Love this! I’m really struggling with lower back pain and hip/groin pain bought on by my plantar fasciitis, because I can’t walk properly on my foot, I walk awkwardly. This really helps 🤩

the back of my knees feel horrible when i stretch like this, is makes my throat feel weird and idk why but i’m going to become more flexible to avoid that feeling !! thanks :)
