@@CJDesignblogHi. I just completed a larger one with 64 chains. Category 6 and a 10 mm hook. Did much better. Thank you. So beautiful. I think I’ll try one with made a category 4 to see how that looks.
I just made this and really enjoyed the stitch pattern. With that said, there is no way this would fit an adult. I think you should consider updating the video.
The head band is nice, i would use the design to make the top part for a strap blouse or work longer for a dress 👗I also like your simplified SC herringbone stitch.
Hi I followed along and at the finish my headband didn’t fit my head!!!! I measured it in the beginning and the chains fit but when I was finished, it was about 4 inches too small! So 😢disappointed can you please tell me what I may have done wrong did I crochet too tightly? I used the same yarn and the same needle size. PLEASE help if you can Thank You
No, this is my pattern, how I wanted to do it. The stitch, however, if done correctly, it’s a bit different. This is my version to make it easier and quicker. But the pattern is correct
Great tutorial. The 45 chain count was ideal for me. I just need to work on sewing the ends together, but other than that this is a great pattern.
I just made this in less than an hour! Thank you! It's beautiful and I love it! Can't wait to make more
This is a beautiful and easy headband, I'm going to make a few for my 23 year old daughter, she loves these! Thank you for sharing!🥰
I have an undercut in the winter it gets chilly when I wear my hair up. The larger size is PERFECT to cover my undercut and ears
I love headbands for winter and this pattern is so easy to follow.
Love the pattern but as mentioned by others would measure for each person head before deciding to only chain 42 for first chain. 😊
Just did one as a Christmas gift. amazingly fast and excellent gift! Thank you for sharing!!!
Wow, I saw this stitch on another channel and couldn’t make sense of it…you explained it so well, thank you!!
Thank you for this cute quick n easy project mine came out perfectly
Did this pattern. Cute. 45 chain not long enough though. Would fit a kids head probably. Can’t wait to meme one bigger.
Are you using super bulky and a 10 mm? More than 45 chains will be huge! Try no to do it super tight either

what does category 6 mean?
Oh never mind. I remembered it is size of yarn.
Beautiful. I have a skein of Bernat Softee Chunky and I will make this tomorrow. 🫶🏾. TY!
I made one of these and it came out perfectly! Thanks for a great tutorial!! And I hope you have a Very Merry Christmas season!!

I have made all of my headbands with this pattern and sold them to lots of people. It fits adults. I think your tension might be different ☺️
Hi! What you can do is make your foundation chain longer, or use a bigger hook.

I did too, made it again using 5 extra chains. Just do it loose if possible
Where did you get the little tags? I love them!
I used the same yarn and hook and mine is soooo tight. My head is small as well
Your patterns are great!
Yay! I'm glad :)
So cute!
THIS IS AWESOME!!!!!!!
I only have a 9mm hook. Would that work with the same amount of stitches?
Hello. Can you also use #5 bulky yarn
Thanks for the tutorial
Love it! ❤️
I love ❤️ your little tags you attach to your work. Where can I get something like that?
Cool! Thanks for sharing.
Hello Judy
I’m a beginner. This took me 3 hours to make and it’s way too small. Pretty sure my tension was too much. 😂😭
What do you call that stitch?
Herringbone, made from one side only :)
We are beginners we didn’t get it at first😧
So this isn’t the correct pattern? You mentioned you didn’t want to make a complicated stitch. I’m not sure I understand. Thanks 😊
