Great video! Love the humor. I got very Very upset at something my granddaughter had done. I yelled and may have even screamed about it. (Not to my granddaughter) The next day in church, I couldn't sing. When I didn't get my voice back in 3 weeks, an ENT doctor diagnosed spasmodic/muscle tension dysphonia in my vocal cords. He sent me to a voice therapist who issued me exercises. One of my vocal cords was closing a little too slowly. Also, I have essential tremor. It's been 10 weeks now, and my voice is coming back a little more, day by day.
I done the psycho research thing 8- 10 hours a day after going to Urgent Care a year ago and being told it was allergy, then going to ENT being told it WAS GERD and prescribed Nexium - which doesn't touch LPR - IF that's even what this is. Lotta belching and nausea, postnasal drip, stomach aches, burping, lump in throat and hard to speak with a muffler over voice etc.. You name it I've tried it. Low acid diet, Carnivore diet, Antiacids, ACV & HCL, honey, turmeric,& pepper on & on...
This is definitely a testimony of God working all things together for good..if this had not happened to you think of all the 1000's of people that would not have been helped by all your research, videos and practice!! Amazing!!
I also lost my voice, but for 2 years, with no luck from doctors, it was frustrating. single dad couldn't make appointments and had to text people I was with. I researched it myself for months and found it. I had polyps on my vocal chords. to this day I don't know the cause so I still listen to people's successes stories.
I read your book - Kick Fat in the Nuts and your story really resonated with me. I spent 4 years seeing countless doctors, consultants, hospital apps - x rays, physio, lots of prodding and poking to try and find out why I was in chronic pain from head to toe, my spine was twisted, my hand and fingers so swollen I sometimes couldn't touch anything... the list goes on. Once I realised the doctors were at a loss I took matters into my own hands and spent all my spare time researching every conceivable cause. I came across a small article about a woman who resolved similar issues through changes to her diet and it was a life changer for me. It took a further 12 months or so to figure it all out and learn to live with the food intolerances I discovered I had but there's been no looking back. I am now in control of my life and health. The downside is that I too have turned into a nutrition and digestive research fanatic (haha!), but am loving every new thing I learn. We started in a different place but have similar stories, similar outcomes and the same awe and appreciation for the amazing work our bodies do. Thanks for sharing your story and for continuing to share free content... you are making a vast difference to many, many people 😀
Thanks so much for your sharing your story, Diane. There's nothing better than hearing from people who have been able to figure out their own health issues. Keep up the great work!
I have had a painful voice for 3 years with no cure. It started when I had a short cold in Dec 2020. My voice actually sounds pretty good now but there is pain and a feeling of swelling in the lower throat near the bottom of the throat when I speak. Its worse during the spring durint allergies and somewhat better in the humid summer. Aside from some positive allergy tests, I haven't found any other confirmations. I did the following: - laryngoscopy - no vocal injury - endoscopy - no findings - multiple h. Pylori tests - negative - autoimmune blood tests - negative - thyroid tests - negative - ct scan and ultrasound of neck - negative I noticed that when I speak more, I tend to catch colds more often than I used to, which in turn makes my voice worse. Its puzzling.

Omg, I did what you did so many years ago… 1982! Not my voice but it was my digestive trouble. I would go to the library back then because we had no internet back then. I would write the text I needed because we couldn’t check out the medical books… so I would spend an entire afternoon researching the books and writing what I needed to know! I feel like I could be a gastroenterologist without the degree because of all that research. Bottom line is I figured out what was happening with me and what I needed to do to prevent the problems. I also realized I wasn’t dying from a really weird disease.
Thank you so much for posting this - I have a vocal disorder called spasmodic dysphonia that I've been on the path to healing for a few years now, and I eat up stories like yours (and love how you hit the nail on the head about the realities of not having a voice, it feels like being robbed of human-ness :-/). I ran across your videos because I think it is somehow related to digestive issues, as I've cleaned up my diet a lot my voice has started coming back in little eeks (even though it's considered neurological, my symptoms are somehow worse when I have mucus in my throat?) so this is my new rabbit hole for me to go down 🙂
Yeah, I was told I had spasmodic dysphonia too and I even trained with the leading vocal coach in the country in that area in Los Angeles. For me, it turned out to be more about the things I talked about in this video. If you're having mucus, this video might give you some ah ha moments: ua-cam.com/video/pafv2r_zXNg/v-deo.html But if you're having things like that that could be from digestive issues, your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. Oh BOY, you got your voice back in a very big way.... 😅 I Really enjoyed hearing your story. I've heard from clients who have just tested out using something like a colloidal silver spray or some othet natural spray, and if their symptoms improve at all, they know they may need to take more aggressive actions.
I have had a chronic cough for 4 years. I have never smoked (anything). Have had x-rays; cat scans; uncountable blood tests; camera scopes down my esophagus; and more. They found nothing and no medications have helped. Now, I have been almost totally unable to talk for months (which is why I came here out of desperation). I lost my spouse of 35 years 16 months ago, but just stay at home and never go anywhere because when I try to talk, people think I am sick. And thinking of even trying to date again is totally out of the question.
Sounds like a similar path I went down. I didn't leave my apartment or socialize for about 5 years. It took me 8 years to find my answers, but you can learn from my mistakes and speed that up. Our video on chronic cough should give you some insights: ua-cam.com/video/MMjaW9X1xC8/v-deo.html You're going to see that the cause for chronic cough is often the same cause as chronic laryngitis. My brother has been suffering from insomnia in most of his adult years. Can I please reach out to you as I was just about to begin having blood work done to see where I can help him. I’ve managed to cure a lot of my own issues with bloodwork and proper nutrition and supplementation and I’m going back to school or something in the medical field because I love this.
Thanks man, that's the inspiration I needed. Fighting since 5 years.. removing layer upon layer as you said. Also, you ARE funny. "So that guy died, that was really inconvenient for me" actually made me laugh.

Hi Tony! My endoscopy says I have: a) “signs of hiatal hernia”; b) LES insufficiency; c) antral gastritis with hyperemia and dotty hemmorages; d) pylorus insufficiency. I’ve been suffering from silent reflux (among other digestive issues) since early 2000s. Do you think HCL + Beet Flow is worth trying in my case?
HI @Jakob Dering, I can't make any specific suggestions to anyone who is not already a client. Those are steps I took, but I also took other steps as well. I had to reduce a bacterial overgrowth like we talk about in this video: ua-cam.com/video/RjPdowTvD6I/v-deo.html and I used these techniques to improve my hiatel hernia situation: ua-cam.com/video/J4GICcjT9Tw/v-deo.html There is always a solution, but it can take some digging and learning to figure out what exactly is going to work for you. Let us know how it goes.
Silence focuses your attention to yourself internally. Being in the gym, you can have that meditative state of mind and better focus on your body and mind. Namaste.
Thank you so much! I found this video really helpful. I’ve been dealing with chronic laryngitis for 8 months now, and I’ve seen 4 different ENT doctors to no avail. I suspect mine might have something to do with acid reflux, as I’ve had reflux issues in the last couple of years, for which the doctors prescribed meds to reduce the acid. I’ll go do a check to see if I have a hiatal hernia and try to fix that. Also, a recent stool test showed a high H. Pylori, so I’ll try treating that as well. Thanks again!

Hi , Thanks for making the video I lost my voice 2 weeks back , its 3rd week going on . I started recovering it just after 2-3 days. I think I spoke more than required and my voice went down again and all of hoarseness started. So I was advised 1 week full voice rest again. I am worried now , whether I will be able to get my voice back or not

I am interested of listening to your story. I really feel sorry for you, to be in that shape. you didn't need friends , etccc , leave you , they should have stayed with you and helped , instead of going against you and leaving you high and dry . I want it check every 6 months, because back in October 2022, they didn't see Hiatal Hernia , but 6 months later May 2023 , that's when they have seen the Hiatal Hernia . Great video! I've been dealing with chronic laryngitis for almost 2 months already. I don't have reflux tho. The doctors told me that it was because of voice overuse. I used to work at customer service. Almost every morning I had a sore throat but it got better during the day (some people told me they had the same, so I didn't worry too much). But some weeks ago I was at a party talking, singing loud, etc.. till I felt like needles and pain in my whole throat. Since then I have permanent pain and can't talk much. I'm very worried. I spent too much money on doctors and medicine but nothing worked.. What do u recommend me to do? Do u think I could heal my throat? Any help is welcome. Thanks
Hey Miguel. Sounds similar to me. I was at a live music event talking over the music when mine went out. Doctors told me I didn't have reflux either. Oops. You can't always feel it, but there is usually a reason or an irritant when the voice is not healing appropriately. Of course, I had other issues adding to it as well, but reflux was certainly a part of it for me. If you have go through our free digestion course, it also teaches you how to run simple self tests to see if you're dealing with imbalances that can restrict the body from moving into the repair state at night. That might be a factor too. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Let me know how it goes. Losing your voice is the worst! I love hearing the stories of people finding their own answers when the doctors couldn't figure it out.
@@KickItNaturally thanks! Many doctors told me that with time I would completely lose my voice and that my larynx would stay irratated because the body lost the ability to heal the tissue. Have u met people that also had chronic laryngitis due to voice overuse, that fully recovered? And do u have to take any supplements forever to see any changes? Thanks once again
Again Miguel, I don't know you and your case, but I don't share your doctors views. When a body can't regenerate, there is always a reason in my opinion. Looking for the most common imbalance that can create that situation is what makes sense to me. The digeston course can help you figure out if your body is stuck in the break down state AND if maybe you digestion is not bringing in the resources needed for the body to rebuild itself. I have seen MANY clients fix issues that their doctor told them they can not fix.
Thanks for sharing your story! I started having laryngitis 4 weeks ago and can't talk for more than 5 minutes straight even though I rested my voice for 2 weeks without saying a word. I was diagnosed with chronic rhinitis 6 years ago after a bad cold (back then I lost my voice for almost a week too) but I also have reflux (started maybe 2 years ago). The medications didn't work and so far I've visited many doctors. How is your voice now? Do you still have a sore throat and does it hurt when you speak? Or did you get rid of your laryngitis? Did your larynx return back to normal (no inflammation)? I had a laryngoscopy 2 weeks ago and it was all red inside. I'm looking forward to your answers. Thank you in advance!
HI Cesar. Sorry you're going through that, it's the worst. My voice is back to normal now. It took me a long time to make it happen, but I've had a lot of clients fix similar issues much faster since they can learn from my mistakes. My suggestion is to go through our free digestion course so you can start to correct the actual underlying cause of the reflux. That's probably going to be the first and most important step. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Definitely let me know how it goes. I know how much it can suck and I love hearing the stories from people who find their own answers and get it fixed.
@@KickItNaturally thanks for your answer, I'm happy to know that you're ok now! And I'll definitely check out the course! I forgot to ask you... Do u still have a chance to fully heal even if the reflux doesn't play an important roll? Tbh my reflux was never that bad.. I'm saying this because I still have chronic rhinitis from years ago that maybe worsens everything.. And.. because recently a doctor told me that PERHAPS I've been using my throat incorrectly when speaking, wich might have been the principal or a crucial cause in my chronic laryngitis. I'm aware I only did that when I spoke other languages. I love learning languages and unconsciously I used to put a bit pressure on my throat muscles to try to pronounce sounds that don't exist in Spanish (ik it was dumb).. The doctors aren't sure what's the real underlying cause, but let's say it's one of the earlier mentioned... Then could I still fully recover or reverse my chronic laryngitis? Also, will my larynx ever return to its normal color or remain red? Sorry for the long messages. Have a beautiful evening!
I absolutely believe you can get your voice back, but you will likely need to work on underlying causes of the problem, and doctors don't really do that. They just look to cover up symptoms. The red is a strong indication of a constant irritant, usually reflux or an infection that might be feeding down from the sinus cavity), or an inability for the body to repair correctly, which is very common. You should go through our totally free digestion course to learn how to look at any imbalances to see if your body can't get into that repair mode like it should.
I’m also suffering the same thing how did you get rid of the biofilm in your sinus cavity? I am on year six of this terrible laryngitis mission and biofilm issue and I’ve done it all. I need to know how you got rid of your biofilm problem I am a singer in desperate need, help me please
Yeah, that's exactly what mine was like. It never hurt unless I was talking. You definitely want to rule out slient reflux, as that is the most common problem. I’m so glad to have found this video I have been searching non stop for weeks. I lost my voice over 4 weeks ago. It literally came out of no where. It started with extreme throat clearing and a bit of a sore throat and by the end of that day I lost my voice. For 3 weeks my voice was gone completely but the sore throat and throat clearing eased up. So just had no voice with no other symptoms. I Went to an ent who diagnosed with acid reflux and told me to change my diet and prescribed me with omeprazole. I am also 8 months pregnant and already had acid reflux problem before the pregnancy, they just seemed to get worse as the pregnancy went on. As recommended I went to a Dietician and changed my diet and started taking the ppi. This past week i definitely see some kind of improvement but am still so frustrated. When I speak loudly my voice goes and I feel like I am out of breath when trying to speak still. It’s very depressing and don’t know what to do, it feels very much like i will never get my voice back. Why can I do???
HI. You're in a tricky place because you're pregnant and the pressure from the baby can just push your stomach and put the LES valve in a place where it won't close correctly. The bad side of a PPI is that you're turning off digestion and reducing the ability to get nutrients out of your food. Be sure to watch our video about how acid reflux works and sign up for our free digestion course to get a better understanding of how to fix things nautally and you may need to wait until after you have the baby to find real relief. Hi did you manage to fix your problem. I am currently having a very similar experience to you. I have lost my voice for longer than 4 weeks now. I have a appointment coming up with ent in the next week or so. I completely understand what you’re saying about not being able to talk and it feels like your breathing stops when you try to talk. I would like to know if you sorted your problem.
@@jasonbeguia383 I gave birth to my sweet baby boy and all the symptoms just disappeared, literally within days of giving birth. I’m assuming the Loss of voice had to do with the excessive heart burn and hormones that come with pregnancy

This video helps so much! My son has so many of the same issues. for the past year he’s been to urgent care, ERs and finally a digestive doctor where he has had a number of testing done. I have brought up the idea of him having hemochromatosis and it was dismissed. Yes he has high iron but let’s focus on the acid reflux. I also brought up- Is it possible that he has something in his sinuses that drains that’s causing other issues and I was looked at like I was crazy. He also has a hiatal hernia and webbing in his esophagus that he now needs surgery to be broken up and a blemish on his pancreas. These results were told to me months later after I insisted on finding someone to go over them with me and so far all they wanna do is give him medicine that I said makes him sick and their response was just to take it anyways. Clearly, there has to be a better way!!
This is absolutely freakishly similar to me - All started with food poisoning. I’ve been told in the past I have HPylori and never seem to get rid of the symptoms. I’m heterozygous for haemachromatosis and have ferroportin issues. I have negligible stomach acid and I have been told I have candida in my sinuses! Tried HCL and that didn’t end well…I’ve also read HCL can promote Iron absorption… 😮. But surely fed pylori too. Do you have a Pylori video - or high iron video! Will look at the links!!! Bought your book yesterday! Many thanks!!
Do you have homozygous hemochromatosis? If so do you still get your blood drawn or have you found a natural way to deal with this condition? Do you get all your vitamin c through your diet? I've seen on many sites that say you shouldn't supplement vitamin c with that condition.
I do and I do still donate blood to keep things in check. When I supplement with vitamin C, I only use a whole food form of C like this one and I take it away from food: naturalreference.com/products/bio-c and I don't take it every day unless I'm fighting off a cold or something. That's what I do.
I started having problems with my nasopharynx last year. Thick mucus constantly forms between the nose and throat, which blocks the throat and prevents saliva from being swallowed normally. Because of this, I lose my voice in the morning and mucus drains into the esophagus and trachea overnight. I dripped antibiotics into my nose and rinsed, but mucus still formed - very sticky and thick (sometimes like jelly - transparent or yellow-green, sometimes with blood). It also dries out the nose very much and crusts form. I visited 3 different ENT specialists, took CT scans, took drops, applied ointments, gargled, but nothing helped. Sometimes I can't even swallow food properly as it feels like somthing stuck in the throat. I need to sleep with tissue to split out the mucus as it's bothering me all the time and doesnt let me swallow. I was also found to have an esophageal hernia, and I am bothered by constant belching of air (after eating and water) and Helicobacter pylori + I understand that this is due to low acidity (although doctors usually put high acidity as diagnosis), but because of the hernia I cannot take HCL + I have erosions in the esophagus so taking acid can get even worse the situation. I tried to drink apple cider vinegar but didnt feel any better. Can you please tell me how to get rid of a hernia without surgery? I think it appeared after covid because I was coughing a lot. I want to get back to normal life as last 8 months were like a nightmare for me ((( Especially regarding lump in the throat - my life quality is getting worse😮💨 I dont know may be that's some kind of parasites or bacteria in my nasopharynx...but I took some tests and it showed a bit overgrow of Candida and Staphylococcus aureus - may be that is the reason?🥲
I need help and guidance. My vocal cords are chronically inflamed. My voice is hoarse. It went gradually and just got it checked. The ENT looking for possible causes. I eat well, exercise etc. Do you have an email. Going to check my iron levels as suggested. I need and want my voice back

What finally restored your voice? Do you still deal with hemachromatosis? Interviewed someone with that, it can be tough, and drawing blood is the main treatment to get the excess iron out.
It turns out my shoes were on too tight. :) Not really, but corrected all those underlying causes I talked about in the video is what gave me my voice back. I don't really have to "treat" my hemochromatosis anymore. I just donate blood a few times a year and that keeps my numbers in a good range. It just took a lot to get them down to a human range in the beginning.

Hi @Jason Beguia, when you watch the video, you see that I was dealing with more than one underlyig cause. so no remedy would ever work for that. I lived in NYC, came home from Vacation in Florida w/my 4yr old to an EMPTY apartment. I moved upstate and had nothing so started going to yard sales--found tons of Antiques and opened a shop. I found my Niche :) As for the Docs.....screw so many of them! They wanted to give me a complete liver transplant for a 1.2cm lesion. (1/2 million$) AND they told me, "don't take supplements, and don't go on the internet" roflmao. Yeah right!!! Sending this to a friend who will NOT listen to me $%^&* and has struggle for many years with this GERD. Heart problems, etc! Has nasal problems too! Docs keep loading on the Meds and he gets sicker and sicker. I looked at his blood work, and they didn't even tell him he had Anemia! Your story is so cool.
Wow TC you were a mess, lol. Well, glad you were able to fix your body. Sometimes we need to do our own research and educate ourselves or take zillion of pills.
I never actually lost my voice but I end up sounding like a high pitched Corpse (the youtuber, his name is Corpse Husband). Actually, speaking of Corpse, maybe you could talk to him and maybe help him? Cause he has GERD and he might not know about the stuff that you teach.
Let us know here what you've tried to get your voice back.
I need to stop screaming and talking so much 😢but also pushing the knots on the back of the back opposite of the vocal cords.
@@tomjones3907are you better?
This is definitely a testimony of God working all things together for good..if this had not happened to you think of all the 1000's of people that would not have been helped by all your research, videos and practice!! Amazing!!
Praise Jesus!!
I also lost my voice, but for 2 years, with no luck from doctors, it was frustrating. single dad couldn't make appointments and had to text people I was with. I researched it myself for months and found it. I had polyps on my vocal chords. to this day I don't know the cause so I still listen to people's successes stories.
Yeah, totally the worst. Great job figuring out your own answers!
I have lost it for 3 months hope it doesn’t last for 2 years I would die
How are you you now? Are you able to talk? How is the polyp situation?
Did you ever have sibo
Wouldn't a camera by an ent see that ??

I did the following:
- laryngoscopy - no vocal injury
- endoscopy - no findings
- multiple h. Pylori tests - negative
- autoimmune blood tests - negative
- thyroid tests - negative
- ct scan and ultrasound of neck - negative
I noticed that when I speak more, I tend to catch colds more often than I used to, which in turn makes my voice worse. Its puzzling.
Seems like you're taking all the steps that didn't help me either. Did you watch this video to understand what was causing those same symptoms for me?

Omg, I did what you did so many years ago… 1982! Not my voice but it was my digestive trouble. I would go to the library back then because we had no internet back then. I would write the text I needed because we couldn’t check out the medical books… so I would spend an entire afternoon researching the books and writing what I needed to know! I feel like I could be a gastroenterologist without the degree because of all that research. Bottom line is I figured out what was happening with me and what I needed to do to prevent the problems. I also realized I wasn’t dying from a really weird disease.
Wow, amazing. Great job! I was playing with legos in 1982. :)
What did you have?
If you're having mucus, this video might give you some ah ha moments: ua-cam.com/video/pafv2r_zXNg/v-deo.html

Our video on chronic cough should give you some insights: ua-cam.com/video/MMjaW9X1xC8/v-deo.html

I had to reduce a bacterial overgrowth like we talk about in this video: ua-cam.com/video/RjPdowTvD6I/v-deo.html
and I used these techniques to improve my hiatel hernia situation: ua-cam.com/video/J4GICcjT9Tw/v-deo.html

You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
Let me know how it goes.
You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
Definitely let me know how it goes.

Yeah, that does sound very similar to happened to me. For me, there clearly was a better way. It just took me a while to figure that out.
When I supplement with vitamin C, I only use a whole food form of C like this one and I take it away from food: naturalreference.com/products/bio-c
and I don't take it every day unless I'm fighting off a cold or something.
I was also found to have an esophageal hernia, and I am bothered by constant belching of air (after eating and water) and Helicobacter pylori +
I understand that this is due to low acidity (although doctors usually put high acidity as diagnosis), but because of the hernia I cannot take HCL + I have erosions in the esophagus so taking acid can get even worse the situation. I tried to drink apple cider vinegar but didnt feel any better.
Can you please tell me how to get rid of a hernia without surgery? I think it appeared after covid because I was coughing a lot.
I want to get back to normal life as last 8 months were like a nightmare for me ((( Especially regarding
lump in the throat - my life quality is getting worse😮💨
I dont know may be that's some kind of parasites or bacteria in my nasopharynx...but I took some tests and it showed a bit overgrow of Candida and Staphylococcus aureus - may be that is the reason?🥲
I need help and guidance. My vocal cords are chronically inflamed. My voice is hoarse. It went gradually and just got it checked. The ENT looking for possible causes. I eat well, exercise etc. Do you have an email. Going to check my iron levels as suggested. I need and want my voice back
Hey Akins, unless your ENT is better than the 23 doctors I saw, chances are low that they will understand how to correct the problem and will likely supply you with acid reducing meds. Our totally free digestion course is the place to start. You can find the link to that free course in the description for this video. If you get stuck and need help, there is info in that course about setting up a consultation with me to see if we are a good match to work together one on one.
And I thought losing my voice for 3 months was a long time 😂. It definitely sucked, but 3 months is nothing compared to 8 years.
Nope. :) Glad you got yours back too.
I know something’s wrong with my voice. I’m scared to do to the doctor and pay all this money for them to say it’s nothing
I understand your concerns since I went through the same thing. your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
Come back and let us know how it goes.
What finally restored your voice?
Do you still deal with hemachromatosis? Interviewed someone with that, it can be tough, and drawing blood is the main treatment to get the excess iron out.
It turns out my shoes were on too tight. :)
Not really, but corrected all those underlying causes I talked about in the video is what gave me my voice back. I don't really have to "treat" my hemochromatosis anymore. I just donate blood a few times a year and that keeps my numbers in a good range. It just took a lot to get them down to a human range in the beginning.
Hello i've been struggling with my voice over years when i talk straight my voice hoarses faster then after an hours my voice came back to normal. Everytime i socialize to people or reporting in my class my voice easily became hoarseness and then after i rest my voice it came back to normal i've been struggling my voice when i talk please i help me what cause is this and how I can fix this.
HI @Dohina, Jenny Mae R. like I talk about in this video, there is more than one possible cause. your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. It will also help you figure out if there are imbalances that could be creating trouble too. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
Come back and let us know how it goes because I love the stories from people who get their voice back. For obvious reasons, those are some of my favorite.
I lost my voice over town Years now what will I do
Hey Wilaaya. If you meant 10 years, yeah, I know how much that sucks. I would definitely go through our free digestion course and figure out the underlying cause. It will walk you through fixing digestion and probably correcting a reflux issue. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
Thank you for making this video ♥️
I lose my voice easily but this year it happened 3 times for 2-4 weeks
Hi Kritti, hope this helps you find your answers a lot faster than I did. :)
How do you do now. What remedy did you do
Hi @Jason Beguia, when you watch the video, you see that I was dealing with more than one underlyig cause. so no remedy would ever work for that. Instead, I had to fix the underlying cause of each problem. Fixing the acid reflux was a big part of that. You can learn how to do that here: ua-cam.com/video/ZDTUrYGVu7Q/v-deo.html
My voice dries up way faster than normal people, it has been like this for 3-4 years now. First it dries up and i loose my voice and after some hours i get my voice back but again if i start talking than i start to struggle again with my voice it starts drying up really quick. Does anyone know about this? What is this illness called?
Hi Johnson, it sounds like you're dealing with some type of inflammation, and the most common cause is what I explained in this video. I would go through our free digestion course to see if there are aspects of digestion that need improvement that could create some type of silent reflux coming up and creating inflammation.
You can find the link to that free course in the description below this video.
Sharing that story was very inspirational. Where can I find your material on the extensive research you did on sinus infections? I am dealing with chronic sinusitis and just started to see and ENT. It's hard to imagine you with no voice for 8 years. Must have been a journey you were meant to live to guide and help others. Glad to hear you are doing well. Kim Lee in another life, a lifetime ago.
KIm Lee! I think it's hilarious that you think you need to tell me who Kim Herring is. :) You'll have a hard time find medical material on sinus infections like I used. I just got lucky and connected the dots for a few things I learned about sinus and gut infections over the years. But a great place to start is to look into things like colloidal silver nasal sprays and using antimicrobials in things like a neti pot.
I have voice horsness for three year plz help me
HI @Bilal malik Malik, the first place to start is to figure out if reflux is causing it. This video explains that: ua-cam.com/video/ZDTUrYGVu7Q/v-deo.html
let us know how it goes. I love to see people get their voice back like I did.
But you have not given the exercise that did that
Not sure what you mean. for my hiatal hernia, here it the video of what I did: ua-cam.com/video/J4GICcjT9Tw/v-deo.html
Where do you find kick your cramps in the nuts book 😅
I am having worst pain and burning since last 1 year tears come out while talking and it remains for 24*7 no relief at all
Tried every dr in whole India
What to do know I think suicide is tha last option
Any opinion please?
For me, it was about looking at my body chemistry and figuring out the actual underlying cause for me since it can be different for every person. But we teach how to look at your chemistry so you can figure things like this out in our free digestion course here: kickitnaturally.com/course
Let us know how it goes.
This story reminds me of my own life. Sometimes the worst things in life can bring the best when you make Lemonade from thee Lemons.
I appreciate that and thanks for sharing your story. We hear more and more stories just like this.
Cause he has GERD and he might not know about the stuff that you teach.
lol. You might want to share this video with him. :)
