hello there, CJ! hope you notice this comment. I just made one to sell but I'm confused on the costing. How much would you sell this? I just love this design in particular, thanks❤️🙏🙏
As a first time crocheter finding other videos too complicated i found this video easy to follow along with and memorize to do it in the future. But i did use a size 4 yarn (instead of a size 5) with a 6.5mm hook and it turned out just as pretty. Amazing job!!
I made these while quarantined for four days. I could not stop making them!!! I made 5 in quick succession! I used Big Twist Natural Blend, and K+C alpaca. Both are a size 6 yarn, so I went up to a 8mm hook. I did an initial chain of 57 with 7 rows each. The tip to make the starting chain fairly tight was a very helpful! Usually I go up a hook size for starting chains, but that was not necessary with this project.
I made a headband, but instead of using regular yarn, I used T-shirt yarn. I made this for my mom & t-shirt yarn is all I had, my mom loved it. Thank you so much for the tutorial..
I made one for my dog walker, she’s going up to the snow this weekend and I thought it would be a nice Valentines present! Thank you for the quick gift idea! Sending love your way!
This has been the clearest version of how to creat the front part.. . I will still need to practice a few times but this has been so helpful, thank you 🙏
Loved this tutorial! Was able to make it in under 2 hours, considering I’m a newbie to crochet I’m impressed! I don’t have a yarn needle so used a bobby pin lol! My first one turned out too small but worked out as the person I’m making it for has a daughter so this gift has now turned into a matching mommy- daughter moment! I’ll take your advice and measure first next time! I’m so happy I found this tutorial!
Love this headband/ear warmers!! Thank you for this tutorial & pattern. I’ve made several already in the past wk & measured on my head as well as my 5 yr old’s head. These will be gifted this Xmas. For reference, I use med size yarn with K hook 6.55 mm & chain 70 for adult head. For kid size, I use K hook & chain 60. For baby (6-18 mo), J hook 6 mm & chain 50. Worked out well for me.
I absolutely love this tutorial. Thank you, I can't wait to make it. But I don't have a channel of own nor am I on any of the social media sites, I just love to watch the crochet channels. Wow so much talent.
Hi cj, to think that im putting this off for s long time thinking this headband thing is soooo complicated and hard for me then i finally have the guts to try this with you as mychosen instructor well i just have the laugh of my life this is so damm easy thank you!
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I've made 3 headbands in 2 days. I used different yarns and hook so I measured my head with the foundation chains then worked my way from there. This is definitely a beautiful stitch! Thanks again ❤️
I am a beginner to crotchet! I love this pattern and have many of them as Christmas gifts. They really do work up quickly and they are beautiful! Thank you so much!
Best tutorial I've come across! So easy and well explained and results are so cute. best thing is is that you can use any stitch to.make this headband!! I've made multiple with different stitches and it's so easy. Thank you so much!!!
I cant wait to try this pattern! Thanks to your tutorials I've found a hobby I never knew I was capable of doing and now I love making projects so much!!
Thank you very much for this video. I'm a beginner but it was so easy to understand and follow. Under few hours I've just made my own headband ☺☺ And I'm really proud of myself🤗
i just made this and it turned out soooo cute!!! though, i did only have 4 yarn and used a 5.5mm hook. i chained 75 (since i had thinner yarn) and made the headband about half the thickness of yours. I LOVE IT!! gonna make more colors asap… thank you so much!! 🤍🤍🤍
You explained the shape of the half double crochet perfectly and how to avoid the "stitch" on the front. Good work! Thank you for the video and free pattern!
Hi Michele. Im having a problem and wondering if you could help? In the video and the lady says for the row after your chain row, flip the chain row and do the stitch in the 2nd row. I am. having such a hard time trying to pull my hook through. I have the right kind of yarn and hook. my tension appears to be perfect. Not tight and not too loose. Can you help? I really want to start this. Thank you.
Guess I'm buying more yarn tomorrow. Need to try this. Thank you. Update: made first headband for my daughter last night. Love love love it. Would attach a picture, but no idea how to. Thank you for the easy-to-follow tutorial!
Thank you, it looks great! Iˋm not sure if mine turned out a bit different, but Iˋm happy with it. A xxlarge scarf with this pattern is already in the making
Absolutely fantastic and so easy to follow your directions... I made my first one and it is perfect, Cannot wait to make more...thank you so much for this video...
I needed 52 ch for my head with the hook and yarn I used (tested it on my head after making first row) and did only 5 or 6 rows and it turned out beautifully. Thanks for sharing 👍👍
Wow this is such a beautiful headband. Thank you for sharing. Your tutorial is easy to follow with clear instructions. I am looking forward to start this project. ❤️
It turns out to be amazing...Thank you so much for sharing this video and the way you explain everything in detail really really helps. Looking forward to more videos❤️
OMG THANK YOU FOR THE TUTORIAL! GONNA MAKE THIS FOR MY BROTHER😍 (my brother just like to wear headband and always steals it from my other sister but me and my parents arent gonna wasted our money only bcuz to buy a headband for him, so here i am going to crochet it for him! 🤡)
I love this so much!!! Thank you very much for this wonderful pattern and your great explanation video. I’m so happily surprised to have found a crochet stitch that looks like knitting!!! You’re great ! 🙏🏻
Instead of making the whole band try to measure your head first and it won’t be a problem, you can just do one row and put it around your head too ; or look at your tension or change the hook size ; I’ve made multiple sizes and they have all worked . Also check the type of yarn you are using it makes a difference .hope you will all try again . Dani your patterns are amazing -thank you
Thank you very much for your tutorial. For me the most difficult to do is the first row, because the chain twist on itself and it was difficult to find the good stitche. But I done it. Thanks

How many chains did you start with for the super bulky yarn?
@@alyssawashere_ 48 for one and 52 for another, so somewhere in there that fits around your head

amazing tutorial! This is one of the first projects I've made, and it turned out super well! Thank you for sharing! :)
Farei o trabalho artesanal. Adorei! não entendo inglês, mas ao ver você tecendo conseguirei, pois faço crochê. Obrigada.
Thank you for sharing this tutorial, it’s beautiful 😍
So pretty!! So easy!!! Magnifique. Voilà!!! 🥰🥰😘😘
It turned out amazing, however it didnt fit me amd was too smal and child sized so i suggest making maybe 20 more chains or so.
you can always measure your head first so you can adjust for your own personal head size :) not everyone’s head is the same
Happened to me too😃
Same problem....
Yes, far too small. I agree. Chain 75 for me. Great video though 😊
Dani your patterns are amazing -thank you
Just made it! It's great🤩 Thank you
Thank you very much for your tutorial. For me the most difficult to do is the first row, because the chain twist on itself and it was difficult to find the good stitche. But I done it. Thanks
Lovely band . I will surely make it for me and my sis.👌👌👌👌👌👌
This headband is beautiful, thank you so much for teaching.
Thank you so much for the detailed instructions!!!
I just love Ur video n I can't stop trying to myself tq plz make another video much love...😍😍
Turned out Perfect! Used a different stitch but amazing! Thank you! ❤️
Love this pattern!! Just FYI for people with slightly larger heads (like me).. this was way too small so make sure to add more chains
I just finished 2 rows and decided to try it on my head and its waaaay to small lol darn big head. now I have to rip it all out
Thank you for such a wonderful pattern! I’ve made two from a bulky blend of baby alpaca, merino wool and silk.
You make it look so easy. On my way to Joann fabric 😁🥰
So clean and detailed, bravo👏🏼
Beautiful headband. I made it for a gift for my granddaughter
wonderful........love your work & you too.😊🌷
Clear and easy to follow instructions!! Thank you for sharing :)
