Yet another banger my brother. I’ve saved all of your one pot recipes and will be working my way through them.
Just cooked this an hour ago and must say! Best Indian meal I have ever eaten in my life! Hands down! Thankyou
Love the improved lighting in the restaurant kitchen, Latif! It really makes the food pop.
Fabulous Latif. On my weekend cooking list! Thanks!👍
Thank Latif one pot saag, delicious, family loved it, really enjoying these one pot wonders.
Latif I have made this tonight and am stunned. This is hands down the best curry I’ve ever tasted. Thank you.
I made this tonight and I have to say wow! Amazing recipe & simple to make. On my 2nd time I will add a whole red pepper & whole green pepper with 2 tomatoes as I really enjoyed the flavour. 10/10
If you're not hungry after that ...well. it was absolutely beautiful. I'm inspired.
I love your “One Pot” series Latif. 👍 with fantastic results 😃
This is one of my favourites. I like your lid, chef. My mum bought me a set of copper bottom saucepans at a closing down sale in 1984 (for "when you get married'). I still have them today. My wife uses them to cook for the grandkids.
I've made a few of your home curry recipes now with very good results but this 1 was to die for and by far my favorite up to now , thank you for providing us with the knowledge to be able to cook these recipes.
As a "curry chef" for nearly 40 years, and Latif will tell you, I call this one of the few "crossover" dishes. In other words, I've cooked this at home, to pretty much this recipe, and commercially cooked 💯 portions, but added base gravy, yet the results are extremely similar. Very few curry dishes are so alike when cooked different ways. Great inspiration for all, including the other "UA-cam chefs". One benefit for me after all these years of curry cooking is that I am increasingly cooking more on the bone dishes and thighs, that you would have just used breast before. Keep up the good work bro. *Latif - don't you normally add a little garam masala near the end of this dish? Edited: Yes you do! Missed it until cooked it last night. That is the exact flavour of a perfect Jalfrezi, I used mix of bone -in thighs and breast in large chunks. 10/10.
7:38 👍
On the bone is always better. Same goes for Lamb.
Breast needs to be added at the end I guess. Else it gets dry very quickly. I prefer thigh but it is very rarely available here.
@@HyeonsikLi Out of curiosity - where do you live that chicken thighs are rarely available? And I agree with your breast assessment - I simply don't use for "stewish" dishes
@@RomaInvicta202 i live in Germany. 90% of chicken meet is breast id say. Some shops also sell chicken legs but never boneless chicken thigh. You have to debone it yourself or use it with bone which i mostly do.
Prayers for Türkiye, Syria & Lebanon!
great recipe i love the fact that there is no cream or coconut milk so it's low fat and healthy thank you will definitely try it amazing recipe
Loving this one pot simple cooking series, would love to see a one pot simple aloo gobi recipe next.
Just made it for lunch can’t wait to try it! Every curry I’ve made of yours has been amazing!
Made this tonight for the family. My children's feedback (and I quote) "the best curry you've ever made". The only change I made was only adding one teaspoon of (mild) chilli powder. Absolutely gorgeous dish. Thank you
Thanks for your comment Bruce, I made this for the family tonight and added one teaspoon per your advice….best curry I’ve ever made and/or eaten. Perfect spice level.
Latif Godbless your Mum !!!! A wonderful teacher for you 🙏👏🙏
Amazing as always. Having a go at this one soon. Thank you!
This guy is the goat when it comes to cooking curries 🙌🏽

That looks absolutely delicious sir, my mouth is watering. I think I will have to make it for my dinner tonight. Thank you for the recipe and the time and effort you put into making your fantastic videos.
Beautiful, I can’t wait to prepare this for some people who have never had Indian/ Pakistani cuisine. I’m a big fan of the cuisine and your recipes/style. You rock chef! Carry on!
Wow. Thanks for sharing these incredible recipes.. Can't wait to give this one a try!
This looks incredible I’ve ran out of base and got no freezer space so these one pot dishes are a life saver! Thank you so much
Base gravies are good if you want to mimic restaurent style cooking.
But these one pot recipes replicate what is done back home!
I've been making my own version for years, and seeing your version tonight Latif makes me so happy... both are so so smiliar
These one pot dishes are absolutely golden. Thanks chef 🙏
Great to see you back in the kitchen and lovely looking recipe
Thanks 🙏 so much for sharing this amazing recipe. I made it today and blew me away. Definitely going to make again 👍👍👍
Absolutely epic series of recipe's. The one pot is fantastic. 😎👌🏻
Made this today. Seriously, its off the hook good. Thank you!
Latif, you have inspired me ! Cooked this recipe yesterday, using chicken thigh meat and mail order spices that arrived over the past few days (Kashmiri Chilli powder, Tej Patta, dried Fenegreek leaves, cardamom pods, Cassia bark, pure butter Ghee, etc), these spices make such a difference. Anyway, followed every step of your recipe, and the result was sublime … It’s been a revelation watching you cook, and it’s transforming how I cook. Thank you so so much …
I'm working my way through all of Latifs one pot beautiful recipes ....love em 😍

Inspirational Latif ! Thanks 👍
'Brilliant vid'! Thanks for sharing it with us. :)
I just made this and its delicious. Thanks for sharing the recipe
Really enjoying your "One Pot" series Latif - don't get me wrong, base gravy BIR is fantastic, but it requires a level of organisation that I simply don't have most weeks, so your "One Pot" series is greatly appreciated!
Oh, and my kids take your tandoori chicken to school most days in a wrap - we tried your recipe in the air fryer and now the kids marinate and cook it themselves (aged 15 and 13).
Will definitely pay your restaurant a visit the next time I get up your way!
Superb, my favourite dish to buy, I’m gonna try this at the weekend!
Fabulous. Top man. Authentic. And very special 😊👍🏽

Love it chef 😛🥰👍‼️ This is one of my all time favourites, The Chandni at Ash, in Hampshire really excelled at Jalfrezi, but I’ve been in Australia for over 20 years now 😢. Great video (as always!), I’ll be giving this a go for sure 😛👍.

Fantastic mate top class. I like the one pot recipes as I don't always have room in my freezer to keep base gravies. A book would be outstanding too, maybe two books, one on restaurant style and another for one pot I'm sure they would sell. Thanks for the channel.

Very nice jalfrazi looks delicious, try adding a 2tsp malt vinegar to it when you add the spices ,you won't be able to smell the vinegar but the taste it gives it something unique give it a try and let me know how it tastes like.
That’s a hidden secret !!!
I have just made this tonight for myself and the other half, and it is by far one of the best Curry's I've made at home now. Flipping gorgeous!! Thank you very much! It's up there with when I make Lamb Nahari. Do you have a version of lamb Nihari at all?? I'd be interested to see your version.
Made this last night. It was great
That looks fantastic! I'm off to the kitchen ;)
Your recipes are wonderful and delicious 👌🙏
Yummy 😋
These one-pot videos are cracking for when you don't have any base gravy to hand. 👍
And great for making more portions and/or feeding a family
It's great one I like it
@@harshadagashe we are brought up in the UK to think curries are unhealthy, a treat and just to look at one means running a marathon to burn it off. Restaurants may be unhealthy but clearly home cooking isn’t. Even base gravy versions are mainly vegetables.
