Ooo yes I have those too! Have you tried drawing them to try and understand them? They’ve helped me understand a lot. I hope it can maybe do the same for you :)

Thankfully, I do not get nightmares very often but when I do somehow, I understand if I remember what the content was exactly what it was that I was feeling that day or thinking about that day and if I don’t address it while I’m awake, sometimes it comes out in my dreams. That’s exactly what your subconscious does And that’s what dreams are about because I’ve studied it in college when I was taking psychology and that is exactly what only nightmares but all dreams are about is your subconscious mind which you are not aware of coming out at night while you’re asleep… It took me long time to figure this out, but now if I ever have nightmares, I normally understand why and what the reason is and I take care of it while I’m awake … I don’t necessarily need to draw, but what does really help me is either writing it down what my thoughts and feelings are or talking to somebody about it . I wish you the best and thank you very much for that kind remark ❤️❤️❤️
i've been losing my focus lately with this distrupted mind inside my head, i'm trying practice to control it by using this meditation, eventough it's not that easy to get control with. but i hope this meditation can help me along the way my practice journey

This one was legitimately great. I have anxiety and it usually takes me 5 minutes before i stop overthinking, but the mocement of the hands with breathing really worked. Gonna keep using that regularly. Thanks!
It really worked ❤ a simple technique but so so effective. I was overthinking lately and after this meditation my mind had no thoughts literally. It felt like a mind detox. Loved it. Thank you so much for the great meditation. I am truly grateful.

When you said to imagine the waves, I started imagining myself alone on a boat in the middle of the ocean, and it was a little distracting. Now I’m thinking about how that imagery is representative of how I currently feel. Guess I need more practice with meditating 😅
Actually I was listening to some near-death experiences and getting up very early but still need a couple hours so I thought I'd lie down if that's okay? And then I'm going to put on some HZ frequency to heal my dog and I. Thank you for the meditations
These meditation videos have definitely helped me deal with overthinking. I feel more confident and calmer than ever in my decisions 😌
