time to check if I heard that correctly...
Love your work! I do worry about your knees, though 😔😔 Maybe invest in a few gym mats?
Quando episodio 8 Mazda Cosmo?
You definitely need the upgraded welder. It’s the LGBTQ+ 😂🤣
