The long sequences was interesting and challenging. I liked the intro to the breathing practice at the end. The use of visualization and something to focus on at the beginning of the session is also helpful. Loved the sound of the ocean and birds throughout. So thank you for having a picnic table workout in such a nice setting!

I loved the class! :) Hadn't practice with you in a few weeks which made me realize how good it feels to practice with you even more! I loved the strong yet slow pace of the class and as an added bonus the sound of the ocean in the background and the view but the best part was of course you (and OMG i would not have been able to move on that table, i d have been so scared to fall out! I consider myself fairly advanced, but this was still challenging! I love that this flow is a good balance between core and arm strength and standing balance poses. I think you are my new favourite UA-cam yoga teacher. Thanks for the great class!

I love the more advanced classes! I always enjoy the longer sequences and more difficult arm balances when you include them. I usually do the advanced classes on weekends and do more relaxed flows in the week but I was so excited when I saw this yesterday I had to do it sooner. Did it tonight after my weightlifting - squats and leg press first meant the longer sequence was HARD on my pre-fatigued hips lol. Will definitely be coming back back to this video again.

Thanks a lot, Tim. I very much enjoy your slightly longer classes (45 min) like this one (which I already did a second time). It helps to even more come into this state of flow, instead of just having an "exercise". And, in addition to the length, this flow is nicely balanced with some balancing positions to go inward and focus, some strength related movements, as well as some stretching oriented positions, or even innovative, new ways of performing positions. And, of course, as always, so nicely moderated from you, in a very pleasant and relaxed manner (as opposed to pushy and performance-driven). Many thanks !

💯 wonderful sequence of poses ❤️ I fell forward in the arm balance, giving myself a painful scrape, humility, and a bit of praise for confronting my fear of falling on my face. I never advanced beyond intermediate so I joined your CMC for the arm balances and headstand tutorials. Having done your classes for three years now (with long interludes of weightlifting), you are the best and my favorite yoga instructor. I enjoyed this class tremendously!
