The difference between breathe and flow and other yogis on UA-cam is the manner in which you instruct the poses. "push the ground away, tuck your tailbone", "round your back", etc. It seems unordinary but this channel's way of explaining the poses in simple ways I with adhd can understand is a blessing. I can't find any other yogi here on UA-cam that keep me on board with the poses without having to look at the screen.
Changed my life. There's a lot of people, and especially guys, who have no idea how transformative this practice is. I didn't know before yoga for men. Thank you.

Can’t believe I’ve only found this channel now, what you both do is superb. I’ve always put too much pressure on how I look and spent hours in the gym lifting weights. Now I have found you there isn’t so much pressure and I can begin every day, calm and relaxed. I would love it if at the end of your videos you could leave us with 90 seconds of meditation music to finish. Thank you and please keep the videos coming.

I loved this class. I have a knee that needs TLC every day to get going and this practice was both strengthening and kind to the knees. I saved it to my favorite routines list. You’re the best yoga channel on UA-cam, I don’t know how you don’t have a zillion followers yet.
These 30 minute yoga-for-men videos are THE BEST. A lot more a strength workout than any UA-cam yoga practices I’ve found. And I can easily fit them into my day! Keep it up!!!

Honestly people don't give Yoga enough attention. You can work out everyday all day but I tried this and was dying in the first 10 minutes. You're incredible dude. I'll keep watching this so I can get through the whole routine without resting.
Brilliant video. Definitely one of the best strength flow yoga sequences I’ve done. Just the right amount of challenge, strength, movement and stretching for a day between training sessions (for me anyway) keep up the great work! 💪🏼

At 57, and about 6 months in my practice, I find many of your poses too challenging, however with modifications I am able to keep up, and I seriously feel myself getting stronger and more flexible, as well as developing aa deeper conation with my breath. Once I finish this seires, I plan to do the whole thing over from the beginning, and see if I Cana flow with greater ease. Great classes.
thank you so much for these videos! I've been doing your instructions every day since Isolation started. I never had enough money to do a program beforehand as yoga classes are quite expensive here in the AUS. I'd consider myself fit and healthy, but never been flexible. Since I've started I've become more flexible and gained much more strength. I also feel calmer and less stressed throughout my work day as I do it In the morning. Yoga is great as a secondary exercise for regular routines. Thanks again for sharing.

I enjoyed this class in particular because of the moving poses between triangle and the sort of twisted lunge. Would love more of these kind of moving repetitions!!
5/17/22 Day 5: I'm working through this series on my "off days" from my regular bodyweight workout series and I have to say that this is just as hard if not harder to fully complete. I'm still a pretty long way off from being able to do the moves as our instructor but I can tell the difference in my body already. I'm less achy, have more energy, and my thought process is quicker and less cloudy. I truly don't understand why this type of workout/practice isn't taught in school as a staple of healthy living. Thanks for the training. Will be back shortly....

If you do a 30ish minute class I recommend doing 10 minutes of pranayama and 20 minutes of meditation after for best results.

From all the practices, this is my favorite one, strong but not imposible, and it goes really fast
I do a lot of kicking in martial arts and I love to see a yoga routine that really focuses on stretching the groin and hips to make kicks better
