Id disagree that bodybuilders have to be thoughtful. They do need a good mind-body connection. Outside of that is their discipline and genetics. it is true that those who are successful or those who strive to be their best are very thoughtful. Thinking too much can actually get in the way of action. Action doesnt require much thought...just the will to do it. I also dont agree with a 3 hr training session with just one meal. Saying that is just flexing. You're going to breakdown more muscle than you build...even being on gear...i just dont believe Kai here. This is breaking people down to their physical detriment. Maybe mental toughness is built here but I dont see anything more beyond that
