This Doctor needs to be cloned and put into EVERY medical school to re-educate doctors with correct information about HEALTH. He is brilliant, and a gem of a person to anyone with common sense about how to improve their health in a sustained way. I just love learning from his simple to understand videos ... He’s done way more for us than the docs ever did. He doesn’t make money off of keeping us ill in some twisted business model. I RUN from whitecoats. Indoctrinated madmen is what they are, they know absolutely nothing about actual health & nutrition. They are drug dealers & sawbone psychopaths
Berg has proven himself repeatedly, & actually cares. He’s saved millions, that’s why his channel is so huge

Keto hides the problem. Doesn’t solve it. The fundamental issue is you can’t process carbs and you don’t fix it by avoiding carbs. However, I’m glad keto helped you but doing it as a lifestyle instead of a short (1 week) intervention will cause your metabolism to slow down and underlying issue of not being able to process Carbs worse. I know from personal experience.

I spoke to an elderly woman about feet back in my early 20's. Her feet were so bad from uncomfortable shoes and arthritis. She practically yelled at me to always wear comfortable shoes and give up high heels. That convo sticks with me 20 years later. Take care of your body, especially your feet

Can I add my praise for Doc Berg from the other side of the pond.
Here in the UK it is the same, they focus on blocking the symptom rather than addressing the cause.

He is 100% right ever since I was a child I had bad foot pain at bottom of feet felt like an extremely painful feeling right in the arch of my foot. This happened whenever I ate cereal with a lot of sugar but as a child i never knew this continues through my life I also got feelings where my toes would constantly cramp up bending by themselves and causing pain whenever I ate sugar. Whenever I take magnesium the foot cramps wouldn’t happen and when I take B complex and the nerve support with Benfotamine the problem was finally over.

Bless You! There a lot of information here that I needed. Doctors are butchers! How is butchery symptom management? They get paid a lot, to accomplish nothing!
    People really need these insights!
I fell into a sugar binge when I wasn’t satisfied with my meal. Preparing more red meat was time consuming and out of my wheel house and I fell hard for a moment. But too much sugar gave me a cramp one night like I’ve never felt before. It was like someone was twisting every bone in my foot! I did not sleep that night! I’ve returned to nuts (without germination at this time) like I had been doing in the past, and my joints are relaxed and rubbery again, and I feel good all over. You’ve mentioned Phytase in the past, maybe nuts don’t hurt me. Otherwise, _I associate sugar with pain now._
    Pain is the best teacher.
All of your work is appreciated.
    Thank you, always!

This explains why blood test says I'm lacking in magnesium, which frankly astonished me. I had been taking marine magnesium, switched to citrate, then following your advice to GLYCINATE. But only the recommended one tablet which contains:
    Magnesium GLYCINATE 500mg
    providing Magnesium 100mg.
Doctors couldn't explain it, but you have.
Meanwhile they've told me to take 3 months of "mag 2, 122mg" twice a day. It also says they are "ampoules" (I live in France) glass vials (I have to snap off both ends!!) of 10 ml of drinkable solution. But it doesn't specify what type of variety it is!! Should I continue to take my GLYCINATE but take 6 instead of 1? (Any danger?)

Thankyou Dr Berg. Your videos are really helping me. I have been suffering with peripheral neuropathy since surviving the treatment for stage 3 triple negative breast cancer ( 9 years now). All the doctors do is put me on pain management. I have also ordered L.Reuteri pro biotic so I can make the yoghurt you have suggested. I am very grateful. 😊

I have type 2 diabetes, and have none of the listed symptoms on my feet.....but, on top of one of my feet in a small area, I have some minor discoloration like mild bruising.
It only covers perhaps 10cms of the top outside of my foot, and no pain at all. I'm about to turn 58 years old.

Adopt Healthy Keto and you can turn around Type-2 diabetes. Peripheral Neuropathy will start to appear in the feet, then your eyes stop working and limb amputation is common, worth changing your diet for surely.

Thank you! I find our bodies so interesting. Sometimes complex and confusing though lol. Like last few days i had pressure and odd chest feelings, but by yesterday i got thinking maybe it was a build up of #2, and so i took things to help it along. Sure enough that must of been the issue because for first time in a few days i was able to sleep comfortably. Thanks again for all you do.

Am working on it. Had to restock with B1 tomorrow, now to be sure so get the best one in town - Benfotiamine you say? Benfotiamine it certainly shall be 🙂.
Having the numb neuropathy on toe & some finger tips, I'll be eagerly receptive for any improved changes of course;-)
Certainly there's been a substantially noticeable positive improvement in well being feeling & appearance since following the considered dietary advice here, Looking very good Doc.

I also take the TTFD form of vit b1 in addition to benfotiamine. Benfotiamine alone didn't work for me. Just in case you're like me.❤

Thank you Dr. Berg for making this video. I have been having pain my left foot for years now, just to let you know, i am 24 years old this year. So this pain has been constantly affecting me since 2020. If there is more to say, please make more video about feet/leg pain connection.
I had flat foot before the pain started, but it never affected me until 2020, they wanted to give me medicinal support insoles but never tired it. Went to the doctor again after 2 years passed, i took an xray, no problem was found expect for a small tumor-like ball between the ligaments connecting the tendons and the fingers something like that. They gave me insoles to wear, but i still feel pain, especially im winter and outside of winter in the evenings, my feet are very much cold, my left foot the Color doesn’t look normal, sometimes suddenly left foot feel weak and give way, when I’m walking, i also tend to stumble. I can’t wear heavy shoes, I can’t walk for too long, because of that I’m planning on changing my profession, i’m a learned dental assistant, but I’m planning to work in the office instead.
I have quite alot of different vitamin deficiency especially Iron.
I also had Candida Albincans in my digestive tract, which was cured with a 10 days cure treatment.
Now this pain on my left foot, i think it’s from the top and stretch up almost to my knee. And when im wearing shoes for too long, i feel it from under the curves too. Feels numbing, tingly, sometimes stabbing, the weirdest one is that my left foot feels like a foreign body, the feeling of wanting to take away is quite eerie.
Even in summer feet is cold to the extremity in the evenings and pain is also more persistent.

Hello there! The magnesium type for constipation is magnesium citrate. It supports digestive health and can relieve constipation. Vitamin B1 can help promote regular bowel movements. Castor oil and senna are also good natural remedies for constipation.

My toes are discolored and always cold. Sometimes they develop small blood blisters and it’s painful to walk. This usually occurs in the colder months. One doctor diagnosed it as chilblains/pernio. Another diagnosed it as Raynaud’s syndrome. I had a segmental arterial pressure test last summer and the circulation is very good. Going to try the magnesium glycinate. None of my HCP have mentioned that. So, thank you.
