Good tip about the nozzle dip. I didn’t know that.
A bit of soap stone on that blade would help. Maybe protect the mating surfaces in the vise.
What's the grinder attachment called that grinds the aluminium off
Soapstone helps in files too. Leave the file in vinegar for a couple days
more trikes of the trade.
