@@thegalleryBBQ Assembled in about 3 hours ... no alcohol involved. Slow and steady won the race. I have since had my first cook (ribs 225 degrees F, 3-2-1). Came out perfect with a decent pull.
They made it look easy. I'd like to see them do it after 3 long Island teas 7 Budweiser's and 4 shots of tequila rose the way I built mine and it worked. Lol.
Man oh man. Huge shout out to Cabela's. They let me buy the floor model they just finished assembling. Saved me a few hours, I am certain it is not as easy as this 7 minute video makes it look.

I don't mean lost in I'm not capable, I mean lost in there's way to much for the average Joe to assemble. I see a lot of stripped out screws for the average guy
Got this sitting in my garage right now waiting for me to put it together. Just got here about 30 minutes ago. Wish me luck!

Lol.... My 1050 was a breeze. Of course I'd just put together the 560. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Excellent video. Very well done and professional.
Thanks....
I am missing the piece at step 11, or they have a different piece for that function.

ChiComms appreciate your support.
AWESOME:)....
Is this a newer version of the MB 1050?😎👍
What is the grease your putting on the screen over the ash catcher and the manifold? And why do you do it? Thanks
spray vegetable oil. Prevents rust and helps in the seasoning of the grill...
@@thegalleryBBQ great, thanks. Building mine today. What's your opinion on wood chunks in hopper or ash bucket? Which do you prefer? And how much?
@@ptp6100 I do both. About 3, 4 inches fuel then 2 or 3 chunks. Repete depending on length of cook. Also few chunks in the ash😄

They lost me at step 20
Step 20 is the ash catcher and the screen that stops the charcoal from falling in the ash catcher.

@@sneakyblackdogLeave the screw gun in the garage, and hand tighten screws
@@halsands2469 I use an impact driver not a screw gun, don't want to strip the heads out
Too complicated, I'll stick with the Lonestar offset Smoker... just me....
