      This is crazy I mean how to know this early...before eliminating gluten I tried low fat a1 a2 raw milk sheep milk and goat milk thinking it was milk allergy...sadly I always had it with gluten...I tried vegan animal based but again sadly I always had some type of bread daily or cookie to meet the calories needs...now I can easily digest meat plant based lentils rice beans no issues the biggest problem was gluten allergy.......now I can drink 200ml of milk with oats and cheese and good amount of butter in same breakfast without any sign of bloating and flat stomach!!! and I feel it in my brain!!! and I do not get any rashes or big bloat which I used to get almost daily because of some type of bread....

    My baby son had severe colic even though breast fed. We finally found out it was cow😅s milk protein that goes through th😊e mother's diges😊tive system and into breast milk. Eliminated all cows milk protein from my diet. It took 2 weeks to get out of our systems - result =perfect happy baby. Even though he's adult now he's still allergic to cows milk but goat milk is fine.

    I sent you a long message through your website about ten days ago. I used to eat everything, have been vegetarian for 23 years, and due to consumption of Excedrin which contains NAIDS plus a prolonged period of chronic stress, I started with tons of food sensitivities. It's been over four years now, I had two GI maps done and it showed up dysbiosis and leaky gut. I tried to introduce dairy taking lactase enzyme and still I had a very negative reaction. I've been alternating carnivore and keto diets but every time I try to eat a high carb that's it. I know you could help me heal. I'm 71 years old with this awful brain fog and don't want to end with an autoimmune disease. Could you check your messages and see if you can find my request? Thank you. I watch all your videos. You're so knowledgeable, the opposite of many doctors and nutritionists who think they know about microbioma.

      @@greggbambu411 Nonsense. Thats not how cholesterol works. Higher cholesterol = higher life span. No one knows what ammount of cholesterol is good or bad. Ammount of cholesterol is driven stricly and precisely by your genes or your body actual needs, have higher cholesterol simply means your body is repairing by eating right diet. If something is essential, dont touch it. Cholesterol, endogenous glucose production (gluconeogenesis) - everything above this ammount in your blood causes insulin rise, insulin makes lot of harm in your body, doesnt matter if you are excercising or not. Cholesterol plates are made only on vein site of your blood system, places where blood is whirling, for example veins on your heart, so go to gym, make big pressure changes in your blood system artificially and you will have hearth failure sooner. Mild cardio is good, gardening, cooking, explosive cardio is sooner way to grave. I dont know any person healthier from going to gym, lot of them do fitnes for 25 - 40 years. Damaged joints, heart failure, even without steroids.

      Milk is just one of those things that is highly specialized for the young of that particular animal unfortunately. Which makes biological sense, cow milk is for a baby cow and nature has fine tuned that to perfection with it being so important for survival.
      We also have genes that turn off at an early age to keep the young from attempting to nurse their whole lives, which is where the lactose intolerance comes from. Probably plenty more we just haven't discovered.
      Nature appears to not want us drinking milk past a certain age. Raw milk is probably not that much better, less bad is the proper way to look at it imo.

    • @Loco-melaza
      @Loco-melaza Місяць тому

      The worst definitely! Keep away from anything pasteurized ultra pasteurized! It has no enzymes or live cultures in it If you take ultra pasteurized milk from the supermarkets and Raw jersy cows grass feed milk- not raised on grains or feed or grub no hormones growth or antibiotics a unpasteurized milk like the amish sells or any European that sells it in ur area tou can spill the ultra pasteurized supermarket Milk on a piece of rug and it will start to stink and have a foul smell and oder that's cause all the cells and enzymes and culture has been killed off cause of the heating threshold or burning point killed off all the good bacteria and enzymes and culture out of the milk. But take the grass feed cows milk and you will see and compare the difference the raw grass feed milk won't have an odd or foul smell cause that milk is alive with enzymes and bio culture is still in tact! The grass feed milk cow or goat or sheep's Milk or cheese is the best to drink period handsdown. It's the ultra pasteurized milk from the supermarkets they sell that's damaged dead enzymes and culture that causes the gut and digestive system damage. Eat high fat cottage cheese with the culture/enzymes in it will fix gut and digestive issue and rebuild the lower colon and keep it healthy. They tell people to not drink milk but don't are not more specific as to which milk are they talking about?...raw grass feed unpasteurized vs un raw pasteurized supermarket milk a major big difference I like to see if he can do a video on this and explain the two. Because when you look the Russians or all European and other countries drink raw unpasteurized grass feed milk and keifer's milk and yogurt forever which has all the bio bacteria for healthy gut but in America they tell you don't drink raw milk unpasteurized because it can cause foodborne illnesses which is all lies even Louis Pasteur before he died he said he was wrong about pasteurization I made a mistake about killing all the enzymes and the culture in the milk and cheese only in America the FDA the RDA tells you not to drink raw milk cuz they want you to continue consume that dead milk they sound the supermarket which in actuality they take it to a burning point that the milk is no longer white it turns gray and then they put calcium carbonate which is the worst calcium that the human body cannot regulate the cheapest calcium is calcium carbonate that they put in that milk to paint it to look nice and white and beautiful in the supermarkets if you look at grass-fed unpasteurized milk it has a beige look to it white at the bottom when you shake the milk becomes whiter but the supermarket milk you don't have to shake it it's white all the time because of the chalk that they put in there cuz calcium carbonate is the worst calcium you can consume it's like trying to digest sand from a beach I like to see Dr Jin make a video on these two types of milk

      all dairy can, if in excess as big part of diet
      especially if not enough fermented dairy like kefir to properly process it
      but some Europeans have genes causing weaker absorption of calcium as adaptation to such diet

    Very simple follow these steps in this order
    1. Wake up drink a glass of mineral water , you can do so much as spritz a little bit of lemon if you want you don’t really have to, but you can occasionally sometimes sure
    2. take a quick of some high-quality real olive oil. Don’t buy the fake one.(do your homework)
    3. Then you just sit and wait for 2 to 3 hours hopefully you’re walking and exercise in around that time before you take your 1st cup of Joe or your first meal which should consist of fiber or protein. No sugar, no refined carbs nothing of the sort you just want some good clean organic fiber from a food source like beans or even I find that high fiber bread like Ezekiel bread is fine too although not the perfect carbohydrate I would argue. That beans is the best like African beans from Nigeria those are pretty solid
    4. so if you gotta wait 2 to 3 hours for some meal or even gonna do intermediate fasting or prolong fasting, make sure your first meal is savory and high in fiber and a good amount of protein. If you may, I know we all like sugar, but you wanna minimize it to natural sugar consisting of fruits, so what I would do is get some raw milk kefir to aid the fiber that you just ingested and then you can even add some fruits in when you do it in this order, your body will be protected from an insulin spike due to the fiber that you took and the rise of the blood sugar will not be a spike. It should be if you had enough fiber Increment increase.
    if you must eat unrefined, carbohydrates or sugars, I would recommend that you only eat them after you’ve had a really good source of fiber for either beans or high-quality bread that I mentioned before also, there’s plenty of dark green vegetables, but avoid the vegetables that have high oxalates.
    Let me give you some help here you can try cabbage. You can make your own sauerkraut because that’s also a probiotic and super high vitamin C. You could also really consume lots of bell pepper with your tomatoes because the taste and texture is very similar. You should be taking raw onions as well or onions in your foods when you cook them and stick to only grass fed beef and free range chicken raised on pasture you should do the same for your eggs And if you’re going to consume dairy and make sure it’s only raw on pasteurized it’s hard to get, but you can find it if you try and then also grass fed butter. That’s pretty much it. I also wanna add that the choice of seasonings that you choose in your foods are entirely important to the absorption and the longevity of yourself because seasonings have tons of benefits and they’re filled with antioxidants and other good things great for your body such as anti-inflammatory properties, cognitive enhancements, etc. the benefits goes on and on, so you should accompany really good high-quality food that I mentioned with the proper seasonings. This is the perfect combination of the optimal diet.

    • @tradermunky1998
      @tradermunky1998 Місяць тому +4

      It's just milk that contains lactase, an enzyme which breaks down lactose for intolerant individuals into sugars which can then be absorbed. So the sugar issue is helped. The proteins can still be a problem, but A2 milk may help with that.
      Milk is just one of those things that are highly specialized for the young of that particular animal unfortunately, not humans. We have genes that turn off at an early age to keep the young from attempting to nurse their whole lives, which is where the lactose intolerance comes from. Some have the genes activated and become lactose intolerant, for some reason others don't or not to the same level. Nature appears to not really want us drinking milk past a certain age and I'm guessing there is more we just haven't discovered.

      @AnnaMaria-zm8cv Місяць тому

      @@tradermunky1998 it simply helps by taking extra enzymes especially lactase. But if you are a vegan you wont drink milk anyway, but most people who have issues with dairy are low on lactase and supplementing this can take away the symptoms. Also lactose free milk is loaded with sugars, its not healthy at all. Drop milk completely if you cant drink it. Science has however once again proved that animal milk is healthier than plantbased milk. And this research was not sponsored by milk lobbies.

      people that come to these videos are usually those 'some' you refer to. and we've tried different remedies and approaches, including standard medicinal practices, like pills for every part of your body and being told that you should take them all your life and that it's only going to get worse because that's how autoimmune diseases work, that they just appear due to genetics and you have to live with that.
      well, imagine that: it's all a big fat lie. and unfortunately, most doctors are not educated enough to deal with these kind of problems because their nutrition training is insufficient and because they only treat one-two-three organs in human's body, not the whole system
      the root of those diseases is metabolical. microbiome, oxidative stress, insulin and other hormone disregulation.
      it usually ends with cancer, or alzheimers, or organs that stop working and need to be surgically removed and their function replaced with more pills
