Additionally, he is smart enough to observe by those he meets on a routine basis that a lot of money and property doesn't necessarily mean a happier, better life. Now, we get 2… *very occasionally* there will be 3. That would be bad enough, but the 3 we get usually have no respect for their job, their fellow workers (by showing up on time, keeping your area maintained, and ensuring the job they’ve been hired to do is completed on time and done properly, so the next guy isn’t having to get behind schedule by waiting for late work or having to take the time to correct the issues or finish what the guy before him was supposed to do), nor respect the people who gave him the job (always 15 minutes late to work, leaves 5 minutes early for lunch, returns 10-15 minutes late, and clicks out 5-10 minutes before the end shift… not to mention the 8-10 bathroom breaks he takes in between - each lasting 10 minutes. Yet, he’s the first one to complain if he’s effected by the poor work or delayed work from another employee. Then, w/in 6 months, he “no call/no shows” for 2 days (as his way of quitting.. no notice, nothing), because he’s ticked he didn’t get a 5% raise at his 90 day performance review. This, on top of 3 employees in our management system (2 from one of our businesses, and 1 from another) stealing **considerable** amounts of $$$ from us. There’s so much more I could explain, but - suffice it to say; finding a guy like this 👆🏻, who pays attention to his job, looks people in the eye while listening, is patient with “diva customers” who believe *they* are the only clients of ours who really counts, has no use for gossip or BS - because he truly feels as if life’s too short to waste it on crap that’s just *crap*.

I strongly dislike this lawyer lady. When the doorman was exasperated and stressed how he is tired of being involved with this and just wants it all to be over and done with and how he already signed a statement of everything he knew which was not much and she COMPLETELY ignored him. She didn’t say “I understand, and I thank you for your time and your testimony here today.” Nothing. She is VERY abrasive and unlikeable! I fail to see how the jury would be appreciative of her style whatsoever. She’s awful.

This has just reached surreal levels. Of course the poor guy is going to have a hard time remembering stuff that happened around 5 years ago. He put up with the Karen-like attorney, started vaping most probably to reduce the stress of seeing himself in such situation, and started driving away (without his seatbelt on, lol) to keep going with his day.

I had to testify once and it was exacrly like this. I was very patient but after a while, being asked the same question over and over. I looked at the judge and said "this is complteley ridiculius". He nodded in agreement asked the lawyer to get to the point and he asked me the SAME question 2 more times. Judge told me to speak in an open dialogue what happened start to finish with no interruptions from and he would ask the questions when he felt it was needed. because it took like 45 mins to get 1 min into the story with all the questions. Im not even sure if thats allowed or if a judge has authority that overrides everything. I dunno.
