They are different and have different pathways in the body. But I would check with your doctor if you have cysteine stones, to be on the safe side before using it. 💚
One of the causes of tinnitius is high glutamate activity (a neurotransmitter involved with hearing). But since NAC helps to regulate glutamate, it may also help with tinnitus.
Best thing for liver is your diet and drink plenty of water 💦 remember your liver is self healing just look after it , watch your diet and do fasting 😊

The first time I used it I did have breakouts I took a break and second time no breakouts. I kinda felt like I got its benefit in 6 weeks and That u could even do a 6 week thing less often even but on then off was my choice. I tend to low appetite and supplements can make that worse for me

Be careful, it helped me in the beginning but then made my lungs less flexible. Don’t stay on it for more than 1-2 months at a time imo ❤️

Hi, I look at local shop, only L-cysteine is available. Dose this provide similar effect as NAC?
N-Acetyl-Cysteine is what to look for.
No, this won't have the same effect as NAC. It does have benefits, but not nearly as effective as NAC unfortunately. 💚

Yes: You don't have to buy GlyNAC, you can just take Glycine with the NAC. Usually cheaper from what I have read.
