    When he said that I was safe and ok in this moment, I started crying. So much of the day goes by with me feeling depressed, anxious, and stressed. But their's usually a moment at the end of the day, when everyone is asleep, and I can be at peace. I wish I could hold on to that feeling. Carry it with me always. But I can't.

      Hello I wanna ask smth does meditation shows its effect after a month or 2 and if not then why do I still not have control over my anger tbh i am really a short tempered person so I needed meditation but I just can't see much difference in my behavior can you suggest smth

      @@dishamathur8088 medidation can help with short temper but it cannot happen in a short time like a month. I suggest you to add meditation to your morning & night routine (right after waking up, right before going to sleep) and you should use meditations for temper, this one is for stress and its not aimed for your problem. also I suggest you to use longer meditations day by day to challenge yourself since its harder to be patient and stay still for long period of times. and keep im mind that how long it will take will depend on the person but average time is 4-6 months for this. good luck on your journey!

    I am so anxious and stressed out with my school assignments. There are so many deadlines I am rushing for, and my progress is very slow. When he said "I am here", I cried. It's such a relief, I feel better now, thank you so much.

    25/02/2024 I am here writing what I feel right now. It's just I feel so pressured regarding what my future holds for me. I badly wish to become successful and contented in life where I would be genuinely happy not just for myself but for the people who surrounds me, the people who truly cares for me.     I have a lot of health anxiety I know I have nothing serious since I don’t have a fever. I have to think positive and continue with life with a smile on my face everyday and enjoy life to the fullest I know I am not alone we are all in this together the lord will never leave me he will always be here for me❤️🙏🏼 Thanks a lot to my therapist for recommending me this video that will help me feel better with time of course to feel relaxed and thank you very much for posting this video I appreciate it a lot !!😊💙

    I meditate pretty regularly, and I found out I had covid-19 which wasn’t a big deal until i had to isolate from all of my family. I felt and feel super alone, with that I have a ton of schoolwork, I had missed a week and a day because i was on vacation in Mexico with my family. I came back and I miss it so much. I miss the company I had and the peace of mind I had. School stresses me out because I force it upon myself to always be perfect. Which is an unrealistic idea, and I’m unlearning to do. It’s been a hard couple of days, but I am so proud of my progress and how strong I have been. To whoever is reading this, appreciate every single day in your life, all the sadness and happiness, because they are both valuable. It will never be the same day again, so make it great! I hope you have a great rest of your time and thank you for reading this!

    “Having slow movement is key. Celebrating daily accomplishments and just being 1% better and not being focused on completing 30,000 things at once. ❤️” - this is what I wrote down in my notes after this meditation. You will be okay, just slow down and like he said, drop the resistance

    I just started meditation with this video. I have trouble being concentrated to the meditation itself and having no other thoughts but it still made me feel much better.     My ACT is in a few days and I've been stressing out about it along with other assignments and tests I have to do this upcoming week. I was crying because of the stress but this really helped me calm down and put the situation into perspective that it's not a big deal and that I'll probably do fine. And I'm taking a break for today because I've done assignments for the past 2 hours (I'm also in the middle of moving into a new house plus I have my job on top of that) so I'm going to try and relax for the rest of the day. Afterall, it's been a busy week and I deserve it.

    Online school has made my health decline physical and mentally. It felt so good when he said unclench your jaw and relax your shoulders. My right shoulder has been lifting by itself lately, I’ve never had this before. Too much stress, and too much neglect for my own health so i can just pass this semester

    Love these free meditations on UA-cam, thank you! I am currently struggling with my law school workload and feeling very anxious and stressed and, as a result, feel nauseous and tired all the time. This helped me calm down. Will definitely listen again when needed❤

    These 10 minutes of my life are so calming and I wish I had this in my mind the whole day, can you make like a 30 minute one I really need it and I would appreciate it very much but that is your choice I can’t make the happen and all of those words you said made me cry, also and I almost fell asleep thank you so much for posting this and I hope everyone watching this has a great day or night

    I've been really stressed and worried over work and my health and decided on whim to look up meditation to help clear my mind. Ngl, I kinda shed a tear in-between the session. I guess I didn't know the extent of my stress level until I really focused my attention to myself. Thank you for this!

    When you started explaining how stories we tell ourselves about our situation can distort our perception of it I started crying, because I don't think I realised the extent to which I've been punishing myself by creating narratives about the situation. This meditation really helped - thank you.

    I deal daily with anxiety due to trauma and have been diagnosed with PTSD. This video works almost as well as my anxiety medication. Fabulous. This is DBT in a nutshell. Thanks John.

    I watch one of the Goodful meditation videos every day. It helps a lot. I have to deal with a lot of anxiety -- most of it about things that aren't really happening now, or aren't that important. The anxiety, stress, depression, healing, self-love and day to day meditation videos usually help me to leave that anxiety behind. It comes back -- it's embedded in my brain -- but I can make it go away again. Thank you.

    Thank you! I started the meditation with my heart racing and tears rolling down my cheeks. I ended the session with a slower heart rate and a fresh take in the situation - stress really causes perception of things to be narrow and different!

    This meditation helped me think about a triggering situation in a new light. I’m usually so stressed when I need my blood pressure taken- especially by a machine rather than a person. But I realize that I will be okay when I go to the doctor tomorrow. And if I’m not feeling it, I can ask to take the BP screening later in the day. This was so helpful, thank you!
