Curraghkippane Graveyard Cork

St. Mary's Cemetery Curraghkippane Is a beautiful and peaceful graveyard with amazing views of the Lee Valley.I pass it most days out walking and I’ve got a lot of family buried there as well.Here a little walk around it for anyone that can’t get there are anyone Away 😊 Follow / alleddiesthingscork for more all things cork 😊 If you watch on a big screen views are amazing 😊

Do you know that it holds the record for the Worlds longest and shortest funerals, the shortest was for the man who lived on the tiny cottage near the entrance to the graveyard, and the longest was for an Irish sailor who died on board his ship, and had to stay on board the vessel and go long way around the earth to get back to cork
