Hello sir I'm from India,Long ago I have an issue with nervous pain on scalp and now I have cured it completely by doing exercises said by you in atlas correction video.
Now, I want to study about acupressure and pain therapy.

Eat tons of bioflavanoids.
Rutin, Diosmin, Hesperidin, Naringin.
L-Citrulline, not malate
Nicotinic acid, not niacinamide.
Don't have to flush with the niacin daily but try at least weekly.
Be consistent with the bioflavanoids.
There was pain mainly around the neck muscles while performing this exercise, is it normal?
I injured myself by sleeping on my side and lifting heavy at the gym, all together resulted in my shoulder inflammation.
I have had this pain for 3months now. Still no results.
