@@tacticalbreadman7409You can find grass fed dairy in most supermarkets, though many are limited to selling milk. Whole Foods also has yogurt, butter, etc. from grass fed cows. The best place is from a farm because it’s not processed and the enzymes aren’t destroyed. But I’ve had good results with even the processed grass-fed products.
I developed a milk allergy (not lactose intolerance) at age 36, confirmed by testing. And it's to whey, not casein! The immune system is complicated. I'll try to reintroduce it after eating a diet with plenty of pre- and probiotics.
Yes, dairy is more complicated than just saturated fat. I always recommend a trial of elimination for 8 weeks then reintroduce the cleaner dairy options to see if symptoms return. Best, Dr. Jin
My inflammation markers as CRP and ESR dropped after changing diet to saturated fat, eggs, fatty meat and hard cheese as parmesan.I Lost weight and finally after 10 years of struggling I don’t have insulin resistance so I don’t believe in this theory of causing inflammation.
This piece doesn’t discuss the fact that the consumption of non-fat dairy is associated with more allergies because whole milk contains more C15:0 fatty acid. This fat has been associated with the longest lifespans in the world. Grass fed dairy is highest in this and omega 3. Lack of C15:0 in dolphins resulted in unhealthy individuals. C15:0 deficiency is likely the outcome of a pure vegan or plant based diet.
I appreciate your videos are balanced and at the end you highlighted some of the pros of dairy. Personally, I'm trying to increase my C15 intake so I eat 1/2 oz pecorino romano (sheep cheese) per day and switching from using organic to grass-fed whole milk in my homemade probiotic yogurt. And when I eat the yogurt, I add whey protein to get the "humanized milk" whey:casein ratio of 60:40 For reference: Cow milk is 20% whey and 80% casein. I simply asked AI to work out the math and for my whey protein concentrate blend, it's 1/2 scoop whey:295mL whole milk.
Doc oromi on UA-cam channel I wanted to express my deep gratitude for the incredible impact your medicine has had on my health. Thanks to your treatment, I have been successfully cured from HIV Virus.❣️❤
What about fermented milk like kefir? Is cottage cheese bad too? Do they be inflammatory too? It would be good to know. It looks like what every we are eating everything causes inflammation.
My wife noticed when I eat 500 grams of cottage cheese in the evenings I start snoring. If I do not there aint no snoring. Seems to be some allergical reaction 😑
@@DrJinSung how does milk contribute to your body producing mucus though? Dr Sebi talked alot about mucus and it being cause for most diseases. I mean I kind of knew that milk products from conventional milk are not that good (even here in Germany), but must be worse than I thought... Will have to find a new protein source then.

There's more to this than what is being conveyed. Dairy that is not organic, USDA inspected, has hormones and antibiotics and strains of bacteria that cause serious issues for those who have autoimmune conditions, some thyroid issues, and robs/ competes with iron, lowering iron levels in the body. Additionally it causes inflammatory conditions that makes the gut lining not able to absorb nutrients, which then causes other symptoms in the body that are many, and I confused with other conditions, and misdiagnosed.
True. Skim milk doesn't have. So if you want to avoid saturated fat, which is fine in moderation, but has been endlessly proven by all lines of evidence for decades and decades to be harmful in very high amounts-a fact which some very ideological and closed-minded people deny-then you can drink skim milk.
As children, yes we need saturated fat to develop our brains however, as adults we do not need saturated fat because it leads to fatty liver and other health issues. This is a fact and is not up for debate.
@@cdfaulk No, it doesn´t lead to fatty liver and other health issues. We need fat at every age for the production of our hormones. And those with the highest levels of cholesterol live the longest, despite what some ´experts´ say. Facts.
For years I had bursitis in my R hip which was not only very painful all the time but kept me awake at night (pain killers did not help). Through trial and error I found that dairy was the cause of it. Even if I have a few spoonful's of natural unsweetened yoghurt it flares up, thus I keep diary to a minimum. 🦘

When i changed to grass fed dairy all my stomach inflammation went, my psoriasis healed and i feel great
Me too!
Sorry for the stupid question but can you elaborate on that? Where do you find grass-fed dairy?
Unbelievable, me too! The best is the least processed (direct from farm) but I do so well even with store bought.

It’s called cross allergy if I remember. Same with avocado, if you have allergy for latex avocado can cause bad reaction.
@@l_tmszk Exactly, as with aloe vera, bananas, apples...all the good stuff is connected to latex.
I am lactose intolerant. I am Anishinaabe/Canadian, and apparently, Indigenous peoples of the Americas have issues with lactose, too

I have diverticulitis and I've found that A2 raw milk helps my gut issues and is better for my health in general.
Gracias ❤ fantástico
Im assuming you are talking about dead milk. What about raw milk? It still has all the live probiotics that would help with the intolerance perhaps?

Grass fed vs grain fed. Happens with the meat aswell.
