So your presence is part of my daily sadhana. In the part of this kriya where you raise your hands like a t and then come in and grasp your knees, well I live in an RV and so I do the practice by raising my hands above my head and then I come in and bring my knees. There's not enough space to go horizontal. I'm assuming that this would be okay I just wanted to check in with you and of course say hi. Sat Nam

Thank you for your comment 😊 about spreading the arms , if you do have a space to spread it to the sides even if it's bent, let's say the forearms are 90 degrees to the upper arms, it's good (the effect of opening to the sides works on the heart center) if you can't spread to the sides at all, than just keep doing it as you already doing. you'll experience the benefit of your practice any how. Interestingly enough I'm now doing two of your videos as part of my daily sadhana . The other one I'm doing is the spinal series. I think you're amazing!¡!
Please consult your doctor about this question. The practice involves the core muscles and if you had the operator not long ago I wouldn't recommend it, if you are completely over it , it can benefit you. But again, you should ask your physician and get his/her approval for the practice. I wish you good health and all the best 💙

As long as it feels good you can absolutely practice both kriya daily , just be attentive to your body and your feelings. good luck :)
