I saw your post but didn't see your video. How can I miss your cookies. Your cookies are always the best, especially the ones with fillings which can be challenging, but you showed a foolproof way by freezing them. Ciao Valentina, glad to see that you did not add sugar to the P-nut butter, pure flavor. Chips on top was a nice touch. They sell P-nut chips here in the USA that I use often for my deserts for the restaurant. Great after school snack for kids. Your stuffed cookies are delectable. Yes, I don't like adding extra sugar to my stuffings, cookie dough is sweetened enough. I'm sure that Peanut chips will work amazing for these cookies, I suppose they are colored like peanut butter so they also will be beautiful on top of these brown cookies! Unfortunately they aren't sold here in Italy and I've never seen them :(
@@HowTasty Ciao di Nuovo Bella. Perhaps you can get the P-nut from Amazon. The last treats I made for my former coworkers was chocolate fudge topped with P-nut butter chips. After I made the fudge I just put the chips on top while it was warm and lightly pressed them into the fudge. Hope you have some luck finding the chips. Grazie per La Tua Amicizia. Tried it and loved it!! I didn't have caster sugar so used the same amount of brown sugar. It wasn't overly sweet, just the right amount

@@HowTasty I guess it depends a lot on the type of peanut butter. Some are too greasy and sweet. My favorite one is Calve one cause it is not sweet and is a bit rawer as texture.

Hello and welcome here! I usually store them in a tin cookie box for 5-7 days at room temperature. But you can also store the raw cookie balls in freezer and freshly bake when you need them. In this case you have to bake them for more minutes. Let me know if you try them out! Much love
