    This was an amazing routine! Would love to see 2 other follow-along variations that tie into the minimalist weekly workout schedule so that we can follow along for 3 days a week (this video + two other videos)

    that was epic. if there was one small piece of feedback, Tom, it would be to just include the warmup in the follow along. i was a bit worried at first, having to keep stopping the video, but once you settled into the routine it was just so good. particularly loved the tabletop into a raised sit. that felt so good as a finish. thanks!!

    This has been my go to workout whenever i want something quick or if i am recovering from a sickness, and want something that's just intense enough, but not too much.
    Thanks!

    Such a great workout, Tom. Thank you. Would be great to have a Day B (for instance Pull/Hinge) for a full body workout.

    As the winter season is coming up, could you make a snowboarding follow-along flexibility/mobility routine?

    There are so many videos of stretching and flexibility routines on the internet I am overwhelmed with what to follow, like What is the "Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Pull up and Dips" of flexibility exercises?, you have made a video on big 5 of flexibility but does this big 5 address the whole body?

    • @QuiveringUterus
      @QuiveringUterus 11 місяців тому

      I started with some of his full body flexibility follow alongs and then whatever’s tightest, I do the more focused ones like shoulder or hamstring. And I still stick mostly with the full body stuff a couple days a week

    Could you please make the ultimate mobility exercises? Flexibility is not an issue, but mobility is for the women who are ageing. So maybe you can create a video on it.

    Tom, I’ve been doing this routine for a few weeks and it’s great! Makes me reminisce when I could do 50 pushups at once, and how far I’ve fallen 😅 Since I can’t get my hips below my knees in a squat stretch, what would you think I should work on?

    Huge fan of this stuff thanks Tom. Been doing mobility for a while now and my hips/squat has never been better. One thing I wonder; does mobility lead to injury/pain prevention? Should do right? Specifically, you're in the UK so you must play football sometimes. If you played an afternoon of 7 a side with your mates, how sore would you be tomorrow?

    • @evcricket
      @evcricket 10 місяців тому

      IE, if we get strong and flexible enough is day-after soreness fixable? Or will it always just hurt as a 45 yo man?

  • @FitAfter50

    Nice routine Tom. Keep emphasizing the difficulty please. There is too much content of workouts on YT that just go through the motions.

    I’ve been working on my mobility for a while and will be following along! I have not use the deep lunge, yet and that looks quite promising, as I work to achieve my front splits. I have a question, though - for the reps, for the deep lunge, for the front leg, I notice your knee is bent way beyond your ankle. Is that ok for that front knee? I am guessing that it’s an issue of not going too deep, but being mindful as you work the depth, building up the strength to get back up…and it would deepen over time. Possibly using props until you can get stable? Is that the case? Thank you!
