Will is a good friend buying the dlc just to help out. Happy to hear Outbreak isn’t bad, I’ve loved it since I got it in D1.
If ppl think Outbreak is bad, then it's their fault for being horseshit at using it.

It’s not a bug, it’s just that hits just after rewind rounds proc don’t count towards the next instance and you need to hit about 28% of the mag or higher for the mag refill to happen
I think it is a bug. Rewind rounds is only supposed to refund 60% of shots hit. 39 is a lot more than 60% of 45.
@@AynniV Supremacy with RR and Kinetic Tremors can get its entire mag back easily. The perk doesn’t count any hits while the buff is displayed on the left (when it fills your mag.)
@@AynniV its not a bug, thats how the perk works, it works like that with dragon fly, explosive pay load and firefly, each tick of damage caused by either of those perks count as hits, so if you spawn enough nanites, the percentage that is refunded will eventually surpass your base mamagzine.
firefly works like that with my fate bringer and hungr jury, if the ads are dense enough i can get a full refund of the amagzine

Rewind Rounds has an internal timer after it procs so after the 15/18 round go you cleared the mag faster than the timer.
week 1 and 2 pantheon i always made everyone pull out outbreak for caretaker because I knew we would need to rely on primary dmg for final stand
saved out asses so hard i love this weapon
Not a bad idea the runs I've done we made everyone wear heavy scout mods and and enough of us had plenty of heavy to melt him but I didn't do a ton of runs

Outbreak is going to slap after the buff!
Revitalizing Blast didn't work because Outbreak is not a Solar weapon. Well of Radiance only converts your weapons into Super damage, not Solar Super damage. For example, using Legend of Acrius inside of your own Well will count as Arc Super damage.
But the debuff would've been overwritten by your friend's Tether anyway.

Re wind rounds can only proc 3 times i belive to prevent infinite ammo.
So i think thats why it stopped on 18 rounds

@@carnage9536 It's because you're technically not supposed to be able to proc it more than 3 times. It only refunds 60% of shots hit and needs you to hit at least 29% of your mag to proc. After activating it 3 times, you will only have 22% of your mag reloaded. That's not supposed to be enough to get another rewind.
I'm not sure why the Outbreak Perfected is getting so much ammo back.

I'm over 25k with kiosk outbreak which isn't there anymore. I do like the crafted roll. I think the stock helps since it's a +10 to stability and recoil goes up to 100. Mactics did a really good solo build video for legendary run. I can't do it. It took me 33min to beat it solo and legendary has a 20min timer so I know I'm screwed, but his video is very good. Easy to follow.

Thankfully, u remembered. Not sure if people don't know it's coming or are forgetting. I'm sure they will still be decent but a nerf is a nerf.
Should just be 10% on primaries. 15% for kinetics
Pulses still got a 38 percent buff so it’s still about 23% percent better than what it is now
@@superninja21620 38% is only on red bars, and only bosses lose the 10%.
On red bars, you still have 10% bonus damage, and you get the 38% buff on top of that. Against minibosses/champions, you lose the 15% buff, but you keep the 10% intrinsic kinetic buff and the 20% buff, while against bosses you lose the 10% and only get a 20% on top. All in all its only getting about an ~8% buff to bosses compared to now, but will see a massive buff against non-bosses, which will be great for its ad clear potential.
Options like Polaris, Malfeasance and Outbreak will still be super good. I don’t think it’s gonna be too bad
honestly the ability to get a massive mag size is probably half of the good part of crafted outbreak, even without rewind it's just so much less downtime spent reloading
Kinetic weapon bonus against bosses going away next season though so the overall buff to outbreak in boss dps probably miniscule.
Will probably get a rewind rounds outbreak for TFS just in case anyways but with good ammo management hopefully I will never need to resort to primary DPS
That is true but if you are using outbreak against mini bosses like champions or anything lower then you don't lose that kinetic damage bonus. It's only against actual bosses.

Pulses are also getting a 20% PVE buff in TFS and outbreak isn't excluded from that, so that will offset the kinetic bonus removal.
Kinetic bonus for primary weapons is 10% vs 15% of special weapons as far as I know
If you do need to resort to primary dps in like a day 1 raid senerio, if you have touch if malice, that is a much much stronger option, but outbreak is never gonna not be a solid pick

I'd looooove to see a side by side comparison of flared mag vs extended mag.
Extended was what I originally thought of, but the reload deficit was so large that it didn't seem possible for it to be better.
But you can't argue with 120 rounds.
Before this video, I was pretty content with outlaw since outbreak wants crits anyways, why not get a max reload too ya know. But now... I think I may need to get some rewinds.
Sidenote, from what I've seen on multiple other weapons, the +15 to reload is usually 1/3 of a second. With outlaw proc'd and loader mod, I think outbreaks reload I like 1 sec? Maybe 1.2sec? It's something like that but I think trading that for 100+ shots straight... well, that's awful hard to argue with.

Same but honestly it was surprisingly easy just use dragons breath to one shot the walkers aim at the top where the tank barrel connects

May be meta with statis buffs with well and strand Titan being nerfed as it seems quite significant to them both. However no lucky pants changes
Outbreak and statis fragment brings the very good damage aspect with a primary weapon for sure. Would rather that with better ad control and survival ability than just more damage on lucky build. So more of a overall build and got more potential
I use rapid hit because I’m not going to use a primary to take out yellow bars. I’ll use my heavy or special weapon.
Whats everything you would use with the syntho version of the build? How are you regenning melee with that build?

For general use I think extended mag would be a little cumbersome, would there be a significant difference if I used tac msg instead?
Neat sure but what’ll you actually use this for. Especially since revision 0 is in the same slot and is the better champion killer.

I think I still prefer rapid hit. The reload speed is nice, and I’d have to calculate it but I’m 99% sure rapid hit would give more sustained damage than rewind specifically because of the reload

Yup, having a slow reload on this gun feels as$.
You can have 100 reload on top of a reload mod scalar easily on outbreak so it reloads in like 1.1s.
Literally just throw on a reload mod. You can shoot 90+ rounds without having to reload, there’s objectively no way rapid hit does more sustained damage
Wouldnt appended mag be better at 40 rounds without the reliad penalty?
im having an issue where the gun doesnt reload at all on the first reload using rewind rounds.
That's just how rewind rounds works... you it only works for a few mags and then you reload

There could be a bug as I've also dealt with that 0 mag.
I have found that the Nanites can count towards Rewind similarly to Hatchling + Rewind on weapons like Fang of Ir Yut. I'm not sure about the Nanites you create as you're hitting them but the Nanites left behind on kills does. I tested this in Altars of Sorrow and found that if I let the Nanites sitting there hit the other enemies, I would often go right back up to my 36 max ammo (no extended).
I even killed a few red bars, started shooting at the boss and my first Rewind refill went back up to the max 36. Unsure if I'd run it over Rapid Hit purely for the reload and stat bumps but Rewind seems like a fun middle-ground perk for both adds and boss.

How did you get extended mag? I did all the required stuff but it still says intrinsic required.
you have to equip the intristic perk, its stupid but exotic weapons need to equip their upgraded intristic everytime u unlock new stuff (for example outbkrea is "the coruption spreads I/II/III/IV")
go to enclave and hover over the golden intristic and u will see that u probably unlocked more of them
you gotta do the ship puzzles, which you can do on normal!

Is outbreak still good even if we are not able to collect the crafting because we cant clear legend

It’s not. There’s literally no way to try and say that rapid hit beats out being able to shoot 100 rounds in a row without reloading. Also, literally throw on a reloaded mod and you have no need for rapid hit

Revitwlizing blast didn't work id tether was up. Tether will override it since it's th3 bigger weaken

@@PhilMahooters007the exceptions to the buff are graviton lance and revision zero heavy burst, not outbreak

Pulse rifles are getting a 20% buff
20% pulse buff, 15% exotic pulse primary super regen and damage nerf come final shape. So, 5% total more damage. Less super energy gained. Bungie has no clue how to balance their game. They confirmed it on Twitter today.

Time to take 6 Outbreaks into Day 1 incase a “Caretaker final stand with no heavy in day 1 vow” situation
Outbreak is getting +25% to red bars, +20% to orange, and +10% to bosses after everything is said and done.
Can't wait to run this through the Legendary campaign with a squad of 3 Outbreaks.
Right... my first time on easy was with a team and it took 30min. Second time was solo, still on easy (that time check terrifies me) and I did it in 33min. I think with my build, if I can just get some bodies to shoot in that direction and run fast, I may be able to do legendary but that 20 min.... 😢

I just suffered through the Week 3 Legend all over again only to realize the God Roll is EM/RR. I thought Headseeker was going to be busted. And all of the unlocked Stocks are pretty bad? Why were these the final Unlocks for this Weapon?

I think rapid hits is better than rewind rounds. The reload is so fast its basically instant.... so you don't have to have a slow reload after the 4th, you basically have no reload at all because they are so fast
Agreed, makes a lot of sense to me
not having to reload means you build higher nanite stacks, so rewind is 100% the best option. if your concerned about a reload there's a myriad of ways to auto load a gun
There is a mag perk you can give the OP the reload speed and a slight increase to the magazine size( I believe it's 40 max with the reload speed boost)
