Day 247 S T O P the Stress

Hello and welcome to day 247 Becoming Peace Meditation & Inspiration. The name of today’s session is Stop the Stress.
There are days we just don’t seem to be able to shake off the stress. The stresses of life, the stress caused by our own choices, and the stress that is no fault of anyone. Stress is one of the biggest contributors to high blood pressure, heart disease and becoming non-functional in our day to day activities. How would you like to learn a tool you can use to stop the stress? Well, let’s begin.
So sit back and rest your eyes, take several deep breaths, and begin to let go of all the tension and heaviness you c array with you physically and emotionally all day long. Take a few more deep breaths.
Take some deep breaths. Allow your body to release any tension you feel. Relax the shoulder and arms. Sit comfortably with you back supported and you head free. Take another deep breath. Go ahead and close your eyes and let’s begin.
