Great tutorial. The 45 chain count was ideal for me. I just need to work on sewing the ends together, but other than that this is a great pattern.

I have an undercut in the winter it gets chilly when I wear my hair up. The larger size is PERFECT to cover my undercut and ears

Love the pattern but as mentioned by others would measure for each person head before deciding to only chain 42 for first chain. 😊

Did this pattern. Cute. 45 chain not long enough though. Would fit a kids head probably. Can’t wait to meme one bigger.

Are you using super bulky and a 10 mm? More than 45 chains will be huge! Try no to do it super tight either

@@CJDesignblogHi. I just completed a larger one with 64 chains. Category 6 and a 10 mm hook. Did much better. Thank you. So beautiful. I think I’ll try one with made a category 4 to see how that looks.

I just made this and really enjoyed the stitch pattern. With that said, there is no way this would fit an adult. I think you should consider updating the video.

I have made all of my headbands with this pattern and sold them to lots of people. It fits adults. I think your tension might be different ☺️

Hi! What you can do is make your foundation chain longer, or use a bigger hook.

The head band is nice, i would use the design to make the top part for a strap blouse or work longer for a dress 👗I also like your simplified SC herringbone stitch.

Hi I followed along and at the finish my headband didn’t fit my head!!!! I measured it in the beginning and the chains fit but when I was finished, it was about 4 inches too small! So 😢disappointed can you please tell me what I may have done wrong did I crochet too tightly? I used the same yarn and the same needle size. PLEASE help if you can Thank You

No, this is my pattern, how I wanted to do it. The stitch, however, if done correctly, it’s a bit different. This is my version to make it easier and quicker. But the pattern is correct
