I don't play them for a living, I just like fighting games...so...to me at least it's not 🤷♀. What I do consider impressive is his devotion to this game for more than 15+ years.

It's understandable if you don't remeber the exact damage number, or item gs or wathever a warrior could do/use in wotlk patch 1.2.3...this guy on the other hand, makes a living from remembering stuff like this. And I'm pretty sure this kind of conversation pops up regulary in his every day life, to know exact details like this so fast, that must be one of the many reasons.
everytime i see him do this transmog competition, i always amazed by how he can remember almost if not all of the armours and weapons and where to get them from a game that has a 15 years span of contents

The other guy wasn't forced to jump in anyway, he did it on his own. Probably thought that Pyllymake actually jumped and decided to join him.

So i actually tried WoW for the first time almost a few months ago, i bought shadowlands and took my character all the way to the shadowlands MSQ (i stopped playing after a few quests). Reason why i stopped is i would get extremely overwhelmed with what needed to be done and the add-ons added to the overwhelming feeling. I want to do dungeons as DPS but i fear i would get kicked for sucking. Any recommendations, since I'm still on edge on whether to come back or not. I love WoW due to the cosmetics(sets)/mounts you can obtain (not sure if any other game has something similar). Sorry for the long post! Thank you.
@@9901ghsa I’ve gotta say it was because of the content droughts one after another. Our guild was barely able to survive the BFA and first few months of SL was really good. Then everyone started getting ahead of the curve and some gets the cutting edge out of guild raids. Few months goes by and people started dropping. My tripping point was that they introduced a new 6months sub mount which had a unique animation and bone structure. While we were getting nothing, it felt like getting milked dry. If you like collectionist style of WoW it still is really good game. And if you’re new, there are nearly endless things you could check out. For the hardcore contents I honestly don’t know what advice should I give for relatively new player.

If you're ever going to play I'd suggest playing at the launch of an expansion with everyone else, it's really fun seeing everyone gather around to wait for the global launch, memes included and then experience the new content with tons of players simultaniously. It's always the most exciting time for me haha. You do have to be max level though, not that max level is hard to reach, it's just that you can't experience the new content on a low level character.
The undead character with fallen king vibes, with a crown and mace, with a sick name like Xenthes and a great guild name in Quenya.... just crown them the winner immediately. Plus the mount... **chef's kiss** One of the best, RP-inspiring transmogs I've ever seen.

F man.. I miss the good old days in WoW. Just logging in, vibing, feeling a part of a community, back when a server was a server so you knew everyone. WoW was such a big part of my life from the original to cataclysm, then the game became absolute dog ****, and ever since then ive been waiting for them to turn around but it has just gotten worse and worse, and the knew Dragonflight expansion 10.0 is going to be just another cash cow expansion with microtransactions and no changes. Blizzard doesn't understand that its not about the content (vanilla had not that much content tbh), its about the CORE of the game, its about the game not being an RPG anymore, its just a MMO, there is 0 things RPG anymore, every piece of gear feels like it makes 0 difference, a level has 0 weight, professions have 0 weight. Basically the game has become a cosmetics farming simulator. Please Xbox, do something.
The only way WoW comes back is if they completely hits the reset button, grounds the games story and creates a new world where everyone is back to 0, 0 mounts, 0 everything, no microtrans, no transmog ect.

These make me want to play, then I spend 45 minutes transmogging all 12 of my characters, then never even play. So Kudos to Asmond for even entertaining me with something that is long gone.
I genuinely love these competitions. It seems to me like much of the judgement comes from how well the mount/color/armor parallel each other. But I think what would also be cool is if the competition had lore. If each individual had a background story of why they dressed that way. Just a proposal for an idea!
