Omg the first time I watched this I did not catch the exact point that was being made by Johnnys lawyer BUT this time it smacked me right in the face… it takes about 15 min for TMC to legally copyright something as long as TMC receives it directly from the owner… this guy admitted it only taking about 15 minutes for them to slap their copyrights on the kitchen video….. Meaning Amber directly sent that kitchen video to TMZ and immediately gave them copyright permission.

So far, AH’s lawyers have only been able to complain about what evidence was permitted prior to the start of the trial, and the 1 week break. They haven’t complained much about the judge’s behavior during trial as the judge gave a lot of leeway to Elaine (with her arguing against Camille’s successful objections in front of the jury instead of approaching the bench, not controlling her own witnesses, arguing that she didn’t have any new evidence to waste everyone’s time, objecting with made up categories, not using the microphone properly, and trying to ram through the same questions to AH despite losing to Camille’s objections).

They aren't that bad IMO, but their lawyers seem like they are, and that's also what I read/hear. And that usually says a lot about the leadership of an organization.
They had lawyers in the courtroom which this video doesn't show (this clip starts RIGHT when their lawyers stopped talking to the judge, IIRC), and they were trying to intervene in the case (on behalf of the defense/Amber) and one lawyer even asked if he could reserve the right to object (only parties to the case can object, like the lawyers, or even Depp himself -- Johnny could even object, but they wanted this right), that the judge rightly denied.
TMZ's owner (CEO? I mean Harvey 😂) is also a lawyer, however, but I feel he should know better then, perhaps, or maybe he just has good reason for things like this, but it seemed like bullying today.

The “about 15 minutes” response after Camille Vasquez laid the copyright verification/timeline foundation was such a dagger. Particularly as it comes minutes after Elaine objected prematurely, out of concern he might answer “Amber Heard” by name. They say it’s her w/o saying it and had to be easy for the jury to pick up on.

Q: How long does it take to get copyright ownership of media that comes directly from the source?
    A: 15 minutes
Q: How much time passed passed from TMZ receipt of the video until it was published?
    A: 15 minutes
BAM. If TMZ had not had proof that Amber Heard sent the video, they would’ve had to verify who owned the copyright and acquire transfer of ownership.
That’s pretty near iron-clad, yet Amber, uh, denied it all under oath on cross.

One thing to note here is that though the guy didn't mention the source, he mentioned that if the videos come from a direct source it takes only 15 minutes to upload it. When Camille asked him about how much time it took him to upload the video of Johnny banging the cabinets he said it was 15mins. So it implies that it was a direct and verified source which can definitely be Amber or her team! I think the juries would take this into account.
