I wouldn't recommend this in any way, but it's your car. I do what you tell me, I'll just state your best interest. Having the cat installed will push high egt levels which will raise iat levels. Long story short, this will lead to knock after a couple hard pulls. The car will pull timing to keep things safe.
@Kyle Hannon stage 1 is definitely the best route. It's the most hp gained per $ and doesn't require any modification. Making it superior over all other stages.
@@boostdynamictuning Sorry just mainly asking if it would shorten the life of my car or have any negative effects on the engine or transmission if I did a stage 1 tune?
I'd make a suggestion, show the stock run first then the tuned run. Makes more sense.
My buddy has an '18 A5 Quattro and was wondering if you could do some custom tuning for an upgraded turbo on this platform.
Currently in development, if he is willing to take logs, we can probably make something happen.
Nice what is your 0-60 now
What’s the difference in stage 1 and stage 1+???
boost pressure and ignition timing
A5 190HP IS TUNABLE?
@@vupor3461 yes it is!
What are the features of the TCU tune? Is this the 8speed ZF or the 7 speed DCT?
hi, where you get?
I have this car with CTS intake. Could I do your stage 2 ECU/TCU tune without changing the downpipe right away?

Ok thanks. Want to do it the right way. Do you have a recommend list for your stage 2? Would you point me in direction for getting a full consult?
CTs intake? How do you like it. Just seems like it would be worse than stock
when is b9.5 comin for A5? 45TFSI?
Just waiting on protocols to read the ecu. Then we can get the show on the road with the tuning process.
@@boostdynamictuning anything available as of Jan. 2024?
any risks on tuning?
Stage 1 and 2 no. Stage 3 is where parts start failing due to power.
@@boostdynamictuning so no real problems with longevity or reliablity to the car?
@@boostdynamictuning im probably just looking to do stage 1
