I think if i was watching any other bodybuilder doing the split stance squat with just an empty barbell i would be confused, but Kai trains with such purpose and intention, that his execution of the movement and mind muscle connection is on a different level to most.
When I dawned the " Thoughts Become Things" on my back people questioned me .....now they are listening .... Love the motivation and style keep that sh*t up
With this kind of volume and pace, the weight almost doesn't matter. It's a like a whole normal split in one session. This is brutal training. After legs and back I might haved tapped out. I bet he clears out a lot of calories and can eat like an absolute savage training like this. Good stuff.

Kai do you ever have shortness of breath? I train around 6 days a week and do every set until failure except warm up sets. I am extremely tired and feel like a hangover also can't catch my breath. These symptoms are worse after stress and bad sleep. I need at least 8 hours of sleep. I am 40 years old weigh around 210 pounds. Thanks and respect from The Netherlands.
