I wrapped my drill bit about 3/16 down from the top of the drill bit so after I went through the first layer of metal under the hood the mess of tape wouldn't let it go through the top of the hood takes some of that fear factor out of the job
That's the first thing I notice after before buying my Taco "Holy crap this hood is heavy!" Thanks for the demo. I wanted to see a kit installed and how well it performs before buying it. I am ordering my kit right now. I would hate to knock the hood prop out while working under the hood.
The ones on Amazon have incorrect measurements and blurry pictures- might be better buying better quality or having someone install. They are less expensive on Amazon- but there is no install support except for this video. Great video by the way! Thanks
