    This happened to me from leaning on my elbows too much while lying across the bed watching TV. These exercises helped me a lot.

    Hello sir I'm from India,Long ago I have an issue with nervous pain on scalp and now I have cured it completely by doing exercises said by you in atlas correction video.
    Now, I want to study about acupressure and pain therapy.
    And help people to get rid of their pain and I want to help people for that.
    So, is their any Course which I can study online or any books. Please how advice for me.
    And also I really want to know what acupressure treatment you have used for one old lady to get rid of Eric knee pain which she was suffering from years.
    Because in my area many elder people are suffering from knee pain as Indonesia medical industry is doing business with their pain.
    So I want to know Learn that techniques and help people. Thank-you

      Eat tons of bioflavanoids.
      Rutin, Diosmin, Hesperidin, Naringin.
      L-Citrulline, not malate
      Nicotinic acid, not niacinamide.
      Don't have to flush with the niacin daily but try at least weekly.
      Be consistent with the bioflavanoids.

    I injured myself by sleeping on my side and lifting heavy at the gym, all together resulted in my shoulder inflammation.
    I have had this pain for 3months now. Still no results.
    I tried this exercise here for 3days straight and I began to notice improvement with each day.
    Do these exercises at least 2x a day. Wake-up and bedtime.

      1 year later.. is your pain cured?
      I am similar to you. wrong sleeping and heavy lifting at the gym.
      I visited a doctor even, and he did nothing for me. any advice? thank you
