  • Welcome to join this Kundalini Yoga class with the beautiful practice of Nabhi Kriya - This set of exercises is the ultimate practice to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the core, it will work on one of the main physiological and energetic center in our body: the Nabhi also known as the 'navel point'.
    This enjoyable and sometimes challenging Kriya enables focused work on the third Chakra (Manipura) which represents our will power and worldly fulfillment, it balances the Fire element and will create of a sense of strength, vitality and concentration.
    practicing Nabi Kriya regularly will bring you to your center and will increase your physical power along with your mental and emotional capacity. So, Take a deep inhale and enjoy the practice. Sat Nam !
    The practice fits both beginners and advanced practitioners.

    Thank you for this beautiful upload of Nabhi Kriya. I decided to start 2024 with this Kriya and this is a perfect shorter version to strengthen and lengthen me before moving to the full version.

    Usually I do Kimilla's full version but almost didn't get up today at 5am to do it because if lack of motivation (just one of those mornings.) I was happy to find yours: short and sweet and a continuation of the 40 days I'm striving to complete. Light and ❤

      Same here re Kimilla's full version :) This is such a lovely adaptation too. Almost finished with my 40 days. Yoh, its been gruelling but also so interesting.

    So your presence is part of my daily sadhana. In the part of this kriya where you raise your hands like a t and then come in and grasp your knees, well I live in an RV and so I do the practice by raising my hands above my head and then I come in and bring my knees. There's not enough space to go horizontal. I'm assuming that this would be okay I just wanted to check in with you and of course say hi. Sat Nam

Thank you for your comment 😊 about spreading the arms , if you do have a space to spread it to the sides even if it's bent, let's say the forearms are 90 degrees to the upper arms, it's good (the effect of opening to the sides works on the heart center) if you can't spread to the sides at all, than just keep doing it as you already doing. you'll experience the benefit of your practice any how.       As long as it feels good you can absolutely practice both kriya daily , just be attentive to your body and your feelings. good luck :)

      Please consult your doctor about this question. The practice involves the core muscles and if you had the operator not long ago I wouldn't recommend it, if you are completely over it , it can benefit you. But again, you should ask your physician and get his/her approval for the practice. I wish you good health and all the best 💙
