Heal clip incandescent is crazy on the scout. Remember you reload one bullet at a time to it’ll prock instantly
As a scout lover.. and especially a 120 scout lover. I crafted mine and enhanced it and I don’t see many situations where I’ll use it because scouts are still “meh”. I’ll bring it into activities with lots of solar shields probably.
Scouts just need to one shot crit more red bars and hit yellow bars harder. I’m telling you. Another 15% dmg across the board would make the world of difference.
@@fadeddragon123 Especially on this scout, it feels like it hits too weak to accurately proc healclip without spending most of the mag. And for me, the gun feels odd to use in general.
Honestly, I may opt to skip heal clip and go with dual loader since you aren’t stuck loading 2 bullets per animation.

08:05 Shoot to loot is also now on Retraced Path. It was added back into the pool in Into the Light. This new void Trace Rifle now means we have an STL trace for every light element.

I think that the scout rifle might be busted with heal clip due to the aggressive frame reloading one bullet at a time, letting you get heal clip faster + shoot faster.
Yeah no one is talking about that, my guess is that when the season launches everyone will use it (at least for a week)

I've crafted it and it works exactly like that, it's great, really nice feeling scout rifle.
I love Mine. But it’s just hard to justify using scouts in pve still. They need more damage vs yellow and red bars.

@@magssg15 Pretty sure its second slot. First slot goes to kinetic, stasis or strand primary weapons. Solar, Arc, Void in the other slots
The weapons look absolutely amazing! These vex theme designs are so damn sexy. Every weapon seemingly has a great perk pool too.
Pulled a red border Lost Signal with lead/OfA... man that weapon is incredible. Cannot wait to eventually craft it.

Feeding frenzy and OFA lead definitely would be the better option as GL reloads have never been too bad

1:44 that machine gun isn’t bad at all. Either stats for all + one for all just to double dip on hitting 3 enemies OR stats for all and incandescent. Incandescent helps proc and maintain stats for all up time and stats for all increases everything that sucks about machine guns.
Plus its origin trait will also help proc stats/one for all.
The servers were so bad yesterday. Can’t remember the servers being this bad in a long long time. I got on with very little error codes but once I did tried starting campaign for about 20 minutes and just tried crucible got 2 matches in and that was all I could do all evening. After 10 years I was used to it. Can’t wait to get into the campaign
6:53 i have auto loading / reverberation. my intiial reaction was "oh sweet auto and a damage perk" then i realized they dont really synergize together well at all BUT THEN i realized that they dont have to because of the nature of reverb and having to keep shooting to take advantage of the perk being active. no matter what your going to be reloading this thing as fast as possible after each shot so the fact that auto loading doesnt synergize doesnt matter. you have 2 great perks that do their job well IMO. just because you dont get that cherry on top with the synergy doesnt bother me. this new archetype is amazing and i cant wait to see other elemental versions of it. the stasis looks so cool on the battlefield. solar is going to be AWESOME.
one for all on lost signal actually seems like it would be really good. It's specifically does area damage and would be extremely easy to activate. I think it was doing 3802 damage per tick to that yellow bar. with that 35% those ticks would be doing 5132. stuff would just melt in there. I just got one with stats for all and one for all. I'm definitely going to go test it out now. It looks really good.

Shoot to Loot is on Path and now Retraced, so you can get a full spectrum of Shoot To Loot traces
Enhanced incandescent rocket pistol is wild. These sidearms hit so hard and can get headshots already as is. This things gonna rack up scorch stacks into ignitions so fast even on GM enemies shredding them like they’re patrol enemies 💀

There was a ritual 120 rpm scout rifle a few seasons ago as well. Last Rite (season 21). It's probably available at the kiosk if you own that season.
Destabilizing Rounds did not exist as a weapon perk when Hollow Denial came out
Sightline survey looks interesting for like a triple tap/precision instrument on a lucky pants build. Gonna have to see some damage testing to know for sure though

For the scout, you could get Last Rite. It was a ritual weapon, so no trials or dungeons needed
For Lost signal, I'll be crafting a Stats for all - One for all roll; You are pretty much guaranteed to proc it every burst. Also aiming for a Triple tap - Precision Instrument on the handcannon for Lucky pants Hunter.
I have the gl with feeding frenzy and reverberation and it slays. Scout rifle there was another kinetic drom a few seasons back. You can get it from monuments of light.
Cold steel on a caster frame sword is what I've been wanting for months now. In theory, it should be able to cause a freeze from one full heavy. So 2 anti-champions plus free bonus burst damage at range, all for 4 ammo.
Dont think so says the heavy only does 60 stacks, i hope it does more because it lingers
i tried it today and it doesnt appear to freeze unfortunately. maybe i was doing something wrong but i didnt get it to work with 1 heavy attack

Shoot to loot was added on the retraced paths I believe just last season during the into the light update
I want the pulse with enlightened action, and volt shot. I think it’ll be a good one
Retraced Path has recently gotten its perks reset along with the other dares weapons, because of this it also has shoot to loot now.
The Dares of Eternity trace also has shoot to loot on it now, since they updated the perk pools recently

I have an auto loading/high ground lost signal, and it's probably the god roll for the roll this weapon fills. You get bonus damage for shooting the weapon high in the air (basically the highest point of your jump without touching the ceiling). It isn't a weapon you get a lot of kills with, so getting some extra damage for doing something you normally do anyway is nice.
High ground only checks where your feet are. If they’re higher up in elevation you’ll have the damage buff 👍🏼
for the machine gun i think incandescence with the origin trait, can actually be pretty damn good, as i would think this trait will also give scorch to targets that surivive the explosion etc.
Has anyone even had the auto rifle drop for the yet (the veiled threat I think is called)?

idk if im right or anything but the machine gun , pulse , rocket sidearm , and trace arent available yet and will probably release in the next week or two with the story missions

I’m honestly pretty interested in heal clip on the scout due to how fast it could proc it. I would be more interested if scouts didn’t hit like a wet noodle…
Also d2gunsmith seems to currently be having a bit of a rough time so I can’t get exact numbers but I’m immediately noticing that the stasis caster frame is the first stasis heavy that can apply slow from a range while retaining the ammo economy of a sword. Now that it’s been buffed back up a chill clip fusion is probably the best all-around option but if your kinetic slot is taken by something else then hey, it could work.
Why do almost all weapons in DIM now have more perks, but in game it doesn't show it. Example my edge transit with cascade and deconstruct, now has both those perks but also bait envious assasin and bait and switch to pick from (in DIM) but in game I just have cascade and deconstruct?
The new void trace rifle is basically the better Hollow Denial. Hollow Denial didn't have destabilizing rounds since it came out in witch queen.
Worth mentioning that the rocket can roll with Holster and Bipod, Holster negleting the main issue of Bipod. And since it's also a precision, it makes it a ideal rocket for the Izanagi rotation. Yeah Precisions arn't the bests cuz of the -10% dmgs, but they are awesome against moving targets like Rhulk or Simmumah
I think it got changed to only doing ~5% less dmg and having more reserves.
For Chronophage I'm going for the Repulsor Brace and Demolitionist God roll. I think you can only get one other weapon in the game with that roll and I have yet to get it in Duality Dungeon. Plus it's craft bonus so yeah.
That heavy scout is going to ve a keeper. Heal clip with a fast single round reload? Pog. The gl will be a chase item.

Hollow denial (the other void trace) can not roll with destabilizing rounds, only repulsor. So definitely look out for that roll
The GL might be good with high ground because you are usually above your enemies when you use it.

Ill omen is super sweet, very fun to just run around with and the heavy attack into the vex pool feels nice on red/orange bars. Probably won’t be the best for super high end content we’ll see but if you get one try it out honestly.
On traces, Shoot to Loot is also on the Dares solar trace. Mine has incandescent and STL and I love it a lot

Target lock deconstruct could make the machine gun really good at damaging brigs after the face is popped off. It should give nearly double damage.

@@tylerpeters6272 well yeah, but bonus damage on vehicles works on brigs and spider tanks, which makes it an okay niche option. It double as a bad reload perk and a bad damage perk, but hey, a damage perk is a damage perk when you can take advantage of it.
The trials machine gun has it also. That's mu main solar machine gun. Ambitious assassin and incandescent

Sight line in PvP is either going to be meta or a sleeper but either way I’m using it with PI. All you need is 2 precision hits to get a 3 tap at .67 ttk. Very rewarding for simply hitting shots.

A single reload can proc kill clip on prophet so it's likely that also works for heal clip

Lost Signal is great. I got a Lead from Gold and OFA drop. So the OFA does help out a bit in the damage department.

Ill omen doesn't have Energy Transfer, Zephyr is better unless you can build into the heavy cast.
Sola's energy transfer vorpal + sanguine alchemy or assembler boots for high rift uptime to give your team a firebase.

The rocket is… imo a bipod rocket. Probably the best bipod rocket rn. The intrinsic tracking is nice for such a thing too.
One other Void trace rifle: yes the Hollow Denial but also 2 Exotic: Ruinous Effigy and Wavesplitter

They couldve definitely been more adventurous with the vaster frame sword. The rocket is unfortunately not going to see much use either because of the frame. Everything else looks great.
Odd how the Rocket Sidearm is hidden in game while you can see the others. GL’s a blast though, my friend and I both got one and it’s so fun to use and pretty decent damage wise
8:00 Retraced Path got updated and got shoot to loot. Instantly made it the best trace in the game
Lead from gold on Hollow Denial is still the better legendary trace.
@@azeon562 than retraced? we’ll see what the artifact says. as much as I love void, Retraced was always better cuz of shoot to loot and it being solar with incan. rocking double-special is already tough even with lead from gold. even without the artifact, solar proves itself to be absolutely superior.
@@seasalt9780 Absolutely superior is way too far of a stretch by any measure. Hollow denial has 2 great damage perks in firefly and killing tally for neutral game, and as the only trace that can roll lead it's the best option for double special (which has gotten stronger now with a rocket sidearm kinetic slot on the way). Shoot to loot is nice if you just want to rock a primary/trace neutral game, but hardly a must have perk. It's quality of life and that's it. Hollow Denial is/remains *the* buildmaker legendary trace.
Evan as solar trace rifles go, Acasia's with rewind/incandescent is a better neutral game trace than a shoot to loot Retraced.
@@azeon562 to each their own. *Dragonfly isn’t what I’d personally call a great damage perk, but Killing Tally certainly is. And while I also agree it brings a strong neutral game, so too does Retraced. One for all or incan is personally better than killing tally, especially OFA, since all you need to do is damage three for 35% for 10 secs. Shoot to loot proved itself to be more valuable as you can now pick up orbs to proc frags. Plus, it very nice for damage phases. It just comes-down to content for StL vs. LFG. The only thing I’d give Hallowed is it’s origin trait. Another thing is that Retraced is way more accessible and less annoying to farm for some (ironic, considering I got Hollowed crafted before it). Still, the void trace can only be earned thru Presage which is on a rotate.

They changed higher ground to proc 1 stack after a kill even if you aren’t elevated but they should’ve changed it so you could proc it while airborne
the arc handcannon has to live or die in PvP because there's no real way for any arc 180 to surpass Posterity in PvE strength

Hmm using machine guns for primary add clear that’s something I haven’t heard. I use em for killing the chunky ads and envious makes it to where I don’t have to reload when it comes to do so. Idk how anyone can find the damn ammo to use a heavy mg for add clear too much

First engram i opened was a red border auto loading/vorpal GL. I have not taken it off
depending on how deconstruct interacts with incandescent, it might be better than reconstruction/rewind and that machine gun is the best archetype

So instead of all the new weapons being craftable, like they were in the seasons, only a few are in the episodes? I can guess for program/data reasons why they might need to do that, but outside of that I got nothing else as to why Bungie would do that (of course, I’m really tired as I type this, so that might be why I can’t think of any other reasons)
